Everything you want is eventually coming to you. You don’t have to try anymore. Mark this day on your calendar as the day you gave up trying & started allowing.

Breathe in and trust.
Breathe out and know that you live the magick life and no one’s going to tell you anything different.

You live the magick life! Life takes care of you. You’re already doing the hardest, scariest craziest thing just by being alive. Yes it’s a gift, but you don’t have to do any more work than breathe. The whole premise of life is that what you want will come to you. You’re here to have the desire.

Breathe in and say thank you to yourself.
Breathe out and think about how awesome you are.

Just by coming here, just by agreeing to be alive for another day, you’re doing great!

Breathe in and let go.
Breathe out and let go.

You can let go and let go and let go of your trying! Trying to make your schedule, trying to manage your workout routine. Trying to manage your diet. Trying to manage your work. Trying to manage your happiness. You don’t have to try. You don’t have to manage.

Life knows what to put where and who should do what. You don’t.

You don’t have to try to do anything. You don’t have to feel bad because you’re not doing what you think you should be doing. It’s all just your mind. Most people are trapped in their minds. You’re not.

All it really comes down to is what you’re thinking about. Are you thinking about what you want, or what you don’t want. You get to chose in every moment what you think. If you think a thought and it feels good, you’re on the right path. If you think a thought and it feels bad, just drop it.

Breathe in and smile.
Breathe out and congratulate yourself for how far you’ve come.

You’re doing a great job. You can’t do anymore than you’re already doing. Just relax. Focus on one spot, and breathe.

Everything really is working out for you. You know you wanted this. Just say thank you. Say I love myself. When a thought that comes up that doesn’t feel good, just say “I’m not thinking about that anymore. I love myself. I’m not thinking about that anymore.” Let it go.

Breathe in and feel excited because you are in control.
Breathe out and know that you’re the creator. You get to chose. You get to chose how you feel. You get to chose what you think. Therefore you get to chose your reality.

Breathe in and feel your power.
Breathe out and relax.

You have the rest of your life to practice. There’s no race. You’re not better than anyone else. But you can chose to feel good in every moment by practicing in every moment. It’s all for you! It’s for your own good!

There’s no end result that you do this for. You practice to feel good now.

You can feel good right now. You can focus on your breath. You can stop thinking. If you want to feel good right now, just empty your mind and feel how good it feels to be.

Breathe in and enjoy being.
Breathe out and have a little faith in yourself.

You’re god in human form. You’re very powerful. You’re infinitely powerful. Give yourself a little credit today. You can feel good right now. It’s just like turning a dial. The dial that you’re turning is your thoughts. Turn it from to ON TEN CHATTERBOX all the way down to 0. Oneness. Blank. THought-free.

Breathe in and look around you! This is magickal!
Breathe out and let go of your worries! They’ve been plaguing you your entire life!

Let them go! Fuck your worries! You’ve probably had the same worries for the past 10 years! Worrying isn’t helping you. The only thing that will help you is to choose to feel good right now. It’s the ultimate solution!

Breathe in and decide to feel good right now ! There’s always a way to feel good right now.
Breathe out and make it your job today to feel good right now.

Even if you can’t stop thinking, you can replace your thoughts with a mantra. Just say to yourself, “I feel good right now. I feel good right now. I feel good right now. I feel good right now. Alignment is just feeling good. Alignment is letting life live you. Alignment is trusting. Alignment is knowing what to do. Alignment is certainty and love.

Breathe out and trust.

You are in alignment right now. Right now, you feel good and you feel good no matter what. You feel good in spite of everything. No matter what your circumstances are, right now you do feel good.

There’s nothing to be afraid of. Life really is this magickal. Life really is exactly the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and accept the gift.
Breathe out and relax.

It’s all coming forth for you. You’re allowing more and more. You’re resisting less and less. You’re doing a great job.

Breathe in and smile.
Breathe out and be kind to yourself.

Step back from your ego. Look at yourself from an outside perspective. Look at yourself like a friend. Be kind to yourself.

Breathe in and feel relief.
Breathe out and feel so relieved.

