Daily Meditation – It’s Ok to Love Yourself the Way You Are

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax. Allow yourself to calm down. Allow yourself to be still. Allow your thoughts to slow down.

Breathe in and be who you are
Breathe out and just relax

Let your body relax. Let your mind relax. Allow yourself to gather all of your attention and bring it right here right now. At any time, you can come rest in the present. At any time, you can find relief.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream
Breathe out and relax

Listen to the flow of life. Listen to the way things already are. Allow yourself to breathe. Allow yourself to not care about whatever you’re thinking about. You can let everything go and come rest here in the present moment.

Breathe in and remember you’re dreaming.
Breathe out and listen. Just listen!

Let it be easy. Allow yourself to be yourself. Allow yourself to let go. Allow yourself to not care what other people think.

Breathe in and know you’re doing a great job!
Breathe out and remember that as long as you’re breathing, you’re doing a great job!

You don’t have to try harder. You don’t have to make something of your life. You already are something, you already are life! You’re perfect the way you are and you don’t have to change a thing and you don’t have to feel bad for anything you do or say or don’t say or don’t do. You’re perfect the way you are.

Breathe out

You can let your judgements go. You’re not good or bad, you’re perfect. It’s ok to love yourself the way you are, and if every time you try, your mind comes back with “You can’t love yourself because you did these things and you didn’t do these things!” allow yourself to quiet your mind with a mantra like “I love myself” or “Jessica I love and accept you exactly the way you are,” even if you don’t believe it. Even if you can’t bear to be with yourself.

Breathe in and be here now
Breathe out and yourself relax.

You’re perfect the way you are and you don’t have to change a thing. Just practice loving yourself because you deserve it.

Trust your breath. Imagine having something that every single time you thought of it, you felt instantly better, like thinking about an upcoming vacation or a new love or your favorite drug, or anything that makes you feel all better. Thinking about going to sleep, that kind of thing. Take a minute to imagine how it would feel if every time you placed your attention on your breath, you felt instantly calm, instantly collected, aligned, centered, going with the flow, one with life. You can train yourself to associate your breath with the feeling of well being.

Breathe in and feel well being flowing
Breathe out and connect to your breath.

When you place your attention on your breath, you’re bringing your mind and your body together. Placing your attention on your breath brings your mind from the past or the future or the clouds into this present moment, into your body. You become one, centered and aligned in this moment.

Breathe in and connect to this moment.
Breathe out and feel your mind and your body becoming one.

Every time you remind yourself to go back to your breath, remember that this is an opportunity to merge your mind and body together. Your breath can pull you instantly back into the present moment.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and feel so relieved because you have unlocked another key in the mystery of life.

Breathe out and let your breath take you back to the present moment

When you go throughout your day, when you notice yourself thinking about ANYTHING, remind yourself to go back to your breath.

Use your breath as a tool to let go of any thoughts. Whether they’re worries or fears or plans or thinking about what you have to do next–you don’t have to think about any of it, and the less you think about it, the better!

Breathe out and remember you’re dreaming and you can use your breath to wake up at any moment

There’s nothing to be afraid of. Your flow of well being is so strong. Everything is perfect and in its place and you’re already in the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Relax. Quiet your mind. This moment is all there is. It has all the answers you’ve been looking for.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and focus your attention.

Take advantage of this moment, right now, to remember who you are. You are magickal. You are divine. You are god in human form. You can be or do or have anything you desire and you don’t need anything outside of you to make your dreams come true.

Breathe in and feel your dreams already coming true.
Breathe out and just relax.

What you want is already on the way. Your job is just to relax and let it come.

Breathe in and focus on what you want.
Breathe out and be kind to yourself.

Whatever it is you want, you don’t have to feel bad or judge yourself. Your desires are natural. You can allow yourself to have them.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and remember that right now, you are dreaming, and you can wake up.

There’s a code to all of life–on and off, birth and death, light and dark, yes and no. The code of opposites. When you learn to place your attention on your breath, you can know the code for yourself.

Breathe in and know what you already know
Breathe out and remember you are safe

This is just a dream. There’s a simpler level to reality that you can access at any time. It’s simple because there’s no thought. It’s not full of complexity like the mind. It’s a simple on and off. A simple state of being. In this state of being, you have all the knowledge of all the universe. In this simple state of being you are loved and loving. You know and feel your connection to all of reality, all of consciousness. The simple level of reality is accessible by focusing on your breath.

Breathe in and feel life becoming more simple
Breathe out and feel how easy life can be

You can teach your body and your mind the pattern of birth and death and how to flow with it just by focusing on your breath. You don’t have to have such high peaks and low valleys. You be more of a centered line of alignment.

Breathe in and feel the pattern.
Breathe out and feel your body remembering.

There’s nothing to think about. There’s nothing to do. There is only being.

Breathe in and don’t be afraid.
Breathe out and trust the flow of life.

The flow of life is represented in your breath. It is your breath. In, out. Off, on. Keep your attention on your breath and you will teach your body and your mind the code of life.
