When you’re the witness, it’s easier to love yourself. When you’re the witness you’re not judging or preferring or liking or disliking. The witness just watches and enjoys the show.

You don’t have to rush. You have perfect timing and you’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in don’t give a fuck about what other people think.
Breathe out and decide to DO YOU today.

You have one goal, and one goal only, and that is to feel good. It’s hard to feel good when you’re caring about what other people think or worrying about what’s the worst that could happen. Decide to let your worries and your thoughts go right now, so you can feel good.

Breathe in and be your own reason for feeling good
Breathe out and know that you are already perfect

Anything that contradicts that is an illusion. You are perfect exactly the way you are. You are in the right place at the right time doing everything right. Remember this: You are perfect. You are perfect. You are perfect the way you are. You are perfect as you are. You are perfect exactly the way you are right now.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Whatever you’re worried about, say “I don’t give a fuck!” Whatever you’re worried about, release it to the universe. Once you catch yourself worrying, say, “I’ve released that to the universe. I’ll let life work that out.”

Breathe in and feel light!
Breathe out and smile!

You are the one in control. You get to control how you feel. You control how you feel by choosing it. The only thing that could ever make you feel bad is your thoughts. You can manage your thoughts. You don’t have to control your thoughts, but you can step outside of your thoughts. When you step outside of your thoughts and remember, “Hey I’m not my thoughts! I don’t have to think about this!” then you feel better. You control how you feel by stepping outside of your thoughts. You can step outside of your thoughts by silent counting or following your breath or using a mantra or exercising or any number of things. Just remember when you feel stressed or worried, your power is that you can step outside of your thoughts into this present moment.

Breathe in and be here now
Breathe out and be here now

The present moment is a line. Thoughts take up space. There’s no room for thoughts in the present moment. When you’re here in the present moment everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about because you’re not thinking. You’re not attached to your thoughts. Your thoughts happen in the background but you watch them go by and enjoy what life is giving you right now.

Breathe in and say thank you for all you’re being given in this moment
Breathe out and feel your power growing.

Your presence is your power. Your only goal is to feel good and you can control how you feel by stepping outside of your thoughts.

Breathe in and step outside of your thoughts into this present moment
Breathe out and be kind to yourself

You’ve been practicing every day. You’ve been doing your absolute best. You can relax now. You don’t have to try. Just relax and decide to enjoy right now.

Grateful to be awake and alive! Grateful for a new day! Grateful for beautiful weather. Grateful for my kitties and for my wife and for meditation and tennis and water and food and sleep and health and family and garages and Austin. Grateful for my computer and the Internet and for the feeling of optimism. Grateful to be in alignment. Grateful to already have plenty. Grateful to know I am cared for. Grateful for counting. (2400.) Grateful for gigs. Grateful for income and especially passive income. Grateful for food in the fridge. Grateful for bicycles. Grateful for inspiration. Grateful for new ideas. Grateful to be where I am. Grateful to love my life the way it is. Grateful to be at peace with what is. Grateful for this breath. Grateful for the MMM. Grateful life is on my side. Grateful for bagels and cream cheese. Grateful for my toes and legs and knees and arms and fingers and nails and tattoos and hair and smile and teeth and tongue. Grateful for new opportunities in my inbox. Grateful for cool breezes. Grateful for birds. Grateful for hula hoops and skateboards and waves in the ocean. Grateful for trapezes and trampolines and lyres. Grateful for camping and for nature and trees and flowers. Grateful for the knife Botevyle gave me. Grateful for chirps. Grateful for Tracy. Grateful for twitter. Grateful for wordpress. Grateful to be here now. Grateful I can relax into this moment. Grateful for pegs. Grateful for this city. Grateful we got to go downtown yesterday. Grateful to always have plenty. Grateful for this blissful afternoon that I wish would never end. Grateful I can surrender right now.

Wouldn't it be nice to have the best day of my life? Wouldn't it be nice to feel better and better as the day goes on? Wouldn't it be nice to fee the best I've ever felt? Wouldn't it be nice to let the flow through me? Wouldn't it be nice to have an awesome time playing tennis? Wouldn't it be nice to meet new people? Wouldn't it be nice to feel carefree? Wouldn't it be nice to celebrate? Wouldn't it be nice to let go of my worries? Wouldn't it be nice to do nice things for others? Wouldn't it be nice to feel generous? Wouldn't it be nice to share? Wouldn't it be nice to write a brand new earth shattering article full of new ideas?

Wouldn't it be nice to work on that brochure for SoLD? Wouldn't it be nice to have a brand new awesome product? Wouldn't it be nice to make some sort of jewelry related positive thinking thing? Wouldn't it be nice to find a way to sell all the magickal talismans I come across? Wouldn't it be nice to receive a huge check in the mail today? Wouldn't it be nice to accept gifts and take no action? Wouldn't it be nice to work out and run? Wouldn't it be nice to feel excited about my life? Wouldn't it be nice to have new adventures and opportunities?

I'm switching to the version of reality I prefer. In the reality I prefer, life is working out for everyone. I am in the right place at the right time. I am doing everything right. Life is taking care of me. Life is on my side. Life loves me. Life is taking care of everyone.

In the reality I prefer, I am one with life. I am connected to the flow. I am in the flow, I am the flow. I am magickal. I am making my best work right now. I am so blessed. I am so lucky. I am a winner! All I do is win. I am at the top of my game. I feel the best I've ever felt. I am inspired and full of new ideas. I am my meditating self. I am one with the flow. I am at peace with what is. I am so happy with what I have. I am light and I am love. I am at ease in my reality. I am awake and aware, alive in the dream. I am conscious. I am decisive. I am the best version of myself i can be.

In the reality I prefer, I trust the process of life. I am care free. I DON'T GIVE A FUCK! I love myself! I love and accept myself exactly the way I am. My mind is trained. I am the master of my mind. I am the observer, the silent witness. I am calm and blissful. I am loved. I am love.

Today I intend to have and be fun. Today I intend to laugh at jokes. Today I intend to give whatever I have to give. Today I intend to be light. Today I intend to embrace challenges. Today I intend to look for new opportunities. Today I intend to enjoy my life the way it is. Today I intend to see the perfection that already exists. I am perfect. You are perfect.

I love it when I do the work. I love it when I am a match to solutions. I love it when I meditate. I love it when I am my reason for feeling good. I love it when the cats have fun outside. I love it when I have plenty of money to buy whatever I want. I love it when the rent and bills are paid. I love it when I take advantage of my circumstances. I love it when i feel good about myself. I love it when I exercise. I love it when I feel playful. I love it when I hoop. I love it when I don't give a fuck. I love it when I have singular focus. I love it when I count to 10,000. I love it when I remember to relax and decide to enjoy right now.

I don't give a fuck.
I love myself.
I am deciding to enjoy right now.
