Love yourself even though you hate so many parts of yourself. Say to yourself: “Even though I crave things outside of me to make me feel good, I love and accept myself exactly the way I am. Even though I’m really annoyed with being sober, I love and accept myself exactly the way I am. Even though I’m desperately craving alcohol, I love and accept myself exactly the way I am.
As you go about your day, ask yourself, “Am I in the present?” If you are, then enjoy it, bask in it. Say things like “I love myself” and “Yes” and “Thank you! I’m in the present moment!” And if you’re not…
If there’s one part of your body that you want to heal, just direct the energy of “I love myself” to that part of your body.

What you seek from others you can give to yourself and when you give yourself approval, you don’t need it from other people. And then, it’s free to come to you!
You are your world. The world is a reflection of you. So when you give yourself love, you give the world love. When you give the world love, the world loves you back.
