Daily Meditation – 24 Hour “I Love Myself” Challenge

You do have the ability to always keep it together. You have the ability to feel good no matter what. Even if you’re beating yourself up or judging yourself or criticizing yourself or blaming yourself or hating yourself, you can choose to feel good anyway. You can choose to love yourself instead of criticizing yourself.

Breathe in and say “I love myself”
Breathe out and relax

You may have a habit, or something about yourself you wish you could change, or something you swear you’re going to do differently next time. You nay have a list 100 things long of things you wish you could change about yourself right now. Behaviors you just can’t seem to shake, bad habits. The good news is, you can just choose to focus on the other side of the wave. Because as many things you find to judge about yourself, you’re doing things right.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “What am I doing right?”
Breathe out and ask yourself, “What am I doing right?”

It’s a long list. You’re breathing. You’re taking the time to center yourself. You’re taking care of yourself. You’re making choices. You’re living life. You’re taking the risk of being alive. You’re not making mistakes–you’re doing everything right. It’s all just for fun!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself”
Breathe out and say, “I love myself”

There’s no shame in your game. You do what you want. You do what’s natural to you. You follow your intuition. You are who you are. You’re perfect the way you are.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself”
Breathe out and just be here now.

Close your eyes. Say, “I love myself. I love myself. I love myself. I love myself.” Your mind may resist. It may say things like, “But wait–no I don’t love myself. Here is my list of reasons why.” But it is possible to love yourself for all the good things and the bad, the ups and the downs. You can choose to love yourself no matter what.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and let life be simple.

Tell yourself that you’ll only try saying “I love myself” for one day–24 hours from now. For the next 24 hours, let’s say “I love myself” over and over instead of thinking about anything that doesn’t pertain to right now.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself”
Breathe out and say thank you to yourself for choosing to breathe deeply.

Thank yourself for awakening. Thank your body for letting you be here right now. Just say thank you to yourself. You’re playing a very challenging game. And however hard it is for you, it’s just as hard for everyone else. We’re all in this together. But when you play the game on the “I love myself” level, everything in the game loves you too.

Welcome back. Relax your body. Empty your mind. Let yourself smile!

Breathe in and lift yourself up
Breathe out and let yourself feel good.

You deserve to feel good. You’re reaching heights you never thought you would ever see. Life is getting easier. It’s more and more fun to ride the waves. You’re finding yourself getting caught under them much less often. You’re learning how to master your mind.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and congratulate yourself for how far you’ve come.

You’re learning how to use your mind as a tool instead of being a slave to your thoughts. You’re stepping back, becoming the observer, connecting to source, knowing instead of thinking.

Breathe in and be one with life.
Breathe out and relax.

Life loves you so much. Everyone is celebrating your success. Life’s getting better. You are more in control of your attention than ever before.

Breathe in and celebrate
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

That feeling of being connected to source, focused and concentrating and in the flow, without the constant jabbering of negative thoughts–you’re accessing that feeling more and more. It’s getting easier to remember. You are remembering your natural state of well being.

Breathe in and remember life is supposed to be good.
Breathe out and remember that the only point to life is to enjoy it.

So often our enjoyment is interrupted just by thinking about stuff that happened yesterday. You don’t have to think about anything but what’s right in front of you.

Breathe in and feel the best you’ve ever felt.
Breathe out and celebrate your success.

If at any point, you begin to feel your mood dip, or maybe your thoughts are getting a little slippery and it’s harder to distance yourself from them–try going back to silent counting. Even if your mind says, “I’m too tired to count,” count to 100 as fast as you can and it will give you energy.

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and don’t think about it too much.

The only thing that can ever make you feel bad is your thoughts. You are in control of your mind, not the other way around. You get to decide what you perceive, what you place your attention on, and how you feel. You are the creator of you. You are the creator of your life.

Breathe in and feel more in control than you ever have before.
Breathe out and feel fun and confident because you know the secret to life.

It’s just to enjoy it! When you’re not enjoying it, stop thinking and you’ll start enjoying it. It’s easy!

Daily Meditation – You Are Loved and Accepted

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax. Allow yourself to lighten up. Allow yourself to feel playful. Allow yourself to feel open. Relax your hands. Relax your shoulders. Relax your mind.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

When you breathe out, push out more air than you inhale, keep exhaling, get rid of all that old energy.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and be here now.

Life can be simple. You don’t have to think about all of the things you’ve done. You don’t have to judge yourself. And you certainly never have to feel bad. If you want to keep your concentration on projecting a loving signal, say to yourself, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”

Breathe in and say “I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”
Breathe out and say, “Your name here, I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”

When you say it to yourself, try breathing in for one repetition and repeat when you breathe out. Let it help you focus on your breath and slow your mind down.

Breathe in and say, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”
Breathe out and say, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”

It’s a pretty ideal vibration to project. It will return to you love and acceptance. It will help you focus, it will help you be here now and be nice to yourself.

Breathe in and say, “I love you and accept you exactly the way you are.”
Breathe out and say “I love and accept you exactly the way that you are.”

Wherever you are, love and accept it. Projecting that vibration makes you a magnet for more experiences in which you love and accept your reality.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and remember this is it.

This moment, is it! Do whatever you can to enjoy right now. Sometimes it’s so simple as just saying “I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”

You don’t have to judge yourself. You’ve done nothing wrong. Everything is perfect and in its place. You’re back in the now, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.
