Relax. Let your judgements go. You are in the right place at the right time.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and be here now

Go back to your breath. When you place your attention on your breath, you can be content regardless of your circumstance.

If you allow yourself to stop thinking and focus on your breath, you can let go of all of those uneasy emotions, all of those doubts and fears and worries. You can let them go right now.

Breathe in and know you’re breathing in.
Breathe out and know you’re breathing out.

Relax and let the flow take care of it. You’re a guest in this world. You might think that you have to take action to achieve what you want to achieve, but if you surrender and let go, life will work it out better than you could ever imagine.

Your only job is to enjoy this moment right now. Your only craft is your presence. There is nothing that you have to worry about and there is no worry that will help you. You can let your thoughts go now. They’re not helping you.

Your connection to source is what helps you. Relax, lighten up. You don’t have to care. You don’t have to care about what other people think. They’re just reflections of you.

Breathe in and lift yourself up.
Breathe out and celebrate this day.

You’re still alive. You’ve made it to another day. You can let your thoughts and worries, and your plans and lists go. Right now you can step into beginner’s mind. You can step into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. With beginner’s mind, you’re not thinking about what you’re experiencing, you just experience, as if for the first time.

Breathe in and experience your world as if for the first time
Breathe out and remember who you are.

You are a divine magickal being who is here to enjoy the trip. You’re here for fun, you’re here for love, you’re here for joy. You can just relax and breathe and trust that it’s going to work out without you ever getting involved. Your desires created. Now you can open up to receiving, by surrendering your desires, by letting go, and feeling as good RIGHT NOW, as if you had that thing you wanted. You can celebrate right now, receiving what you wanted. It’s already on the way. There’s nothing you can do, no action you can take, to make things turn out the way you want them to. You can just relax and surrender and let life do all the heavy lifting. It’s not your job to control the circumstances of your life or your self. Your only job is to surrender and enjoy right here, right now.

Relax. Allow yourself to move slowly. Allow your mind to slow down. Allow yourself to breathe. Allow yourself to be here now.

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come
Breathe out and just relax.

Listen to the flow, to your connection to source. Feel for that connection. Feel the universal energy–infinite, timeless, eternal–feel how it’s creating you and supporting you and loving you.

Breathe in and let it be easy.
Breathe out and trust the flow.

You’re in the right place at the right time, right now. Life is taking care of you. Life is presenting the solution right now.

This is your time. This is your life, your illusion, your dream. This is your creation. You get to choose what happens next.

Breathe out and give what you want to receive

Let life give you the answers. Let life connect to you right now. Allow yourself to appreciate who you are right now. Allow yourself to feel loved. Allow yourself to feel what it would feel like to be happy, even if you never saw another person again or had another ounce of pleasure ever again. Imagine what it would feel like to be happy just being.

Nothing can go wrong in a universe made out of love. Nothing can hurt you when love is all there is.

If you want to feel happy, just appreciate what you already have.

Breathe out and focus your attention right here right now

Decide to be awake. Decide to be alert, and aware.

Breathe in and say “I love myself”
Breathe out and say “I love you”

Say these two phrases, throughout the day. Connect them with your breath, and you will be appreciating what you already have. When you breathe in and say I love myself you are appreciating who you are, without having to change. When you breathe out and say I love you, whatever your focus is on, it’s something you already have, and you’re appreciating it.

Allow yourself to feel good now, without receiving that thing you think you want. Allow yourself to feel light and playful and whole. You don’t need anything else to feel the way you want to feel, and you can choose to be that way right now.

Breathe in and celebrate! Life can be fun and easy!
Breathe out and relax.

This is the best day of your life! Everything’s working out for you. You are loved and loving, and you are appreciating what you already have. What you want has no choice but to come to you now.

Relax. Remember that you are in the right place at the right time. Whatever’s happening is a solution, and whatever your contrast is, it’s creating the life that you want.

Breathe in and smile
Breathe out and feel yourself becoming lighter.

You don’t have to feel bad. You don’t have to judge yourself. You don’t have to beat yourself up. You can love and accept yourself exactly the way you are right now. When you do love and accept yourself exactly the way you are, you create more experiences that reflect that. You’ll find more reasons to love and accept yourself, but you have to choose it first. Choose to love and accept yourself, then you’ll find reasons why you should.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and don’t give a fuck. It’s not serious. It doesn’t matter.

Think about it in the grand scheme. Most things don’t matter in the grand scheme. Actually, nothing matters in the grand scheme. It’s just for fun. You can relax. You can let go of your worries and your fears and trust the life is taking care of you, no matter what has happened.

You’re a miracle. You’re living the magick life. It can be scary to trust in yourself, to trust in the universe, to trust that there actually is a force called love. It can be so scary that you do all these things called upper limiting, where you create drama for yourself when things start going well. It’s ok to be scared. Life is one crazy trip. But you can relax and you can let it be fun. You do get to choose. You get to choose how you feel, what you think. How you feel is just a reaction to your thoughts. If you change your thoughts, that’s how you can change how you feel. Just pick one thing you want to be true. Make it your singular focus for today. It doesn’t matter what it is, all that matters is that your mind’s not scattered thinking about all of these things that you’re worried about. Rein in your attention, place it on one thing, and let this day be easy and fun. You get to choose, so choose right now to love and accept yourself exactly the way you are, and everyone else will do the same.
