Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax. Allow yourself to calm down. Allow yourself to be still. Allow your thoughts to slow down.

Breathe in and be who you are
Breathe out and just relax

Let your body relax. Let your mind relax. Allow yourself to gather all of your attention and bring it right here right now. At any time, you can come rest in the present. At any time, you can find relief.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream
Breathe out and relax

Listen to the flow of life. Listen to the way things already are. Allow yourself to breathe. Allow yourself to not care about whatever you’re thinking about. You can let everything go and come rest here in the present moment.

Breathe in and remember you’re dreaming.
Breathe out and listen. Just listen!

Let it be easy. Allow yourself to be yourself. Allow yourself to let go. Allow yourself to not care what other people think.

Breathe in and know you’re doing a great job!
Breathe out and remember that as long as you’re breathing, you’re doing a great job!

You don’t have to try harder. You don’t have to make something of your life. You already are something, you already are life! You’re perfect the way you are and you don’t have to change a thing and you don’t have to feel bad for anything you do or say or don’t say or don’t do. You’re perfect the way you are.

You can let your judgements go. You’re not good or bad, you’re perfect. It’s ok to love yourself the way you are, and if every time you try, your mind comes back with “You can’t love yourself because you did these things and you didn’t do these things!” allow yourself to quiet your mind with a mantra like “I love myself” or “Jessica I love and accept you exactly the way you are,” even if you don’t believe it. Even if you can’t bear to be with yourself.

Breathe in and be here now
Breathe out and yourself relax.

You’re perfect the way you are and you don’t have to change a thing. Just practice loving yourself because you deserve it.

Grateful to be awake and alive! Grateful for hot showers, coffee, coconut oil, quiet time with my kitties. Grateful for my health. Grateful to feel excited about fitness. Grateful to feel strong. Grateful to feel like running. Grateful I can focus on my breath and my third eye and nothing else matters. Grateful for our blooming plants and grateful for a good night’s sleep. Grateful for bananas and new patterns and habits. Grateful for fun nights with friends. Grateful to feel at peace with what is. Grateful I can let this day be easy. Grateful for coffee and nice weather. Grateful for my computer. Grateful for income. Grateful to let life be easy. Grateful to feel focused and alert. Grateful to feel good now. Grateful life loves me. Grateful to feel good now. Grateful to be at peace with what is. Grateful for hula hoops. Grateful for new income streams. Grateful for my friends and my family and my wife. Grateful for new focus and clarity. Grateful for sunshine and blooming sunflowers. Grateful everything is working out!

Wouldn’t it be nice to have the best day of my life? Wouldn’t it be nice to go to class? Wouldn’t it be nice to eat well all day and keep up my new pattern? Wouldn’t it be nice to celebrate? Wouldn’t it be nice to laugh at jokes? Wouldn’t it be nice to make some more jewelry? Wouldn’t it be nice to get more oils? Wouldn’t it be nice to have and be fun? Wouldn’t it be nice to practice conscious breathing and loving myself today? Wouldn’t it be nice to work out and run 5 miles? Wouldn’t it be nice to hoop outside? Wouldn’t it be nice to go with the flow? Wouldn’t it be nice to let go of my worries? Wouldn’t it be nice to feel better and better as the day goes on? Wouldn’t it be nice to record a new podcast today and clean off my computer and phone? Wouldn’t it be nice to love myself more and more and more and more every minute?

I’m switching to the version of reality I prefer. In the reality I prefer, life already is the way I want it to be. I am in the right place at the right time doing the right thing. I am on top of the world! I am taking care of myself. I am looking and feeling my best, right now. I am present and focused in this moment. My attention is on my breath and third eye. I am letting well being flow. I am remembering my divinity, my magick and my power. I am letting this day be easy. I am trusting the process of life. I am saying yes. I am letting life take care of me. I am celebrating how far I’ve come. I am making my best work. I am trusting the flow. I am letting it be easy. I am one with life right now.

I love myself. I approve of myself. I accept myself exactly the way I am. I am one with life. Life already is the way I want it to be. I am connected to the flow. I am letting life live me. I am taking care of myself. I feel grateful and excited and ready for anything. I feel confident and inspired. I am letting inspiration flow through me. I am becoming stronger every minute. I am enjoying my life more and more every day. Life is easy for me. I don’t give a fuck!

I love it when I do the work. I love it when I set intentions and they work. I love it when I remember I’m a witch. I love it when I write. I love it when I get up early and have time to myself. I love it when I want to get out of bed. I love it when I feel one with life. I love it when I choose my perspective. I love it when I remember everything is perfect and in its place. I love it when I have a flourishing garden. I love it when life is there for me and I am there for life. I love it when I read new ideas. I love it when I feel loved. I love it when I do me. I love it when I am my reason for feeling good. I love it when I take photos and make art. I love it when I let life be fun and easy. I love it when I lighten up!

I intend to have the best day of my life. I intend to let it flow. I intend to feel better and better as the day goes on. I intend to take care of myself and treat myself lovingly. I intend to be kind and generous. I intend to be light and fun. I intend to let what I want come to me.

What do you want?
TO have the best day of my life. To feel my focus growing stronger. To be present, breathe consciously, practice loving myself. To notice synchronicity. To celebrate being here. To remember how special this Now is. To make my best work. To be light and fun. To play and dance and hoop.

Dear Jessica,
Relax and allow. This already is the best day of your life. You are already conscious and present. Relax, and allow this day to love you. Let your attention rest on your breath, let your third eye guide you. Let life take care of you today. You are in the right place at the right time. You are doing everything right. Quiet your mind and listen for the flow. The flow will always guide you. You can always hear it. Relax and listen. Let life lead the way.
