Grateful to be awake and alive! Grateful for a new day. Grateful for the flow. Grateful for bike rides. Grateful to feel good. Grateful for a space to create and live. Grateful for my kitties. Grateful to be here now. Grateful for my breath. Grateful to be at peace with what is. Grateful for cold water. Grateful for my friends. Grateful for my wife. Grateful to have plenty. Grateful to feel generous. Grateful to feel loved. Grateful for this beautiful home. Grateful for the flow of well being I can feel at any moment. Grateful to have time to write.

Grateful for hot coffee and food court lunch. Grateful I know it always comes back around. Grateful I know the only solution ever is to relax and meditate and enjoy right now.

Grateful for meditation. Grateful I can relax. Grateful for my sweet sweet pets. Grateful for my bike. Grateful for the flow of well being. Grateful I don't have to care if I write the same thing twice. Grateful to be observing the mind parade. Grateful for this computer. Grateful for my cute clothes. Grateful for the beautiful sunset. Grateful to get sun on my skin. Grateful I can breathe and relax. Grateful to be rested. Grateful to know everything is working out for me and everyone else.

Wouldn't it be nice to have the best night of my life? Wouldn't it be nice to feel generous? Wouldn't it be nice to go with the flow and relax? Wouldn't it be nice to remember about the mind parade more and more? Wouldn't it be nice to meditate more? Wouldn't it be nice to have fun and feel enthusiastic?

Wouldn't it be nice for someone else to do all the numbers? Wouldn't it be nice to pay someone to do my taxes? Wouldn't it be nice to have tons of money? Wouldn't it be nice to be debt free? Wouldn't it be nice to remember I don't have to care? Wouldn't it be nice to feel focused and flowing? Wouldn't it be nice to feel inspired to create? Wouldn't it be nice to do this laundry? Wouldn't it be nice to feel excited? Wouldn't it be nice to wake up feeling good? Wouldn't it be nice to have a really great day tomorrow? Wouldn't it be nice to go to bed feeling good?

Wouldn't it be nice to get better at observing my thoughts? Wouldn't it be nice to come across and accept a major opportunity? Wouldn't it be nice to trust the magick life? Wouldn't it be nice to allow well being to flow?

Wouldn't it be nice to go to Europe and to go camping and to go swimming? Wouldn't it be nice to go on a speed boat and go tubing? Wouldn't it be nice to wake up earlier every day? Wouldn't it be nice to get new tattoos? Wouldn't it be nice to feel more and more confident? Wouldn't it be nice to remember I just don't have to
give
a
fuck?!

I'm switching to the version of reality I prefer. In the reality I prefer, I have perfect timing. I am in the right place at the right time. I can trust the universe. I can trust the flow of life. I know that everything that is happening is happening for a reason. I trust the universe. I trust the flow of life. I am in the flow of life. I am listening to the flow. I am allowing well being. I am allowing my thoughts to slow down. I am at peace with what is. I am appreciative of everything I have.

I appreciate having a quiet space to myself to write.
I appreciate attention from my cats.
I appreciate beautiful weather and bike rides through the park.
I appreciate my strong legs and shoulders and my tan skin.
I appreciate my perfect health.
I appreciate having money to buy lunch at the mall.
I appreciate having the time affluence to go to the mall in the middle of a Tuesday.
I appreciate my wife being so sweet to me all the time.
I appreciate all the healthy food in our fridge.
I appreciate having a wonderful roommate who is so considerate and fun.
I appreciate having a supporting loving family.
I appreciate knowing that I am in the right place at the right time.
I appreciate good wild sex.
I appreciate all the cool weird people in Austin.
I appreciate the feeling of enthusiasm I feel when I get my aura read or hoola hoop.
I appreciate the flow of well being.
I appreciate all the creations we've made in the past few years.
I appreciate my cats being so cute and fun and loving.
I appreciate my awesome badass computer.
I appreciate having good books to read.

Today I intend to go to bed feeling good. I intend to have a fun night. I intend to be fun and be enthusiastic. I intend to go with the flow and say yes. I intend to feel better and better as the night goes on. I intend to DO ME. I intend to smile and play. I intend to remember my dreams. I intend to take care of myself. I intend to feel joy and peace.

I love it when I take care of myself. I love it when I do the work. I love it when I get to spend time with my kitties. I love it when life feels fun and exciting. I love it when I feel confident and believe in myself. I love it when I feel appreciative. I love it when I feel 100% healthy with no injuries. I love it when I let go. I love it when I observe my thoughts. I love it when I watch the parade go by.

Dear Jessica,
Congratulations on coming so far! Relax and allow yourself to enjoy this moment right now. Allow yourself to slow down and bask. Relax and enjoy this moment. It's the only one you have!

Daily Meditation – The Answers to Your Questions are Already Inside of You

Step into this moment. Allow yourself to leave your thoughts behind, and come be here, now.

Breathe in and ignore the distractions
Breathe out and welcome the distractions

Everything happens for a reason. Right now, choose to be here, right now, with your breath. Becoming calmer, relaxing your body.

Breathe in and open your mind
Breathe out and relax

You don’t have to think about everything. You are not a victim of your thoughts. You can step outside of your mind and enjoy right now.

Breathe in and listen for the flow
Breathe out and really listen to what life is telling you right now.

Open up. Look to the light. You already are so light. You can choose to focus on that light and let go of your contrast, let go of the dark.

Breathe in and feel light.
Breathe out and say “I love myself”

You’ve been through so much. You’ve come so far. Every day life is getting a littler easier, a little more fun, making a little more send.

Breathe in and congratulate yourself. You’re amazing!
Breathe out and celebrate. You get to be you and do whatever you want and have fun regardless of your circumstances.

Breathe in and remember the divine within you
Breathe out and say thank you. Say thank you to that connection to source to spirit to god to infinite intelligence.

Say thank you for that connection.

Breathe in and invite spirit into you.
Breathe out and enjoy the feeling of being connected.

You can let this day be easy. You can let connecting to god be easy. When you’re connected to god or infinite intelligence, you can have fun all the time. You can enjoy every moment as it comes. You can live in the flow at peace with what is, at ease, carefree.

Breathe in and lighten up
Breathe out and say thank you to your body

Your body is a miracle.

Breathe in and feel your body from within.
Breathe out and ground yourself in this moment by feeling your body from within.

Allow yourself to relax. Allow yourself to smile. Allow yourself to listen. The answers to your questions are already inside of you and if you can quiet your mind you can hear them

Breathe in and remember everything is going to be fine
Breathe out and know it’s all working out. You’re doing such a great job and it really is ok to relax now. You don’t have a thing to worry about and you’re in the right place at the right time.

Breathe in and open up! Open up to receiving
Breathe out and say “I feel generous today”

Allow yourself to give what you want to receive. But you don’t have to think about it and make it hard, just say “I feel generous” and watch as you begin doing all these nice things in the flow that you never have to think about, and you’ll feel so good about yourself!

Breathe in and feel generous.

Whatever you’re worried about, just say “I’ve decided to feel good about that, it’s working itself out.” Life will bring you a solution, as soon as you let go of the problem.

Breathe out and say thank you for all you already have: your home, your health, your friends, your family, your pets. You already have so much.
