Grateful to learn new things about flushing toilets! Grateful for modern technology! Grateful for my cats! Grateful for my wife! Grateful we got up early enough to make breakfast and lunch! Grateful for dino kale smoothies! Grateful for hot coffee! Grateful for a bathtub full of water to flush the terlet! Grateful for my city that is always getting better! Grateful for my new worksheets! Grateful to have a new worksheet in the works! Grateful to feel inspired! Grateful I’ve been sober for SEVEN DAYS! Grateful to have enough money! Grateful to have more than enough! Grateful to feel strong and connected! Grateful for my health!

Grateful for mantras that work. Grateful I’m getting better at singular focus. Grateful to have plenty of time. Grateful to be allowing well being. Grateful to be me. Grateful for this music. Grateful for my health. Grateful I feel good! Grateful to feel connected! Grateful Kelly and I are getting along! Grateful for teamwork! Grateful for healthy vegan food! Wouldn’t it be nice to have the best day of my life? Wouldn’t it be nice to practice my simran all day? Wouldn’t it be nice to let what I want come to me? Wouldn’t it be nice to feel better and better as the day goes on? Wouldn’t it be nice to notice synchronicity? Wouldn’t it be nice to have and be fun? Wouldn’t it be nice to have a surprise check in the mail? Wouldn’t it be nice to go with the flow? Wouldn’t it be nice to get better at hooping today? Wouldn’t it be nice to swim? Wouldn’t it be nice to get some cookies? Wouldn’t it be nice if Kelly’s computer was all better? Wouldn’t it be nice if the water came back on early? Wouldn’t it be nice to have epiphanies during meditation? Wouldn’t it be nice to let go? Wouldn’t it be nice to go clothes shopping? Wouldn’t it be nice to get new panties and shorts? Wouldn’t it be nice to get a new dress? Wouldn’t it be nice to make music? Wouldn’t it be nice to remember about no privacy and act like I’m being watched at all times? Wouldn’t it be nice to be the best version of myself, right now?

I’m switching to the reality I prefer. In the reality I prefer, I already am my best self, right now. I am allowing well being to flow through my life experience. I am allowing myself to go deeper down the rabbit hole. I am allowing myself to feel good about my life. I am letting life be fun and easy. I am trusting the process of life. I love myself the way I am. I love and accept myself exactly the way I am. I am breathing deeply and consciously. I am at peace with what is. I am so happy with what I have. I am in the flow. I am letting what I want come to me. Life already is the way I want it to be. Life is magickal. I am magickal. I am god in human form. I am singular focus. I am letting go of my worries. I am transmuting my fears into excitement! I am trusting the flow. I am free. I am thriving! I am lively! I am playful! I am a portable zen doll!

I love it when I do the work. I love it when I get up at 8am. I love it when we eat vegan food. I love it when Kelly and I have fun together. I love it when I get better at hooping and running. I love it when I trust the universe. I love it when I am at peace with what is. I love it when I feel good regardless of my circumstances. I love it when I trust life to take care of me. I love it when I get to try new flow toys. I love it when I have gifts to give. I love it when I can say no. I love it when I respect myself. I love it when I make good decisions. I love it when I go with the flow. I love it when I have fun. I love it when I let life live me. I love it when I feel excited and playful. I love it when life feels good! I love it when I enjoy life! I love it when I let life be fun. I love it when I am fun. I love it when I let go. I love it when I trust and believe and know. I love it when I am still. I love it when I connect to source. I love it when I let life get deeper. I love it when I feel good about myself. I love it when I speak only words of love. I love it when I find evidence of what I want. I love it when I create with intention.

I intend to have the best day of my life. I intend to feel the best I’ve ever felt. I intend to go with the flow. I intend to say yes. I intend to listen. I intend to project love.

What do you want?
To have fun! To run fast and far! To hear new ideas! To practice singular focus! To go HIGHER AND HIGHER. To ride the waves for fun and sport! To practice being a portable zen doll!

Welcome to a fresh now. Welcome to the best day of your life. Welcome to the flow. Welcome to a different perspective.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and relax.

Allow yourself to gather your attention. Allow yourself to breathe deeply and slowly.

Breathe in and empty your mind.
Breathe out and let your worries go.

Love is the only thing that matters. Love is always the answer. Life is made out of love. Life is taking care of you, right now.

Breathe in and say “I love myself”
Breathe out and relax your body.

Allow yourself to connect to source. Imagine a brilliant white light coming into your body, beginning at the crown of your head, filling up every cell, until it reaches your feet.

Breathe in and draw power into you!
Breathe out and feel yourself centering and aligning.

Life is taking care of you today. The universe is helping you right now.

Breathe in and let what you want come to you!
Breathe out and be your reason for feeling good.

As you go about your day, practice placing your singular focus on the mantra “I love myself”. Practice saying to yourself all day, ” I love myself. I love myself. I love myself.” At first it might be difficult because you’ll catch yourself doing things you don’t love, but the more you say “I love myself” the more congruent your actions will be.

Breathe in and give yourself the love you want.
Breathe out and let the love flow through you.

I love myself. I love myself. Imagine each time you say it, that you’re petting yourself like a cat. Feel yourself begin to purr. Feel your skin begin to glow. Feel yourself looking better and better, feeling better and better with each repetition. The magick of the mantra is that you don’t have to believe it when you say it. Over time you’ll train your mind into producing evidence that it’s true.

Allow this love to flow through you freely. Allow it to take you wherever the flow goes. Allow yourself to be an example for others to follow. Allow yourself to be the one who does it first. Whatever example you set, that’s what your world will reflect. If you can begin with a simple mantra like “I love myself”, the whole world will love you!

Congratulations! You’ve made it to this moment. You’re awakening more and more every day. You’re more and more conscious than ever before.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and say thank you.

It’s getting easier and easier to ride the waves. To appreciate the contrast. To enjoy the contrast. It’s getting easier to play the game.

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and relax.

Relax your body. Listen to flow of life inside of you.

In every moment, you have the power to switch to the reality you prefer. To switch to the reality you prefer, you need only one thing: singular focus.

Breathe in and have singular focus.
Breathe out and have singular focus.

Place your attention on one thing. When faced with a situation, choose the signal you want to project. Choose to see it the way you want to see it. Do you have plans tomorrow? Choose singular focus. “I’m excited about tomorrow. Tomorrow’s going to be fun.” Project a singular beam of energy. There’s no need to waffle back and forth between possibilities: “What if it’s bad? What if it sucks? What if I don’t want to be there? What if this happens?” Project a singular focus. Project your attention on that which you want to see more of.

Breathe in and know it’s easier than you could ever think.
Breathe out and bring your attention to the now.

Singular focus means keeping your attention on the source within you. Singular focus means allowing well being to flow. Singular focus means choosing to feel the way you want to feel regardless of your circumstance. Singular focus is deciding life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and allow well being to flow.
Breathe out and turn your fear into excitement.

In each moment, you get to choose where to place your attention. THAT is the work! Where is your attention? Can you gather all your attention to a single point? Your preferred outcome, your connection to source, your breath, silent counting, the feeling of love, the feeling of joy, the feeling of excitement, the feeling of freedom, a mantra, “I love myself, I love myself.” In each moment you have a limited amount of attention. You get to choose where it goes. And what you focus on expands!

Breathe in and feel excited about your power!
Breathe out and gather your attention.

Allow yourself to play with life today. Allow yourself to step into this new power.

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and know that today is going to be the most fun that you’ve ever had in your whole life!
