Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax. Let the world stop. You don’t need to pay attention to anything but what’s right here, right now.

Breathe in and feel better already!
Breathe out and let yourself be here now.

Relax your mind. Allow yourself to listen instead of trying to come up with things to say. Let the universe bring to you what you want. Know that what’s happening right now is what you wanted.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and relax.

Trust that you’re in the right place at the right time and everything’s unfolding perfectly. Trust that you don’t have to change. You’re already perfect.

Breathe in and be present, right here, right now.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream.

Life is your playground. Each moment is an opportunity to be free, to let what you want come to you, to be who you know you already are.

Breathe in and rest in this present moment.
Breathe out and feel yourself recharging.

Be still. Let your thoughts and worries go. You don’t need them. You don’t need to plan out your day and hold that plan constantly in your head. You can just think about what you want and return to the present moment.

Breathe in and remember your presence is your craft.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Say thank you to life for supporting you. Say thank you to your body for making this moment possible. Say thank you for your breath. The more you say thank you, the more you’ll attract experiences you’ll want to say thank you to.

As you go about your day, practice being thankful for each and every breath. That way, when it comes for your time to die, you will have been present and thankful for each breath. You will have gotten your fill out of life. You will have been in each moment, experienced it for what it is. When you allow yourself to be present in each moment, appreciating the time you have now, what you want flows to you and you’re always satisfied. You won’t leave this world feeling like you’ve left things undone. Today, practice with the mantra:

Thank you for this breath in
Thank you for this breath out

Thank you for this breath in
Thank you for this breath out

When you are grateful for each breath that passes through your lips, you will be completely satisfied, completely blissful, here in the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Welcome to the best day of your life! Welcome to the Now, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come!
Breathe out and be nice to yourself.

You’re doing everything right. You’re perfect the way you are. You can let yourself relax now. Everything is falling into place.

Breathe in and trust the flow of life.
Breathe out and just let yourself be here now.

It’s time for you to shine! You don’t have to strive or try to shine, you only have to be who you already are.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and celebrate because life really can be easy.

Tell yourself that you’re the type of person that no matter what happens, always has a good attitude. You love yourself no matter what happens. No matter what happens, you love yourself so it’s going to turn out ok. You don’t need anything else from anyone else. You don’t need a certain outcome. Whatever happens, you’re going to shine.

Breathe in and feel relieved! You’re going to shine!
Breathe out and just relax. You’re already shining right now!

As you go through your day, keep your attention on your breath and on loving yourself. My newest favorite mantra to have running through my mind all day every day is this:

Breathing in, I love myself
Breathing out, I love myself

Breathing in, I love myself
Breathing out, I love myself

If “I love myself” doesn’t particularly resonate with you, or if you’re feeling negative emotion, try this one instead:

Breathing in I don’t give a fuck!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Breathing in I don’t give a fuck!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Let life be easy. Let it be fun. You’re just here to enjoy it. It’s just a dream. It’s just for fun. Everything is perfect and already in its place. You don’t have to change a thing.

When you give yourself love no matter what, no matter what your circumstances are or what your behavior is–when you choose to love yourself no matter what, then no matter what happens, you’re always loved and you’re always free!

Daily Meditation – Transmute Contrast into Compassion

Welcome to the Now, where all of your power lies. Welcome to the present moment, where everything is perfect and in its place, where everything is synchronous. Whatever’s happening right now is supposed to happen. It’s perfect for you right now. It’s teaching you something.

Breathe in and listen.
Breathe out and empty your mind.

Whatever contrast is occurring, whether you’re irritated or angry or worried, use your contrast as a seed for compassion. When you feel irritated, think to yourself “I wish for no other beings to feel irritated like I am.” Allow yourself to put yourself in someone else’s shoes, and to wish well being on others when you experience contrast. Then you can turn your contrast into something positive.

Breathe in and transmute your contrast.
Breathe out and feel compassion for your fellow beings.

Life is taking care of you. Life is taking care of all of us. Everything is working out for everyone. We only have to shift our perspective to see it.

Breathe in and let this day be easy.
Breathe out and relax.

When things annoy or irritate you, know that it’s a solution. It’s life trying to help you. When there are things you don’t like, it’s an opportunity to focus on what you do like. You get to choose what you place your attention on.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and remember you can always go back to your breath.

You don’t have to think about it. You don’t have to worry. You can just focus on your breath.

Allow life to guide you, to help you. Contrast isn’t bad, negative emotion isn’t bad. It’s a solution and it’s helping you.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

No matter how complex life gets, no matter how deep life becomes, you can always go back to your breath, to the simplicity of on and off, the rhythm of life.
