Welcome to a fresh start. Welcome to the now, where there is no pain and everything is fun. Welcome to the best day of your life. Welcome to the moment where you can see the change.

Breathe in and connect to source.
Breathe out and let life flow through you.

You are so powerful. You are so magickal. You are god in human form. Little by little you have been remembering. Today you have reached a tipping point. It’s easier to remember than forget.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and relax.

You can trust the flow. You can trust the process of life. Wherever you are, make peace. Even if you dislike your circumstances, or you have a lot of things in your life that you don’t like, there’s no pain in the now. So if you can get to the Now, life is enjoyable no matter what.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and be here now.

Let yourself sit up straight. Let yourself align. Let yourself feel the flow of life coming through your body. Let yourself feel strong. Let yourself feel confident. Say to yourself any time you’re idle throughout the day, “I love myself. I love myself. I love myself.” We’re learning how to embrace our divinity. We’re learning how to see ourselves as the perfect beings we are. We’re learning unity perspective, instead of duality. We’re learning that we’re all part of each other. We’re remembering.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and relax.

You’re doing a great job. I love you so much. Life loves you so much. Life is taking care of you every step of the way. Just relax into the now, it’s so cool! Even if you’re resisting something in your life right now, if you can relax into the now, you’ll both feel good where you are and allow what you want to come.

Breathe in and relax into the now.
Breathe out and be here now.

There’s no pain in the now. There’s nothing to worry about in the now. The now is fun. The now is life. The now is the mystery. That which we can’t understand but we can know.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and believe in yourself.

You’re reaching new highs. You’re becoming your reason for feeling good more and more every day. You are learning how to enjoy life itself. You are learning how to connect to that which made you. It’s getting easier.

Daily Meditation – Natural Painkiller

Welcome to the best day of your life. Welcome to a fresh start. Welcome to where you are right now. Although it may seem like you’re doing these fresh starts all the time–maybe something will stick this time–just remember, it all adds up! You are making progress. You are growing. You are changing. You are becoming.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and relax.

Let the flow come through you. Let yourself listen. Let go of your worries. Let go of your thoughts.

Breathe in and remember there’s no pain in the now.
Breathe out and say “I love myself.”

These are your tools for the day. So often we’re trying to avoid pain. The pain caused by lack of pleasure, the pain caused by disappointment or unease, anxiety, physical pain like headaches. We’re always looking to avoid pain. But the thing is, there’s no pain in the Now. You can use “there is no pain in the now” as a mantra that works as a natural painkiller. Say to yourself over and over “There’s no pain in the Now.”

Breathe in and be pain free.
Breathe out and say “I love myself.”

Sometimes the contrast gets so great that we’re willing to try anything. That’s when saying “I love myself” over and over can really help. Today, give gifts to yourself. Give yourself love and a painkiller.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and feel excited because you have a natural painkiller and you don’t have to take drugs.

Life is working out for you. You already have everything you need inside of you. Each day you’re getting better. Each day is more fun. Each day you know more. Each day you go higher. It all adds up. You are improving. You are growing. You are experiencing more and more joy.

Breathe in and think “there’s no pain in the now.”
Breathe out and say “I love myself.”

Say it enough and you’ll find yourself making up reasons why you love yourself. They’ll just come to you! You can train your mind to think the way you want. You’ve been practicing. You’ve been doing such a great job.

Breathe in and feel peaceful.
Breathe out and relax.

It’s all working out for you. You’re learning how to ride the waves. You’re learning how to be one with life. You’re learning how to let the flow through you. You’re REMEMBERING how to let the flow through you.

Breathe in and remember you already know!
Breathe out and find those answers inside of you.

Life is getting better and you are becoming more present. You’re getting better and better at being your reason for feeling good.

Breathe in and congratulate yourself for how far you’ve come!
Breathe out and be pain free because there’s no pain in the Now.

Daily Meditation – Embrace Your Contrast and Shine

Embrace the contrast. Every single time you experience a negative emotion or a negative thought, you can choose to observe it and embrace it.

Breathe in and embrace contrast.
Breathe out and relax.

Whenever you notice contrast, whenever you feel irritated, angry, mad at someone, try saying to yourself, “I’ve noticed that you’re feeling angry. It’s ok to feel angry.” And leave it at that. You don’t have to push away the things you don’t like. When you accept them, they naturally move away from you with the flow.

Breathe in and know that your natural state is well being.
Breathe out and relax.

It’s your time. It’s your time to shine. This day was made for you. Sometimes it’s hard to shine if you’re focused on negative thoughts or you don’t feel very well. But when you embrace contrast, you can always shine.

Breathe in and embrace contrast.
Breathe out and let yourself shine.

No matter how you feel, just keep checking in. “I’ve noticed you feel ok right now. That’s ok.” “I’ve noticed you’re feeling irritated right now. That’s ok. It’s creating a time when you don’t feel irritated.” “I’ve noticed you feel sick. That’s ok, it’s creating a time when you feel well.” Make it your goal to be curious about your contrast. Make it your goal to look at your contrast instead of letting it consume you.

Breathe in and know life is supposed to be fun.
Breathe out and trust that it can be fun even in moments of contrast.

Learning to ride the wave of DESIRE, CONTRAST because you don’t have it, LETTING GO and making peace, then RECEIVING your desire–that wave, it’ll keep going for the rest of your life! It’s time to make peace with the part of the wave that feels hard. Then, when you can be at peace during the worst times, imagine how good you’ll feel during the best times.

Breathe in and believe in yourself.
Breathe out and smile.

Let this day be easy. Let yourself notice your contrast, but don’t get attached to it. You can just acknowledge it, and let it go.

Breathe in and let life take care of you.
Breathe out and feel yourself being part of the flow of life.

Life only keeps on going because there are desires pulled through you. You can’t have new desires if you don’t experience things you don’t like. Today, you are now able to embrace the contrast. When you embrace the contrast it doesn’t mean you’re saying “Yes, more please!” It means, that you accept it as part of life and you don’t have to resist it. Because what you resist, persists!

Breathe in and accept the contrast.
Breathe out and say yes to the contrast.

The more curious you can become about the things you don’t like, the more you can watch instead of being consumed with dislike. The more peaceful you’ll feel. The more fun you’ll have. The easier life will flow.

Breathe in and congratulate yourself for how far you’ve come.
Breathe out and feel the flow, picking you up and carrying you along.
