Decide that you’re going to love however things are. You’re going to love the way it is—all the noise and distractions around you. Decide to embrace it all.
This present moment is your power. How you feel right now is attracting what you receive, what you manifest. Allow yourself to feel right now, how you would feel if you got what you wanted.
Let go of needing things to go your way. Let go of needing perfect health. Let go of needing everyone to be happy and healthy around you. Who cares? We’re here for fun and in the present moment, no one’s worried about death!
Notice your body. Notice where your body feels tension. Whatever part of your body is feeling tense right now, say hello to it!
You can focus on activating and loving your chakras like this any time that you’re feeling worried or sick. You can heal yourself just with your breath and just with your focus.
You don’t have to worry anymore! You don’t have to worry for the rest of this entire day! You can worry again tomorrow if you want, but for today, you don’t have to worry!
Open up to the various ways you can be supported. Open up to being the one supporting yourself. You don’t have to decide how it’s going to happen. You don’t have to know how to do it. You can just decide!
What if “I love myself” was the only thought you thought from now on?
Decide you’re going to love yourself and you’re going to have a good day today, regardless of what other people are doing, regardless of what negative thought might enter your mind.
What if you say welcome to every little object in your reality? It’s all consciousness. It all has feelings. What if you gave everything love? What if you welcomed it all?
Now you’re lit up, now you’re energized. Now you’ve pulled energy into your body. You can direct it wherever you want. If you hurt somewhere, direct the energy there.
Whenever that worry crosses your mind, “Source, take the wheel!” You don’t have to worry. You don’t have to get involved. You can choose to let go and trust that life knows what it’s doing. And it’s all unfolding perfectly in the right time.
You don’t have to beat yourself up. You don’t have to care about what other people think. You don’t have to feel bad because your thoughts tell you you should feel bad. That’s what stepping into the present moment is all about—away from your thoughts that are trying to tear you down.
Feel the shift in perspective when you say you love yourself at a point when you normally criticize yourself. You start to love that thing about yourself you used to not like. It’s magickal!
If you ever start resisting what is, go back to YES and THANK YOU! Remember everything that’s happening is a gift!
At any time you can go within and feel good. At any time you can go within and feel peace. The most liberating, gratifying thing in the world is free and it’s inside of you!
If you can step away from your thoughts, you will see, life already is the way you want it to be!

Love yourself even though you hate so many parts of yourself. Say to yourself: “Even though I crave things outside of me to make me feel good, I love and accept myself exactly the way I am. Even though I’m really annoyed with being sober, I love and accept myself exactly the way I am. Even though I’m desperately craving alcohol, I love and accept myself exactly the way I am.
