Feel yourself gaining more clarity. Feel yourself waking up in the dream. Feel yourself feeling better by the instant.

You get to choose what you feel. You get to choose what you think. You get to choose how you react.

Breathe in and step into this moment
Breathe out and ask yourself, “How do I feel right now?”

I feel groggy. So however you feel, say to yourself, “I’ve noticed I feel _____ and that’s ok.” What is being groggy or what is the way you’re feeling right now making you ask for? When I feel groggy it’s making me ask to feel alert. So now, I can choose that feeling of alertness, just by noticing my contrast of feeling groggy, and then asking for what it created. Your contrast, the things that are going wrong, your problems—they’re making you ask for the opposite side of the wave. All you have to do when you have a problem or contrast is identify how it’s making you feel: “I feel groggy”. And then find out the opposite of that. (It’s called the emotional scale if you want to look it up.)

Breathe in and feel good about yourself

Your contrast is helping you create. When you feel something bad, think about what it is making you ask for.

Breathe in and feel alert!
Breathe out and feel better already

Your problems are creating your solutions. It’s your choice to notice how you feel and to ask for what you want. And then, it is given!

So happy and grateful to feel good about my life today! So happy and grateful to get up early! So happy and grateful for time to create! So happy and grateful to feel light and fun and flowing! So happy and grateful to feel relaxed and at peace with what is! So happy and grateful to live the life I lead! So happy and grateful my kitties get to explore outside. Wouldn't it be nice to have the best day of my life? Wouldn't it be nice to write music? Wouldn't it be nice to have so much fun working on our site today? Wouldn't it be nice to feel free? Wouldn't it be nice to not give a fuck and just enjoy the present moment? Wouldn't it be nice to give gifts? Wouldn't it be nice to write a new life design book? Wouldn't it be nice to have hella sales? Wouldn't it be nice to find a new artist I love? Wouldn't it be nice to trust the process of life? Wouldn't it be nice to go with the flow? Wouldn't it be nice to play and get better at hooping today? Wouldn't it be nice to stay sober today? Wouldn't it be nice to be free of all alcohol cravings? Wouldn't it be nice to stay sober for a year? Wouldn't it be nice to be kind to myself? Wouldn't it be nice to let go of my resistance? Wouldn't it be nice to work out? Wouldn't it be nice to find a way to keep flies out of the garage? Wouldn't it be nice to show my appreciation?

I'm switching to the version of reality I prefer. In the reality I prefer, life loves me. Everyone is happy and healthy. In the reality I prefer, I am in the right place at the right time. I am light and free and fun! I am one with life. I am allowing well being to flow through me. I am doing everything right. I am feeling better by the minute. I am loving and accepting myself exactly the way I am. I am who I want to be. I am inspired. I am in the flow machine. I am doing my best. I am free! I don't give a fuck! Life already is the way I want it to be.

Today I intend to be light. I intend to be fun. I intend to have the best day of my life. I intend to not give a fuck. I intend to love and accept myself exactly the way I am. I intend to feel better and better as the day goes on. I intend to record my best video yet. I intend to be prolific. I intend to focus. I intend to go with the flow. I intend to take care of myself. I intend to DO ME. I intend to be kind and compassionate. I intend to feel free. I intend to feel the best I've ever felt! I intend to love. I intend to have fun! I intend to play!

I pray to stay sober today. I pray for kindness and compassion. I pray for health and wellness for everyone. I pray for light and love and flow.

I want to have a blissful buzzing day creating/finishing this website. I want to be so in the flow I forget myself. I want to let go of my worries. I want to feel peaceful and calm. I want to practice loving and accepting myself exactly the way I am. I want to have fun with Kelly. I want to release my awareness of lack and judgement. I want to have the best day of my life. I want to feel the flow. I want to be the flow. I want to remember I'm a bad witch! I want to feel better and better as the day goes on! I want to let go and let it flow. I want to feel loved. I want attention. I want to give and share and be kind. I want to be the highest vision of myself. I want to be a star.

I love it when I do the work. I love it when I write. I love it when I feel good in the morning. I love it when I'm sober. I love it when I don't give a fuck. I love it when I feel light and free. I love it when I feel good about myself. I love it when I trust the process of life. I love it when I feel free. I love it when I feel inspired and creative. I love it when I feel the flow. Dear Jessica,
Lighten up and have fun! This is all for you! Let yourself enjoy it! This moment right now is heaven. Let yourself just exist and enjoy. You are in the right place at the right time. Relax and allow it to take care of you. Relax. It's all there. Everything is perfect and in its place.
