Grateful to be awake and alive! Grateful for my cats. Grateful for my wife. Grateful for this space heater. Grateful life loves me. Grateful for my friends. Grateful for this house. Grateful to feel energized. Grateful for time to myself. Grateful to be writing. Grateful to be in the flow. Grateful to have nothing to worry about. Grateful life is so fun. Grateful to be here now. Grateful I can breathe. Grateful for positive feedback. Grateful for my gym membership. Grateful for fried chicken. Grateful for my computer. Grateful for hot showers. Grateful for this moment. Grateful the better it gets the better it gets. Grateful for a snow day. Grateful for my bike. Grateful it's birthday month! Grateful for Ryan and Fede and Tracy. Grateful for a washing machine and dryer. Grateful for my awesome instructors at the gym. Grateful for Dr. Mario. Grateful to be at peace with what is. Grateful for cat trees. Grateful for new ideas and solutions. Grateful for the flow. Grateful to be learning and practicing non attachment. Grateful I've decided to feel good about that and it's all working itself out. Grateful for food in the fridge. Grateful the rent and bills are paid! Grateful for money in the bank! Grateful for passive income. Grateful for new opportunities. Grateful for digital sales. Grateful for my health. Grateful for my siblings and parents and grandparents and cousins and aunts and uncles. Grateful to feel good about myself. Grateful for clean water to drink. Grateful for new friends at the gym.

Wouldn't it be nice to have the best night of my life? Wouldn't it be nice to feel better and better as the day goes on? Wouldn't it be nice to feel better about my kitties? Wouldn't it be nice to trust the flow? Wouldn't it be nice to let go? Wouldn't it be nice to breathe and be here now? Wouldn't it be nice to allow well being to flow? Wouldn't it be nice to attract solutions? Wouldn't it be nice to laugh and play? Wouldn't it be nice to have fun? Wouldn't it be nice to sleep in? Wouldn't it be nice to sleep as long as I want? Wouldn't it be nice to do me? Wouldn't it be nice to know what to do next? Wouldn't it be nice to have fun?

Wouldn't it be nice to celebrate? Wouldn't it be nice to trust the process?

I'm switching to the version of reality I prefer. In the reality I prefer, the cats are so happy! In the reality I prefer, everything is working out for everyone. In the reality I prefer, I am in my best shape, I am strong, and I am agile and fun! In the reality I prefer, I am in the right place at the right time! In the reality I prefer, my cats are in the right place at the right time! In the reality I prefer, I am doing everything right! In the reality I prefer, I can relax because I never have to worry again! In the reality I prefer, life is fun! In the reality I prefer, I am here now! In the reality I prefer, I practice my telepathy. I listen. I am here now. I Am present and excited about life. I am letting life be fun and easy. In the reality I prefer, I let it unfold.

In the reality I prefer, everything is perfect and in its place. In the reality I prefer, I am free. In the reality I prefer, life loves me. In the reality I prefer, I am here now. I am empowered. I am divine. I am conscious. I am breathing. I am letting life be easy. I am at peace with what is. I am in the flow. I follow the flow. I am the flow.

In the reality I prefer, I love and I am loving.

Today I intend to do me. Today I intend to have fun. Today I intend to relax into the flow. Today I intend to say yes. Today I intend to be one with life. Today I intend to be open to receiving. Today I intend to let go. Today I intend to practice presence. Today I intend to enjoy life!

I am enjoying right now! I am here now!

I love it when I do the work. I love it when I write and focus on appreciation. I love it when the cats surround me. I love it when the cats scamper and have fun. I love it when I get to give the cats treats. I love it when I trust the process of life. I love it when the cats have fun outside. I love it when I let things go to the universe. I love it when I really let go. I love it when i attract solutions. I love it when I become a match. I love it when I get what I really really want. I love it when I increase my tolerance for feeling good. I love it when I practice the feeling and it comes. I love it when I focus my attention. I love it when I meditate. I love it when I wake up feeling good. I love it when I'm excited about my day. I love it when I let the flow carry me away. I love it when the laundry's done! I love it when life feels good. I love it when I decide to feel good regardless. I love it when everything works out. I love it when I pay attention to the signs. I love it when I trust the magick life. I love it when I relax into the flow. I love it when cats relax into the flow. I love it when I let life be fun and easy. I love it when I let my thoughts go. I love it when I return my emails. I love it when the weather's nice. I love it when i get to laugh and have fun. I love it that every day is the best day of my life!

Dear Jessica,
Bask in this feeling of everything being perfect. Right now, in this moment, you have nothing to worry about. You are completely cared for. You don't even have worries about the future. Right now, in this moment, you are free. What does it feel like?

Like being warm. Like cats coming to me. Like fun things waiting for me whenever I'm ready. Like freedom to do whatever I want. Like life is perfect and easy and it's only going to get better. Like letting go and trusting the change. Like seeing proof that the change was so good. Like living the magick life. Like everything is perfect and in its place. And I always get what I want.
