Relax. Welcome to this moment. Welcome to the present, where all of your power is.

Breathe in and say thank you for a new day.
Breathe out and know that fresh opportunities are coming your way.

Anything could happen today.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and step into this moment.

You are so blessed. You have nothing to worry about. Life is on your side.

Breathe in and feel peace overcoming you.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

Release them into the earth.

Breathe in and know that today is the best day of your life!
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come.

Listen for the flow and follow the flow. In every moment you can feel the flow if you ask yourself.

Breathe in and feel for the flow.
Breathe out and follow the flow.

The flow will take you where you want to go. It might not look the way you expected, but it will always work out.

Breathe in and listen to the energy that’s already inside of you.
Breathe out and feel your inner body—the point from which you come.

Feel your center. The divine is protecting you from within. Your source is always loving you and always caring for you and always making sure you’re ok. You have nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and observe your thoughts.
Breathe out and step away from your thoughts.

The less you think, the better you’ll feel, so let’s count at every meal! When you find yourself overwhelmed by worries or fears, remember you don’t have to think those thoughts. Those thoughts are not you. You don’t have to think about anything. You are under no obligation. No one’s telling you to think about those worries.

Breathe in and lighten up! Today is a beautiful day!
Breathe out and relax. Let your thoughts go.

I’ve already forgot what I’m worried about! Do that over and over instead of thinking, any time you encounter a negative thought, anytime you’re worried sick—count to 100. Then count to 1000. Then count to 10,000. You’ll feel so light! Because you’re not trapped in your thoughts. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. You can trust the universe. The universe loves you and even though it’s scary to experience change, the change is leading you towards what you want.

Breathe in and say thank you for this beautiful body! I love you body!
Breathe out and say thank you for this home and for my friends, for everyone who takes care of me.

Breathe in and say thank you god for everything
Breathe out and remember that you are safe in this moment and in this moment everything is taken care of.

In this present moment, everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Welcome to the now. Welcome to the best day of your life. You’ve been feeling the flow, the rhythm of life, more and more every day. Little by little, day by day, everything’s going more and more your way.

Breathe in and lift yourself up
Breathe out and relax

You believe in the magick life now. You believe in the power of your thoughts. You know that your thoughts are creating. You know the divinity within you. You know that all of your dreams are coming true now.

Breathe in and celebrate! There’s nothing to worry about.
Breathe out and be here now.

In this present moment everything is taken care of. And in each future present moment everything will be taken care of. Your only job is to relax and be here now. Enjoy this moment.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and say thank you for the roof over your head, for your pets, for your family, for your friends, for food to eat, for people who love you.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself.”
Breathe out and project love.

Breathe in and enjoy this moment right now, chaotic as it may be
Breathe out and project love.

You are already one with life, and you don’t have to change a thing.

You are already safe and secure because you are one with life. Nothing in life can get you, because you are life.

Breathe in and enjoy this moment right now.
Breathe out and relax because there’s nothing to worry about

Everything’s perfect and in its place.

Life will take care of you. God will take care of you. You don’t have to worry any more. If you catch yourself worrying, say, “I believe in the magick life.” Or you could try, “I’m trusting the universe on that, it will work itself out.” And I promise you, I know from personal experience, that even your worst fears are working themselves out.

Breathe in and know you truly have nothing to worry about.
Breathe out and enjoy this moment right now.

You’ve made it. You’re here in the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Decide to believe in the magick life. Life will support you if you make the decision.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and be here now.

The magick life is when you don’t worry about the future and you let life work itself out. The magick life is when you think about what you want and then you receive it. The magick life is choosing to feel good first then receiving good-feeling manifestations. The magick life gives you the power to relax and enjoy being alive without the stress of normal things like jobs and injuries and sickness.

Breathe in and decide to live the magick life
Breathe out and trust that the universe is conspiring to help you.

You either believe in the magick life or you don’t. You either believe that your thoughts create your reality or you don’t. You can trust life to support you. You can believe in yourself. You can decide right now to live the magick life and never worry again.

Breathe in and let universal energy flow into you!
Breathe out and feel powerful

Your power is in letting go. Your power is in surrendering to the flow. When you say yes and you trust the universe, you will be lead to exactly what you want.

Breathe in and trust.
Breathe out and know that life wants to take care of you.

When you release your struggles and your worries and your fears, and toss them all aside, trust god, trust life, trust the universe, trust the mystery that made us—when you decide to believe in it and trust it, it believes in you.

Breathe in and feel excited because you live the magick life.
Breathe out and listen.

Life is always helping you, always giving you clues. You’re always in the right place at the right time.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and step into this present moment.

You can decide to enjoy right now and let your worries about the future go: that’s the magick life.

Breathe in and listen to what life is telling you.
Breathe out and let the flow carry you through today.

You don’t have to think about it. You can just count silently in your head all day, and everything will magickally work out for you. Silent counting is like spell casting. It helps you stop thinking, stop worrying, so you can stop creating those worries. When you count silently, you have a singular focus. When you count in your head, you allow the chatter to stop so you can feel your connection to god so you can be here now so you can be awake! And notice and listen. Instead of being lost in your thoughts.

Breathe in and lift yourself up.
Breathe out and celebrate how far you have come.

Life is getting better for you every day and it’s because you are choosing it. You are choosing to feel good and then the good things come—that’s the magick life. Choose to feel the way you want to feel, then you receive things that give you the same feeling. How would you feel if you had that money you wanted? How would you feel if you had that relationship you wanted? How would you feel if you had that success you wanted? Feel that way now and the rest will follow.

Breathe in and celebrate! You’re in the right place at the right time.
Breathe out and feel for the flow of life.

You really don’t have to think about it. Just count silently in your head and you’ll be living the magick life. If you can let your thoughts go, your worries, your concerns, your fears—you won’t create them. And what you do want will be able to find you. It already exists, just open up and let it come to you. That’s the magick life.