It’s easier to be kind to yourself now. You understand why. When you’re kind to yourself, the world is kind to you. It all starts inside of you.

Breathe in and appreciate how far you’ve come.
Breathe out and know that you’re ready.

You have this beautiful garden. You’ve planted all sorts of stuff in it. Now you’re starting to see what’s coming up. It’s time to tend to your garden. To appreciate it. To focus on what you want more of. To remove what you don’t want.

You can do this all with your attention. Nothing involving your hands. Nothing involving any effort other than directing your attention.

Breathe in and empty your mind.
Breathe out and be here now.

Let go of everything but what’s here now.
What can you see that you’ve been growing? Tranquility? Peace? Creativity? Knowing? Trust?

Step into this moment and know how powerful you are. You don’t have to try anymore.

Breathe in and know you’re not doing this for manifestations.
Breathe out and know that you’re doing this so you can feel good moment to moment no matter what’s manifested.

Whatever manifests, that’s old news. You have the power to control how you feel right now. You have the power to cast spells right now. To be magickal right now. Cast your spell and then trust that it worked. Just like planting a seed in a garden, you trust that it will sprout but it’s not going to do it right now.

Breathe out and close your eyes and picture your garden.

You can see how it’s fully grown there! Trust your vision. You already know how it’s going to turn out.

Hi. Welcome to a new now. You have a new calling in every now, calling you towards what feels good. In every moment, life is calling you. Can you hear it?

Breathe in and smile.
Breathe out and relax.

Stop trying. Stop trying. Stop trying. Stop trying. Give up on everything. Don’t make yourself do anything. Stop trying. You don’t have to try. You can just let things come to you. Let things unfold naturally.

Breathe in and feel relaxed.
Breathe out and trust you’re in the right place at the right time.

Everything’s going your way. You are the way. Whatever you want, it’s coming. But things that you want, you don’t need. Whatever you have right now is all you need. You’re in the right place at the right time.

Breathe in and let go of what you want.
Breathe out and make peace with where you are.

Can you enjoy where you are right now? Can you smile and breathe? Can you think about something else?

The more you let go, the more it flows. Every day, it gets easier to let go.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and slow your thoughts down.

Be at peace where you are. You can levitate where you are right now! Completely relaxed, let the tension drain from your head, through your neck, through your shoulders, through your arms, through your stomach, through your legs, out through your toes into the flow.

Let all the tension be released from your body and return it to the earth where it can be neutralized.

All the best things happen when you’re totally relaxed. All the best things happen when you don’t care about them. You don’t need any of the best things to happen because you feel so good right now.

Breathe in and know this is the main event.
Breathe out and realize that means “feel good right now.”

This is the main event. So whatever you can do to relax and stop caring about the future. Whatever you can do to feel good right now, that’s what you should be doing. And you already are! You’re doing great! Every day is getting easier.

Breathe in and bask in your perfection.
Breathe out and let go of your need to try to do anything.

Right here where you are is perfect. You could sit here forever and be perfectly content. Learn how to be perfectly content, right here, right now, and you’ll never have to worry about anything again.

Let go and let god speak through you. Let the words come to you. Let the flow guide you.

Breathe out and relax.

This is all for you. Every flower, every bird, every person, they all came to be in the movie of your life. They all came here to be with you. You’re love! You’re magickal! You’re the center of the universe. It all came here just for you.

Breathe out

From now on, let go of your fears and just listen to what the flow tells you in every moment. You can always hear in your mind, “Do this! Do that! Go here! Don’t do that!” It’s not the voice of your ego trying to set you up for failure, it’s the voice of god or source or the universe, guiding you, telling you where to go, whispering to you your next step on your path.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and let it come to you!

You don’t have to be part of their world. You don’t have to be part of normal society. You don’t have to be part of anything you don’t want to be. Just let go and let it come to you and it will come naturally, in a way bigger and better than you could ever dream.

Breathe in and find your focus.
Breathe out and know that you don’t have to try.

Nothing really matters. But you did come to this life to enjoy it. So if you’re not enjoying it right now, you’re not fulfilling your life’s purpose.

