Grateful for the beautiful weather. Grateful for hot coffee. Grateful for my MMM. Grateful for sweet people. Grateful for the process of life. Grateful for my breath. Grateful to feel good now. Grateful for Nicki. Grateful I get to choose how I feel. Grateful I can feel good now. Grateful for this garage. Grateful for my health. Grateful for our new cat hutch from my dad! Grateful I got to see my dad. Grateful for awesome friends and extended birthday celebrations. Grateful for new websites. Grateful to feel inspired. Grateful for relaxing rest days. Wouldn't it be nice to have the best day of my life? Wouldn't it be nice to have fun with Kelly? Wouldn't it be nice to not give a fuck? Wouldn't it be nice to relax and not give a fuck? Wouldn't it be nice to feel lighter as the day goes on? Wouldn't it be nice to play? Wouldn't it be nice to let go? Wouldn't it be nice if the cats loved the back yard? Wouldn't it be nice to rest and play video games? Wouldn't it be nice to go with the flow? Wouldn't it be nice to feel peaceful and accepting of what is? Wouldn't it be nice to make those podcasts? Wouldn't it be nice to do that paperwork?

Wouldn't it be nice to feel like working? Wouldn't it be nice to want to run? Wouldn't it be nice to enjoy my meals? Wouldn't it be nice to go to bed feeling good? Wouldn't it be nice to laugh at jokes? Wouldn't it be nice if it kept storming? Wouldn't it be nice if Pwny begged to go in the back yard? Wouldn't it be nice to get them some canned food?

Wouldn't it be nice to feel motivated and disciplined? Wouldn't it be nice to get up earlier? Wouldn't it be nice to have an awesome meal? Wouldn't it be nice to think about food less? Wouldn't it be nice to feel the flow? Wouldn't it be nice to trust the process? Wouldn't it be nice if there was such thing as vegan pluckers? Wouldn't it be nice to drive a car? Wouldn't it be nice to follow through on my ideas? Wouldn't it be nice to work on those business cards? Wouldn't it be nice to feel energized?

Wouldn't it be nice to feel great about myself? Wouldn't it be nice to feel confident and inspired? Wouldn't it be nice to float downstream? Wouldn't it be nice to go swimming in a lake on a boat? Wouldn't it be nice to have a cookout? Wouldn't it be nice to camp? Wouldn't it be nice to lay in a hammock? Wouldn't it be nice to make art? Wouldn't it be nice to work on worksheets for the school? Wouldn't it be nice if Pwny and Linty could come in? Wouldn't it be nice to relax and suspend time and enjoy right now?

I'm switching to the version of reality I prefer. In the reality I prefer, life is working out for everyone. I'm in the right place at the right time. Life is on my side. I am at peace with what is. Life is taking care of me. I am loved and I am perfect the way I am. My attention is trained. Life is on my side. Everything is working out in my favor. Everything is rigged in my favor. This day is rigged in my favor.

In the reality I prefer, I am doing everything right. I know that I am loved and cared for. I know that I get to choose what I place my attention on. I know that life is good. I know that everything is working out for everyone.

I am at peace with what is. I am accepting what is in this moment. I am at peace in this moment. I know life loves me. I know I am doing everything right. I know that life is taking care of me right now. I am thriving in this life. I am one with life. I am letting life live me. I am letting the flow through me.

In the reality I prefer, I am in control of my attention. I am focused on what I want and what I want more of. I am loved and cared for. I am generous and kind and compassionate. I have plenty to share. I always have plenty. I am so excited to be who I am where I am. I am always cared for. My bills and rent are always paid. I always have more than enough. I am surrounded with abundance and joy. I am surrounded by answers and solutions. I am here now. I am one with life. Life loves me so much.

I love it when I take care of myself. I love it when I do the work. I love it when I write. I love it when I take care of my mood. I love it when I meditate. I love it when I feel at peace in the world. I love it when I let go of my resistance. I love it when I trust the process of life. I love it when I feel good about myself and my life. I love it when I have free time. I love it when I have vacation time. I love it when I feel free!

Wouldn't it be nice to have the best day of my life? Wouldn't it be nice to have a great time at Brave? Wouldn't it be nice to have sold 3 books? Wouldn't it be nice to have sold art? Wouldn't it be nice if the cats grew to love the backyard? Wouldn't it be nice to feel open to receiving? Wouldn't it be nice to relax and enjoy? Wouldn't it be nice to focus on making amazing work for the school site? Wouldn't it be nice to have entirely passive income?

