Daily Meditation – Choose to See the Perfection of This Moment

Relax. Let it be easy. Bring yourself back to that beach where you get to watch the waves. You are part of something so much bigger than yourself. You’re part of the wave. You’re the whole ocean.

Breathe in and step back.
Breathe out and see the bigger picture.

Without your thoughts, there is no pain. You can quiet your mind and feel better right now.

Breathe in and remember the miracle you live in.
Breathe out and just be here now.

Let yourself flow. Let yourself be here now. Let yourself look around with amazement at the world you created.

Breathe in and be nice to yourself!
Breathe out and say “I love myself”

You may have judgements about yourself or other people. You may be criticizing yourself or other people. There’s always going to be something that you wish was different.

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Wherever you are, no matter how you feel or what’s happening, it’s part of the process that’s bringing you home. When you look back at your life, you can see how all of the events lead up to where you are now. There’s so much synchronicity. So many hidden blessings, so many bad things that turned out to be good for you. WHatever it is, whatever your challenge is today, it’s just part of the process. It’s not a big deal. It’s not serious. It’s just for fun.

Breathe in and embrace the contrast.
Breathe out and relax.

You may feel like embracing the contrast means you’re ok with it–like if you make peace with the possibility of that scary thing happening, it’s going to happen. But that’s not how it works. WHen you make peace with the way thing are, you allow the flow to come through. When you make peace with the way things are, you open up to solutions from the universe. When you make peace with the way things are, you’re no longer vibrating a signal of “This is the way I DON’T want it to be.” The more you send out, “I don’t want this!” The more you’ll get it back.

Breathe in and project the signal you want to receive
Breathe out and make peace with what is

When you make peace with what is, you send a signal of being at peace with what is. Then the things that would actually give you a feeling of peace, start manifesting. You have to become the feeling first. You have to choose to feel the way you want to feel first, before you see the results of your vibration.

Breathe in and let it be easy.
Breathe out and relax.

You don’t have to take any action. You don’t have to change. The best thing you can do for yourself is quiet your mind. Focus on a mantra, or count silently, or focus on your breath. Just get away from those thoughts that aren’t serving you.

Breathe in and be part of the miracle.
Breathe out and know everything is perfect and in its place, right now.

The goal for you today is to look around your world and laugh, because now you can see how perfect things already are.

Grateful for watercolors. Grateful for endless tip art! Grateful our walls are covered in art. Grateful for artistic friends. Grateful to be here now. Grateful I can let it come to me. Grateful to be learning how to make peace with what is. Grateful to be connected to my source. Grateful to have all the time in the world. Grateful to feel free. Grateful for body combat. Grateful for this now. Grateful I can be present. Grateful I can choose to see the perfection of this moment.

Wouldn’t it be nice to lighten up and have fun? Wouldn’t it be nice to surrender? Wouldn’t it be nice to be in the best mood EVER? Wouldn’t it be nice to trust the process?

Wouldn’t it be nice to let it come to me? Wouldn’t it be nice to just be at peace with what is and not care what happens? Wouldn’t it be nice to see the bigger picture? Wouldn’t it be nice to have and be fun? Wouldn’t it be nice to laugh and play? Wouldn’t it be nice to feel better and better as the day goes on? Wouldn’t it be nice to practice leg hooping? Wouldn’t it be nice to feel my strongest ever? Wouldn’t it be nice to go up on weights? Wouldn’t it be nice to look and feel my best? Wouldn’t it be nice to choose these things now?

Wouldn’t it be nice to let go? Wouldn’t it be nice to not care? Wouldn’t it be nice to project love?

I’m switching to the version of reality I prefer. In the reality I prefer, life is working out for me. In the reality I prefer, I am in the right place at the right time. In the reality I prefer, I am taking care of myself. In the reality I prefer, I am letting go. I feel the best I’ve ever felt! I look and feel my best. I’m doing everything right.