Breathe in and feel the love within you.
Breathe out and project your love into the world.

You’re only true goal is to love and be loved. You can do that in every moment. You can love yourself. You can love your environment and the people around you, and they’ll return that love right back to you.

Breathe out and say I love myself.

You’re doing everything right and this process of life is getting simpler and simpler. Give love and receive love, that’s all there is to it.

Let the flow through you. The flow always knows. The flow is always trying to guide you. And the less that you try, the less effort you’ll have to take.

Breathe in and know everything’s ok.
Breathe out and trust yourself.

You’re ok right now. You’re safe right now.

Breathe in and smile.
Breathe out and have confidence in yourself.

You’ve done such a good job. You’re doing great. Keep up the good work! Even if you don’t who cares. You don’t have to worry about anything.

All you can do today is ask yourself in every moment, “How can I relax in this moment? How can I relax right now? How can I relax. I’m relaxed. I’m finally relaxed.” When you’re relaxed, the good things you want flow to you, because you’re not all uptight blocking them with your thoughts.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and relax.

The good feeling always comes back to you. You don’t have to try to get it. You don’t have to try to feel it. The good feeling always comes back.

Breathe in and remember what that good feeling feels like.
Breathe out and trust that you’ll get there again.

You’re already there aren’t you? You’re already there. You feel good right now. Everything’s working out for you right now. Just surrender. Relax into this moment. Let this moment take care of you. You’re safe, you don’t have to worry. You’re doing everything right. Just relax into this moment.

Breathe in and accept yourself for who you are right now.
Breathe out and know you’re perfect right now.

Don’t try to change. Don’t fight the right now. Don’t fight who you are. You’re perfect right now. Just relax. Just relax and the solutions will come. If you don’t know how to relax, just stare at one point and breathe.

Breathe in and feel relief.
Breathe out and feel relief. You know how to relax. You know what to do. And you know that the only thing that you should do is be.

Welcome to a fresh Now, where you get to decide what happens from now on.

Breathe in.
Breathe out.

Life can seem really overwhelming, or boring, or dumb, or hard, or less than optimal at times. What do you do in that situation? Here’s how you start.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and say I love myself.

Your Self is everything. You are everything. You are the universe. Your Self is your entire reality. Although you might dislike a lot of your reality, you can still love it.

Breathe in and say I love myself.
Breathe out and say I love myself.

Self love is the most important thing that you can ever learn. It’s the only thing that matters. Love is all that matters, whether you like it or not right now. You just want to be loved. If you’re in any sort of pain whatsoever, it’s just because you want to be loved. And you can give that love to yourself.

Breathe in and say I love myself.
Breathe out and say I love myself.

I love myself no matter what. I love myself. I love myself. Keep coming back to this. Even when it stops working as a mantra, even when you feel like you’re going to gouge your eyes out if I have to say I love myself one more time. Keep saying I love myself. I love myself.

Breathe in and smile! At least you’re alive! If you weren’t alive, you’d be nothing.
Breathe out and smile.

You wanted to be here. You wanted to come on this adventure. You knew when you came, you would always have love. You would have an infinite supply inside of you to give out to everything. That love would never stop flowing. It will never dry up. That love is all you need. It’s what tethers you to feeling good. It’s what tethers you to god.

Even if you can’t believe it right now, just say I love myself I love myself I love myself I love myself I love myself.

Eventually, you’ll create a channel in your mind for other thoughts to flow down that are similar. You’ll start feeling better and better. It always works. The only reason you would ever feel bad is because you want love.

Breathe in and smile because you can give love to yourself.
Breathe out and feel relief because you have an infinite supply.

You don’t have to worry because you have infinite love! You’re abundant. You’re cup runneth over. You’re complete. You’re one. You are the One. You’re magick. Because you have an infinite supply of love within you.

Breathe in and give some of that love to yourself.
Breathe out and feel relief because you’re finally getting the love you crave so badly.

I love myself I love myself. It’ll always work. Just keep up the good work. I love you!
