Relax. Empty your mind. Allow universal energy to flow through you.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and let yourself calm down.

This is your time. This world belongs to you. You are free to do whatever you like. There is nothing you HAVE to do.

Breathe in and feel lighter!
Breathe out and feel the flow.

Quiet your mind. Listen for what life is telling you.

Breathe in and empty your mind.
Breathe out and gather your attention.

Bring all of your attention to this moment and wake up in the dream.

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and say thank you.

Allow your energy to focus. Imagine feeling your inner body. Feel for the point of stillness inside of you. Direct all of your senses and all of your attention inside.

Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and feel connected.

Allow yourself to feel like you’re floating. Allow yourself to connect to the universal energy that’s creating you. You are that universal energy creating you. In each moment you get to choose the next step in your creation. You are sculpting your life just like a piece of art. Your thoughts are your tools. Each thought has the power to transform your life.

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and listen.

If you’re unsure of what tool to choose next, just stop thinking all together. ALlow yourself to count silently in your head, or say “I love myself” over and over and over. Or focus on your breath.

Breathe in and connect.
Breathe out and relax.

Congratulate yourself for how far you’ve come. You’re in the right place at the right time. This is the best day of your life and you are becoming more and more conscious.

Breathe in and look around in your dream.
Breathe out and say thank you for all of the abundance you’re surrounded with.

Life already is the way you want it to be. You are already perfect. You don’t have to change anything. Just say yes to what is. It’s a solution.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and remember that point of stillness within you.

Allow yourself to practice singular focus today. Allow yourself to wake up.

Allow the flow to flow. All pain is caused by resisting the flow of life. Today, you are becoming one with the flow of life.

Breathe in and become one with the flow of life.
Breathe out and see that you are not separate from anything in life.

We are one big organism working together. What happens to you is natural and for the greatest good. You are already safe. You are already secure. You don’t need money. You don’t need another person. You don’t need to improve your health to feel safe and secure.

Breathe in and be one with life.
Breathe out and remember you ARE life!

Let the flow through you. Say yes to what is, right now. In the now, there is no pain. If you feel pain in your body, focus your attention on the sensation. Your consciousness will bring light to it and it will dissolve.

Breathe in and be the observer.
Breathe out and just be here now.

You can let this be easy. You can smile and be light. You have a limited amount of attention and there are unlimited good things in life to focus on. No one said you have to focus on what you don’t like. No one said you have to pay attention to the things you don’t want. Imagine paying attention to the things you like in life, the good things. Can you see how it’s possible to keep your attention on only that which you want more of?

Breathe in and let it be easier today.
Breathe out and feel how powerful you’re becoming.

You’re a magician. You’re god in human form. You are divine. You’re made up out of the universe itself.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and smile.

You can trust the process. When a bad thing happens, remember that it’s a solution. The instant you experience something you don’t want, imagine what you do want instead. That’s called switching to the other side of the wave-using what you don’t want to create what you do want.

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and let life get deeper.

There’s nothing to be afraid of. You’re already safe. Allow your mind to slow down. Allow yourself to touch the stillness that’s inside of you. Allow yourself to bring your attention back to that singular focus.

That singular focus is where you’ll find your power. You can test out your singular focus in a simple way. Try balancing on one foot and staring at a single spot. If you let your eyes wander around, you won’t have very good balance. But if you can stare at a single spot, your balance will improve. Apply that to your thoughts. If you can keep your thoughts focused on a single spot, your balance will improve.

Breathe in and walk the tightrope of life
Breathe out and feel so excited because you’re getting better every day and it’s fun to get better. It’s fun to improve. It’s fun to practice. It’s fun to iterate.

You are so good. You are so loved. You are so connected to everything. You are one with life, so there’s nothing to be afraid of. Life can’t get you. You ARE life.

Breathe in and feel relief.
Breathe out and get ready for life to become deeper.

It’s what you’ve been searching for. Allow what you want to come to you.

Welcome to a fresh now. Welcome to the best day of your life. Welcome to the flow. Welcome to a different perspective.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and relax.

Allow yourself to gather your attention. Allow yourself to breathe deeply and slowly.

Breathe in and empty your mind.
Breathe out and let your worries go.

Love is the only thing that matters. Love is always the answer. Life is made out of love. Life is taking care of you, right now.

Breathe in and say “I love myself”
Breathe out and relax your body.

Allow yourself to connect to source. Imagine a brilliant white light coming into your body, beginning at the crown of your head, filling up every cell, until it reaches your feet.

Breathe in and draw power into you!
Breathe out and feel yourself centering and aligning.

Life is taking care of you today. The universe is helping you right now.

Breathe in and let what you want come to you!
Breathe out and be your reason for feeling good.

As you go about your day, practice placing your singular focus on the mantra “I love myself”. Practice saying to yourself all day, ” I love myself. I love myself. I love myself.” At first it might be difficult because you’ll catch yourself doing things you don’t love, but the more you say “I love myself” the more congruent your actions will be.

Breathe in and give yourself the love you want.
Breathe out and let the love flow through you.

I love myself. I love myself. Imagine each time you say it, that you’re petting yourself like a cat. Feel yourself begin to purr. Feel your skin begin to glow. Feel yourself looking better and better, feeling better and better with each repetition. The magick of the mantra is that you don’t have to believe it when you say it. Over time you’ll train your mind into producing evidence that it’s true.

Breathe in and say “I love myself”
Breathe out and say “I love myself”

Allow this love to flow through you freely. Allow it to take you wherever the flow goes. Allow yourself to be an example for others to follow. Allow yourself to be the one who does it first. Whatever example you set, that’s what your world will reflect. If you can begin with a simple mantra like “I love myself”, the whole world will love you!

This is your time. You’re waking up. This is your chance. This is the moment you’ve been waiting for. You’re filled with power. You’re projecting love. You’re ready for the next level!
