The weather was perfect-low 70s, sunny, blue skies. I got mad blisters from my new VIbrams! But it happened before, just have to wear bandaids for a couple runs. We ran our BEST TIME for this route today! Our new pace is about 12 minutes! So much better than when we walking more and getting a 15 minute pace… I am so in love with running right now! It is so energizing and makes me feel so happy! Kelly found a dime today! Everyone we saw walking by was so pleasant! I think the reason I love running so much more now is because I can FEEL the fourth dimension/flow of well-being PUSHING me along, and it makes running effortless, even when my feet are rubbing raw!

The weather was perfect! Blue skies, 77 degrees. I felt strong and happy to be running! Ran most of the way! Kel stopped at the halfway point to walk and I kept running. Eventually I turned around to go walk with her. We had a good conversation on the way back about preferences and deciding what to do based on what feels right.
When I was running, my only thoughts were “I love myself I love running” ad infinitum. It worked really well!
Tired. Ran about a mile. Legs are sore from biking so much! Need to stretch more. Beautiful weather. Talked about Lesson 6: “lifestreaming helps you love yourself.” Woke up by the end. All is well.
Today we left around 2p when the sky was blue and the sun shining bright. We ran our longest distance this training season, and made our best time! We got under a 15 minute pace (14:14!!), which was exactly what I wanted! We sprinted up some hills and had a quick brainstorm about the School of Life Design book coming out this winter! RUNNING FEELS SOOOOO GOOOOD.
Today we tried a new route. Running down S 1st is way too trafficky so we tried a new residential route around our neighborhood. It was way better! We ran the first mile and walked the rest, soaking in the beautiful blue sky and October sunshine. Looking forward to trying this route again on Saturday!
We had an awesome brainstorming session about how we’re organizing our projects now… It goes something like this:

It was so cold out today! 50 degrees! Betty met us at our place at 8 and we set off down 1st. We ran about a mile to Mary st but had to take a breather. We went just past Torchy’s #2 then ran another minute on the way back. It was so fun running with Betty! Can’t wait for next time. I am so wearing long sleeves tomorrow. Also! I found 30 cents! I could buy a phone call, or a piece of candy, or a walmart pop…