Wouldn't it be nice to believe in myself more and more every day? Wouldn't it be nice to hold a bird? Wouldn't it be nice to find treats for the cats that don't make them barf? Wouldn't it be nice to exercise today? Wouldn't it be nice to feel obsessed with working on the school site?

Wouldn't it be nice to do something nice for other people today? Wouldn't it be nice to help? Wouldn't it be nice to project love? Wouldn't it be nice to play and laugh and feel the best I've ever felt? Wouldn't it be nice to celebrate how awesome my life is!?

Wouldn't it be nice to relax into the flow? Wouldn't it be nice to laugh at the best joke I've ever heard? Wouldn't it be nice to focus on my breath all day?

I'm switching to the version of reality I prefer. In the reality I prefer, my to do list does itself. In the reality I prefer, I don't give a fuck! In the reality I prefer, life loves me. In the reality I prefer, everything is working out for everyone. In the reality I prefer, my attention is getting stronger and more focused every day.

I am allowing well being to flow through me. I am allowing life to be fun. Life already is fun! I am already in the right place at the right time. I know life loves me. I know I am already perfect. I know life is already perfect. I know the world is already perfect. I know I am doing everything right. I am blessed beyond my wildest dreams. I am light and playful and fun and I am in control of my vibration. Life is taking care of me. Life loves me so much. I am focused and disciplined and I am making my best work ever. I am in control of my attention. I am present and focused and enjoying this moment right now. I am letting life be fun. I am so excited to be me!

Today I intend to have fun. Today I intend to celebrate how far I've come. Today I intend to feel better and better as the day unfolds. Today I intend to go to bed feeling good. Today I intend to be kind and compassionate. Today I intend to play and be silly. Today I intend to make jokes and laugh my ass off. Today I intend to release my resistance. Today I intend to go with the flow. Today I intend to love my life the way it is. Today I intend to see the world as already perfect. Today I intend to bless my food. Today I intend to be kind to myself and others. Today I intend to feel light and excited to be alive!

I love it when I do my writing. I love it when I get to hang out with the cats and Kelly. I love it when we find solutions. I love it when I get to see my dad. I love it when I feel in perfect health with no injuries. I love it when Kelly and I have fun together. I love it when we get to take staycations. I love it when I feel confident. I love it when I feel excited to be me. I love it when I do me. I love it when I do my work. I love it when I feel passionate about something. I love it when I feel inspired. I love it when I open up to receiving. I love it when I let it come to me. I love it when I remember it always comes! I love it when I get nice comments and emails. I love it when I write back. I love it when I enjoy my life. I love it when I work out and run. I love it when I eat well. I love it when life is fun and exciting. I love it when I get what I want because I practiced the feeling. I love it when I feel confident about my work and my life. I love it when I practice loving myself.

Welcome back. Welcome to a fresh now. Welcome to a clean slate.

Breathe in and lift yourself up
Breathe out and begin to remember your power

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and let go of your worries

Whatever you want, remember that it always comes. It always comes when you let it go. Whatever it is, when you let it go, it will come.

Breathe in and remember it always comes
Breathe out and know it always comes

If it always comes, there’s no need to worry about it. There’s no need to plan for the future—to think about “What happens if I don’t get it?” If it always comes, you don’t have to worry. If it always comes, there’s nothing to do but enjoy right now and let it come to you.

Breathe in and focus your attention
Breathe out and bring your focus to this moment right here

Breathe in and place your focus on your breath
Breathe out and feel your breath moving in and out of your body

If it always comes, and there’s nothing to worry about, all there is to do is enjoy this moment. If you want to enjoy this moment right here right now, just let your thoughts go and focus on your breath.

When you focus on your breath, you have two choices: you’re either focusing on your breath in the background, and still thinking, or all of your attention is on your breath.

When you breathe in, you can have your attention on your breath in or on that thought you’re thinking. When you breathe out, you can have your attention on your breath or that thought you’re thinking.

Use your breath as a tool to remind you in every moment to shift your attention away from your thoughts and worries, and onto the here and now, where everything’s fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Allow yourself to have singular focus today. Your mind will try to pull you away from your breath, saying, “You really should think about this! You really should worry about this! You definitely have to think about this.” But in every moment you have a breath to guide you back to the present, and every moment you get to choose—either, or. Either your attention is on your breath or your attention is on your thoughts.

Breathe in and claim your attention. It’s yours!
Breathe out and use your attention the way you want it to be used

Breathe in and feel your breath moving inside
Breathe out and feel your breath leaving your body

Breathe in and smile! You can be here right now!
Breathe out and decide to enjoy this moment right now.

It always comes so you don’t have to worry about it. If it always comes, you can just bring your attention to this moment, right here, right now.
