You get to choose what you feel. You get to choose what you think. You get to choose how you react.

Breathe in and step into this moment
Breathe out and ask yourself, “How do I feel right now?”

I feel groggy. So however you feel, say to yourself, “I’ve noticed I feel _____ and that’s ok.” What is being groggy or what is the way you’re feeling right now making you ask for? When I feel groggy it’s making me ask to feel alert. So now, I can choose that feeling of alertness, just by noticing my contrast of feeling groggy, and then asking for what it created. Your contrast, the things that are going wrong, your problems—they’re making you ask for the opposite side of the wave. All you have to do when you have a problem or contrast is identify how it’s making you feel: “I feel groggy”. And then find out the opposite of that. (It’s called the emotional scale if you want to look it up.)

Your contrast is helping you create. When you feel something bad, think about what it is making you ask for.

Breathe in and feel alert!
Breathe out and feel better already

Your problems are creating your solutions. It’s your choice to notice how you feel and to ask for what you want. And then, it is given!
