Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Breathe out and say thank you to your body for allowing you to be here.

Breathe in and congratulate yourself for how far you’ve come.
Breathe out and listen.

Listen to what the flow of life is telling you. Listen to the magick that’s inside of you.

Breathe in and go within.
Breathe out and feel calm

Peace is your natural state. You can return to it right now.

Breathe in and know everything is and always be just fine
Breathe out and feel safe.

No matter what happens, we’re just here for fun.

You can relax. No matter what’s happening, it’s life trying to take care of you. It’s life trying to help you.

It’s ok to let go now. You don’t have to worry. It’s ok to be at peace. It’s ok to surrender.

You don’t have to control your mind. You don’t have to control your thoughts. You can just transcend your mind, step outside of it into the bigger picture, into who you really are.

You don’t have to be affected by your thoughts. Just think of them as stones you can pick up and put down. You are not your thoughts. You don’t have to be defined by what you think

Outside of your mind, nothing can hurt you, nothing can make you feel bad, nothing can attack you, nothing can go against you.

Quiet your mind and listen to what life is telling you. Let yourself be comfortable in this moment. Let yourself step away from your worries and fears.

Breathe in and lift yourself up.
Breathe out and know you’re doing everything right.

Relax. Trust in your own power. Whatever force put us here can help us. Whatever force it is, that’s allowing us to breathe, it loves us.

Breathe in and know life is not random.
Breathe out and remember the power of your thoughts.

You created this. You are god in human form. You’ve been given control since day 1.

Breathe in and step into your power.
Breathe out and feel magickal.

You don’t have to work harder to get what you want. You don’t have to try. You don’t have to sacrifice. You can allow. You can be still and know.

Daily Meditation – Manifest the Best Day of Your Life

Welcome back! Welcome to the present moment. It’s easy to step into the present moment. Just look at what’s right in front of you.

Breathe in and open up!
Breathe out and relax.

This is the best day of your life. You have the power to be or do or have anything you want. All it takes to receive is a singular focus.

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and know that it’s already on the way.

Allow yourself to be open to receiving. Allow yourself to feel light. Allow life to bring you the gifts that you want.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and say thank you.

Every time you catch yourself outside of the present moment thinking about the past or the future, worrying, wondering–just first ask yourself: “What do I want?” As soon as you know that, return to the present moment. To keep yourself tethered in the present moment, you can use a mantra like “Love Yeah Love”, my current favorite. Use this mantra to remind yourself to project a vibration of love. To be at peace with what is. Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing–Love. Yeah, Love! Anytime you encounter something that displeases you, don’t react with anger, just think “Love, yeah, love.”

Love is the ultimate answer. If you can react to your contrast with love, it will only be a matter of hours before the wonderful manifestations start flowing and you receive everything you desire. It’s up to you to lift yourself up, out of a negative thought or emotion, into the signal you want to send.

Breathe in and feel powerful
Breathe out and feel stronger than ever!

You’ve come so far, and even if you’ve come really far and you get knocked back down to where you used to be, you still have that muscle memory of how far you’ve come, and you can get back there in an instant.

Remember all the times in your life when you’ve felt confident. When you were doing you. When you felt successful. When you felt loved. When you felt knowing. All of those times have created who you are today, and you still have the ability to feel just as good–but better.

Breathe in and say thank you to your body
Breathe out and say “I love myself!”

You’re growing to like yourself more and more every day, and all those times you did things you judged yourself for, they’ve made you who you are. Every time you’ve hated yourself, it’s created a part of you that you love. It’s created a perspective that makes you who you are.

Breathe in and embrace yourself, even all of your flaws!
Breathe out and say “I love myself”

You can love yourself because of your flaws, because of your shortcomings. Think about all the people that you like because of their little flaws–the way they’re always late, the way they have that crappy addiction. Even flaws are endearing because they make you who you are. No one’s perfect, and every single little thing that you’ve ever done that you didn’t like about yourself, has created the opposite which makes you wonderful and perfect and in the right place today!

Breathe in and celebrate because life’s working out
Breathe out and relax because today is the best day of your life and it’s about to get even better.
