Let your worries go. Let your thoughts go. Let your fears go. Allow yourself to step into this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and relax.

Allow the flow to come through you. Allow your mind to clear. Allow yourself to breathe deeply and slowly.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and listen.

You never have to worry. You are cared for and no matter what happens you can still be your reason for feeling good. No matter what happens, you will still be you, you will still be free, and you will still be able to access love and joy.

You can let your worries go. You can allow yourself to enjoy the present moment without feeling fearful about the future, without wondering if you’ve done something wrong. You can allow yourself to be worry free. You can allow yourself into that worry-free blissful state of being right now, just by stepping into the present moment.

Breathe in and lighten up!
BReathe out and trust the process of life.

Whatever’s happening is a solution. Whatever’s happening is exactly what’s supposed to happen. Life is helping you right now. Life is on your side. You can relax now.

Grateful to be awake and alive! Grateful for a new day. Grateful to be here now. Grateful for spinach smoothies. Grateful to feel good! Grateful my headache went away. Grateful to be surrounded by nature and animals. Grateful to be trusted. Grateful for the generosity of others. Grateful for reasons to get out of bed. Grateful life loves me. Grateful to feel good now. Grateful to practice the feeling. Grateful to love what I do. Grateful to already have what I want. Grateful life is taking care of me. Grateful to remember what I know. Grateful I can relax and allow well being to flow. Grateful my kitties are happy and healthy. Grateful for my health.

Grateful to feel good in my body. Grateful we’ve been running. Grateful to feel excited about life. Grateful to feel cared for and loved. Grateful to feel rested. Grateful for my freedom. Grateful for plenty of food and money. Grateful for Walgreens and HEB and Twin Liquors and Starbucks. Grateful to have a car to drive. Grateful to be on vacation! Grateful to feel good about life. Grateful to be enjoying this moment. Grateful life gets better every day. Grateful to be in an upward spiral.

Wouldn’t it be nice to work on the planner more tonight? Wouldn’t it be nice to relax and allow the flow to do it? Wouldn’t it be nice to have a fun night running errands with me wifey? Wouldn’t it be nice to eat well and sleep well and get some exercise in? Wouldn’t it be nice to relax? Wouldn’t it be nice to just be here now? Wouldn’t it be nice to make new oil blends? Wouldn’t it be nice to order our oils? Wouldn’t it be nice to go with the flow? Wouldn’t it be nice to feel secure? Wouldn’t it be nice to find a new opportunity?

Wouldn’t it be nice to have the best day of my life? Wouldn’t it be nice to feel the best I’ve ever felt? Wouldn’t it be nice to collapse on the ground with joy? Wouldn’t it be nice to make my best work? Wouldn’t it be nice to serve others? Wouldn’t it be nice to rest and relax and let the flow take care of it all? Wouldn’t it be nice to record my best meditation yet? Wouldn’t it be nice to do nice things for Kelly? Wouldn’t it be nice to laugh and laugh and laugh at jokes? Wouldn’t it be nice to be pleasantly surprised? Wouldn’t it be nice to let my thoughts go?

I’m switching to the version of reality I prefer. In the reality I prefer, life is working out for me. I am in the right place at the right time. I am doing everything right. Life is taking care of me. Life is on my side. I am thriving! I am doing my best work. I am letting life be easy and fun. I am trusting the flow. I am taking care of myself and others. I am letting life live me. I am one with life. I am at peace with what is. I love and accept myself exactly the way I am. I am breathing consciously. I am in the flow. I am present, centered, enjoying this moment!

I am at peace with what is. I am so happy with what I have. I am allowing well being to flow. Life already is the way I want it to be. Everything is perfect and in its place. I am perfect the way I am. I am at peace with what is. I am accepting what is offered. I am so delighted to be a guest in this world.

I love it when I do the work. I love it when I feel good about myself. I love it when writing is fun and feels good. I love it when I remember I’m a witch with complete control over my vibration. I love it when I feel better and better as the day goes on. I love it when I let go. I love it when I surrender. I love it when I am my meditating self. I love it when I let life be fun and easy.

I love it when life unfolds perfectly. I love it when I step back and see it always is. I love it when I feel strong and fit and at the top of my game. I love it when I don’t need things outside of me to make me feel good. I love it when I’m excited about the future. I love it when I let go of my worries and fears. I love it when I remember my dreams that tell me to
NEVER
WORRY!

What do you want?
Simran. Singular focus. To be my reason for feeling good.

Today I intend to let my worries and fears go. Today I intend to feel the best I’ve ever felt. Today I intend to practice simran. Today I intend to take care of myself. Today I intend to help others. Today I intend to be kind and generous. Today I intend to let go of my thoughts. Today I intend to have singular focus. Today I intend to keep my thoughts off the world. Today I intend to connect more and more to the presence within. Today I intend to feel the best I’ve ever felt!

Surrender and let go. You are not in control and you never have been. Step into this moment and accept and embrace your lack of control.

Breathe in and be here now
Breathe out and surrender

You have no control, not even over yourself. Life, the universe, infinite intelligence–it’s way stronger, way more powerful than you could ever be, and it’s always working to help you. Just get out of the way. Surrender.

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and relax.

There are so many moving parts in this life. Things like garage doors and vacations, swimming pools and animals and plants that you want to keep alive and places you want to go, people you want to spend time with. All of those desires being pulled through are being answered right now. You don’t have to get involved. You don’t have to take any action to get what you want. You can give up control right now. You can feel so free right now by surrendering.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not your problem
Breathe out and let go

You don’t have to do anything. You’re not in control. The best thing you can do to bring the things you want to you, is give up trying to control. Stop trying to control yourself, stop trying to control others, stop trying to control your animals. You can relax now, you can surrender, you can breathe deeply and just be here now. Let your thoughts go and wake up in the dream right now.

Breathe in and feel lighter already!
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Trust that everything’s working out without your involvement. The more you let go, the more it flows. It’s ok to surrender. It’s ok to let go. You won’t lose anything other than your negative emotions.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and say thank you

Remember you are a guest in this world. Life wants to give you everything you desire. It’s constantly trying to give you gifts. You can surrender and let go and when you do, you open up to receiving.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and celebrate this moment right now.

Your job is to enjoy this moment, not control what’s going to happen in the future, not control someone else. Your job is to enjoy this moment, and trust your gut. Whatever your gut says, go with it. Trust your intuition. If your intuition says, “Go to Starbucks!” go to Starbucks. If your intuition says, “Go to bed!” go to bed. If your intuition says “Eat the cake!” eat the cake! Listen to yourself. You already have all the answers within. There’s nothing outside of you to gain, there’s nothing outside of you to control. It’s all working itself out and everything is perfect and in its place.
