Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax and be here now. Gather all of your attention and focus it in this moment right here, right now.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and stop caring. You don’t have to care. You don’t have to get all balled up worrying about things. You can just say “I don’t give a fuck!” and move on.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come.

Every day you’ll have a new worry. As soon as you receive something you’ll find something else you want that you worry about. You don’t have to worry. You don’t have to care. You can always go back to the mantra of “I don’t give a fuck!”

Breathe in and lighten up.
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

You don’t have to care. You just feel like you have to care because of what other people think. But you know you don’t really care. Because if you did, you’d do something about it!

BReathe in and be here now
Breathe out and let your thoughts go. Let your worries go.

You don’t have to care. You don’t have to pretend to care. If you’re worried about money, say “I always have plenty”. If you’re worried about your health, say “I’ve decided to feel good about that, it’s working itself out.”

You are divine. You are magickal. You do have healing powers and you are a money magnet. You are in love with yourself and with life and life loves you. Instead of worrying about yourself and what could go wrong, spend the day trying to serve others. You don’t have to try to come up with ways to serve but you could use a mantra like:

Breathing in, How may I serve?
Breathing out, How may I serve?

Ask yourself over and over, “How may I serve?” When you look for ways to serve others, when you look for ways to serve your reality, life looks for ways to serve you. You are your reality. This whole world is just a reflection of you. So when you give and serve and project love, you’re a magnet for all of those things to come back to you.

Relax. Let yourself be here now. Say thank you for your breath. Say thank you for this moment. We are so blessed and so loved. Life wants nothing more than to serve us right now.

Breathe in and smile.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

Let yourself enter this moment. Let your body relax. Allow yourself to stop thinking about everything.

Breathe in and be here now

You can trust the process of life. You can listen to the flow. At any time, you have access to knowledge and understanding beyond logical, rational thought. At any time you can connect to your spiritual side, to the unseen dimension, to that power that you know is there but you can’t see it.

Breathe in and connect
Breathe out and feel so relieved

This is your time. Life is helping you have the best day ever. You are magickal. You are already one with life. Today, you get to shine.

Breathe in and listen.
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come.

Allow yourself to be still. Stillness does not mean death. It does not mean giving up. In stillness you become one with god, one with life. In stillness you can find the answers. Only your mind makes motion and distance, separation. When you still your mind, you become one with all of life, all of reality.

Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and be still.

Let your body be still. Let your mind be still, focused on a single point. Allow yourself to stop thinking about whatever’s bothering you. Allow yourself to stop thinking about your projects and your to do list. Allow yourself to stop thinking. Allow yourself to be here now, awake in the dream, aware of the playground, feeling light and joyful and playful and excited to be here.

Breathe in and feel how good stillness feels.
Breathe out and feel yourself charging, becoming energized and excited

Stillness is where you can pull your energy from. You can find stillness in any moment throughout your day. Just bring your focus to a single point. It may be easiest to just stare at a point on the wall for a couple seconds. Or focus on your breath by saying:

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out

Or you really can’t stop your thoughts, or you’re having a lot of contrast, just start counting as fast as you can. Count instead of think. There are so many ways to access the stillness within you, the point from which you came, to which you can return any time. When you allow yourself to be still, you become one with life, you broaden your perspective, you access your divine powers and infinite intelligence. When you allow yourself to be still, you can see how everything is changing and moving and you don’t have to get involved. It’s life playing out and you’re just here to enjoy the ride. You’re not responsible. You don’t have to prove yourself. You can just be still and let life bring to you what you want.

You’re on the right path. Life is helping you right now. Quiet your mind and listen for what the flow is saying to you.

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and relax.

You don’t have to worry about anything. You’ve decided to feel good about that, it’s working itself out. You let it come to you.

Breathe in and be your reason for feeling good.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

You don’t have to worry about anything. You can bring all of your attention into this present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

Say thank you to your body. Say thank you to your friends and family. Say thank you to life for sustaining you all of these years. Say thank you for another day. Say thank you for your breath.

Breathe in and let it come to you.
Breathe out and decide to take no action. Just let it unfold.

You don’t have to get involved. You don’t have to try. You can let this day be easy.

Breathe in and focus your attention
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come.

You are at your most powerful ever. You can be or do or have anything you desire. To become a magnet to everything you want, just enter the present moment. Step into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. When you’re here right now, in this moment, life is a playground. You remember it’s just a dream. You are safe. There is no pain in the Now. When you enter the present moment, you become lighter. You leave your worries behind. There’s no space for thoughts in the present moment. When you let your thoughts go, your mood rises. You feel better and better the longer you can go without thought. Thoughts are the only thing that could ever make you feel bad.

Breathe in and step into this present moment
Breathe out and feel excited about that playground that is YOUR LIFE!

Limitless. You are so free. When you let your thoughts go and step into the present moment, you feel better and better. When you feel good you become a match to all those things you want that you think will make you feel good. You can skip the middleman of manifestation and choose to feel the way you want to feel, right now.

Breathe in and let it come to you.
Breathe out and celebrate who you are.

You are magickal, you are divine, and you are so loved. Everything is working out for you.
