Life Coaching Session #5: I Am Infinite

I was feeling frustrated, believing in lack, identified with my ego, feeling selfish, irritable. I talked with my absolutely amazing coach Cory, who asked me to journal on the question, "How do I want to be in this space of constriction that serves the greater part of me?" She explained that all "doing" flows from "being", so if you aren't being who you want to be, the action will fall flat. Choose what/how/who you want to be, so your doing reflects that state.

allowing
compassionate
present

i want to be
kind
generous

free flowing
going with the flow
rolling with the punches
at peace with what is

i want to be relaxed

how could i care?

i am peace itself

there is nothing that could make me more whole

i am the possibility of peace of mind

I choose to be infinite.




I don't really know what it means to be infinite, but it's a fun toy for my mind today and I look forward to exploring my infinite state of being.

Breathe out and feel with each breath, you’re cleaning out your body, cleaning out your mind, becoming fresh and new with each deep breath

Decide today you’re going to be in a great mood. Decide you love yourself, decide you forgive yourself, decide you don/t give a fuck! You are safe and life is fun

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I forgive myself!”

Breathe in and say, “I’m in a great mood today!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Let this be your mantra today. With each deep breath, recharge yourself, lighten up, feel free!

This is your time, this present moment is YOUR time, life’s gift to yu. Everything in this moment is just for you.

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and let life bring you more things to say thank you for

Breathe in and feel your great mood building
Breathe out and feel wild because life is fun and you don’t have to care

This day was created just for you. It’s your playground. You get to do whatever you want today.

Breathe in and feel fresh and renewed!
Breathe out and really breathe out every last drop of air, get right of that stale air

You can use your breath to come back to the present moment, to invigorate yourself, calm yourself. Let your breath guide you, and guide yourself with your breath

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I forgive myself!”

Breathe in and say, “I’m in a great mood today!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

When you stop worrying or caring about your fears, they go away. You look back and think, “How was I ever worried about that? What a tiny little thing to worry about.”

It all worked out. Everything was fine. You did a great job.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I forgive myself!”

Breathe in and say, “I’m in a great mood today!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

I love myself

Let yourself celebrate this moment that you have right now. In this moment you are receiving what you wanted. In this moment everything is perfect and in its place. And in this moment, you love yourself, you’re forgiven, you’re in a great mood, and you don’t give a fuck. So have a great day!

Relax. Step into this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and decide to be in a good mood today
Breathe out and let yourself feel that good mood

Allow your body to relax. Allow your worries to disappear.

Breathe in and be here now
Breathe out and smile because life is good!

Only your thoughts could ever make you feel bad. You’re in control of your perception. You can choose right now to feel how you want to feel.

Breathe in and be in a good mood! Today is the best day of your life!
Breathe out and decide, “I’m in a great mood today!”

Breathe in and lift yourself up
Breathe out and relax your shoulders. Relax your body.

Ground yourself by putting your feet on the floor, and imagining that you’re connecting with the earth—stabilizing, tranquilizing, calming.

Breathe in and listen for the flow
Breathe out and let go

Let go of your to do list. Let go of your fears. Let go of your worries. In this moment, everything is ok. Everything right now is ok.

Breathe in and feel safe.
Breathe out and feel protected from all harm

This life is just a dream, it’s just an illusion, it’s just for fun. We’re all made up out of love, and anything that isn’t love is not real.

Breathe in and be nice to yourself! You deserve it!
Breathe out and say thank you to your body for carrying you this far

Your body loves you so much.

Breathe out and feel yourself becoming healthier

Breathe in and open up to possibilities. Anything could happen!

You are in the right place at the right time. You are doing everything right. You are perfect the way you are. Life loves you the way you are. You don’t have to change a thing.

You don’t have to care. You don’t have to worry. Caring and worrying—those things are choices.

Breathe in and choose to be in a great mood right now
Breathe out and remember everything is working out for you

You can relax now. You’re under no obligation to do anything you don’t want to do. You are totally free. You can choose to feel how you want to feel right now. Once you choose to feel the way you want to feel, experiences that feel the same way will fly towards you. Decide to feel free and your experience will feel free. Decide to feel loved and people will be proclaiming their love for you. You have to choose it first. You have to be it to see it.

Breathe in and choose to be in a great mood today
Breathe out and know that your day will reflect the mood that you choose.

Breathe in and listen for the flow of well being. It’s always guiding you.
