Daily Meditation – Thank You, I Love You

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax. Step into this moment. Let go of your worries and your thoughts and your fears and allow yourself to just be here now.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and relax your body.

If you’re ever overwhelmed with anxiety or you just can’t stop worrying, even if you can see your thoughts and you’ve been watching yourself and you know you’d rather be thinking another way, try the mantra of when you breathe in say, “Thank you” and when you breathe out, say, “I love you”.

You could think those two thoughts for the rest of your life and lead a very happy life. Any time you don’t know what else to do,

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say I love you.

When you breathe in you’re thanking life for another breath, you’re thanking your body for enabling you to be here at all. You’re thanking whatever it is around you–the present moment that’s cradling you and supporting you, holding you up.

When you breathe out and say “I love you” you’re projecting love which is the only thing anyone wants. Love.

Thank you.
I love you.

Focus on saying those two things and those two things only whenever you get overwhelmed with negative emotion, especially anxiety.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say I love you.

When you allow yourself to project a vibration of gratitude and love, that’s exactly what your reality will reflect back to you.

Surrender and let go. You are not in control and you never have been. Step into this moment and accept and embrace your lack of control.

Breathe in and be here now
Breathe out and surrender

You have no control, not even over yourself. Life, the universe, infinite intelligence–it’s way stronger, way more powerful than you could ever be, and it’s always working to help you. Just get out of the way. Surrender.

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and relax.

There are so many moving parts in this life. Things like garage doors and vacations, swimming pools and animals and plants that you want to keep alive and places you want to go, people you want to spend time with. All of those desires being pulled through are being answered right now. You don’t have to get involved. You don’t have to take any action to get what you want. You can give up control right now. You can feel so free right now by surrendering.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not your problem
Breathe out and let go

You don’t have to do anything. You’re not in control. The best thing you can do to bring the things you want to you, is give up trying to control. Stop trying to control yourself, stop trying to control others, stop trying to control your animals. You can relax now, you can surrender, you can breathe deeply and just be here now. Let your thoughts go and wake up in the dream right now.

Breathe in and feel lighter already!
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Trust that everything’s working out without your involvement. The more you let go, the more it flows. It’s ok to surrender. It’s ok to let go. You won’t lose anything other than your negative emotions.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and say thank you

Remember you are a guest in this world. Life wants to give you everything you desire. It’s constantly trying to give you gifts. You can surrender and let go and when you do, you open up to receiving.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and celebrate this moment right now.

Your job is to enjoy this moment, not control what’s going to happen in the future, not control someone else. Your job is to enjoy this moment, and trust your gut. Whatever your gut says, go with it. Trust your intuition. If your intuition says, “Go to Starbucks!” go to Starbucks. If your intuition says, “Go to bed!” go to bed. If your intuition says “Eat the cake!” eat the cake! Listen to yourself. You already have all the answers within. There’s nothing outside of you to gain, there’s nothing outside of you to control. It’s all working itself out and everything is perfect and in its place.

Relax. Bring all of your attention to this current moment. The only point of life is to enjoy this current moment. Allow your mind to slow, your body to relax. Allow yourself to open up to receiving.

Breathe in and bask in all of the abundance surrounding you
Breathe out and remember that all of this is here for you

You are a guest in this world, and everything is provided for you. You can relax and receive. You don’t have to strive. You don’t have to try. You can surrender and allow what you want to come to you.

Breathe in and listen
Breathe out and surrender

You don’t need anything to be happy. You can choose it right now, by letting your thoughts go, by just watching them go by, instead of becoming identified with them, consumed by them. You are the master of your mind, not the other way around.

Breathe in and tell yourself, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”
Breathe out and tell yourself, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”

Sometimes silent counting is a really effective mantra, but sometimes “I love and accept myself exactly the way I am” is a really effective mantra. Today, I’ve been combining the two, which I like. Something like, “1. Jessica I love and accept you exactly the way you are. 2. Jessica I love and accept you exactly the way you are. 3. Jessica I love and accept you exactly the way you are…” and so on.

Anything you can do to keep your thoughts off of this world and on the presence within you, the divine within you, anything you can do to keep that focus, that singular focus–use it! The less time you spend thinking about the world and your problems, the more time you’ll feel free and loved and perfect and in the right place at the right time. This right now is the right place and the right time. You made it! This is it! This is what you’ve come for! This is why your here. Just to relax and enjoy the ride. To be part of a play. To have fun!

Breathe in and love and accept yourself exactly the way you are.
Breathe out and celebrate!

You’re breathing, you’re alive! You’re completely free to do whatever you want!

Breathe in and listen to the flow.
Breathe out and feel more connected than you’ve ever felt before.

Let your thoughts go. Allow yourself to simplify by letting your thoughts go. You can connect to a much greater intelligence than logic and reason. Instead of thinking, you can know.
