So happy and grateful to be awake and alive! So happy and grateful for good music. So happy and grateful to be who I am. So happy and grateful to feel rested and fit and strong and healthy. So happy and grateful life is working out for me. So happy and grateful I don't have to care. So happy and grateful I am taken care of. So happy and grateful to live in the perfect place with the perfect people and the perfect animals and the perfect circumstances. So happy and grateful for time with friends. So happy and grateful for my kitties and the garage and the beautiful weather and the flow. So happy and grateful I can choose to focus my attention. So happy and grateful I can choose to stand up to my thoughts and think

SO happy and grateful to always have plenty. So happy and grateful for fun jokes with the fam. So happy and grateful I get to laugh at jokes all day. So happy and grateful to feel loved and connected. So happy and grateful to feel good in my body. SO happy and grateful to be taking care of myself. SO happy and grateful to be sober. So happy and grateful to be one with life. So happy and grateful to not have to care. So happy and grateful for synchronicity and perfect timing. So happy and grateful to feel free and carefree and not worried about anything. IT'S JUST ME IN THIS PRESENT MOMENT. So happy and grateful I can let go of my resistance.

So happy and grateful I can choose to focus my attention on what I want and what I want more of. So happy and grateful I feel welcome here. So happy and grateful I feel good here, right now.

Wouldn't it be nice to just relax and lead by example? Wouldn't it be nice to trust and allow? Wouldn't it be nice to relax and smile and laugh! Wouldn't it be nice to remember to say YES THANK YOU! today? Wouldn't it be nice to feel the flow? Wouldn't it be nice to feel life living me? Wouldn't it be nice to spend more time hooping? Wouldn't it be nice to keep relaxing into the flow? Wouldn't it be nice to remember my mantra? YES THANK YOU!

I am switching to the version of reality I prefer. In the reality I prefer, I am doing everything right. I am one with life. I am letting go of my resistance I am raising my vibration. I feel excited about my life! I feel grateful! I feel enthusiastic! I feel good about my life! I feel good about my life! I am letting the flow through me! It is all working out in my favor! My mind is trained. My attention is trained. YES! THANK YOU!

In the reality I prefer, I am at peace with what is. In the reality I prefer, I feel good about myself and my life. In the reality I prefer, I am standing up to my thoughts. I am one with life. I am connected to the flow. I am excited to be alive!

In the reality I prefer, I am so excited to be me. I am letting life work out for me. I am doing everything right. I am a star! I am doing everything right! I am letting life be fun! In the reality I prefer, I am excited about new opportunities! I am aware of the flow and I am in it! I am letting life be fun! I am excited to be alive! I feel beautiful and attractive and like I DON'T GIVE A FUCK! In the reality I prefer, I am letting life be fun and easy. I am letting what I want come to me. In the reality I prefer, I am a music video. I am a star. I am the flow. I am light! I am love! I am at complete and deep peace with what is. I am excited to be alive. I am in the right place at the right time. I am letting life live me!

Today I intend to appreciate what I have. I intend to feel good about myself. I intend to practice presence. I intend to not give a fuck. I intend to trust the process of life. I intend to not GIVE A FUCK! I intend to have and be fun! I intend to say YES and THANK YOU! I intend to enjoy the life I have! I intend to go with the flow. I intend to feel free! I intend to feel the best I've ever felt! I INTEND TO REMEMBER MY POWER! I INTEND TO DO THE WORK!

I pray to stay sober today. I pray for love and light to shine from me and everyone else. I pray for flow and ease and fun. I pray for peace and joy. I pray to appreciate what I have while I have it.

I love it when I do the work. I love it when I create. I love it when I express myself. I love it when I feel like a star. I love it when I feel light and fun. I love it when I feel excited about my relationships. That's my favorite. I love it when I feel love. I love it when I feel connection. I love it when I am present. I love it when I appreciate the flow of life. I love it when I trust and let go. I love it when I don't give a fuck!!!!!

Breathe in and listen for the flow
Breathe out and remember the flow is already inside of you

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and start feeling enthusiastic about this day

Breathe in and let it come to you
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and step into this present moment

Allow yourself to wake up in the dream right here, right now.

Your power is not thinking and worrying and planning the next thing and rushing. Your power is here, right now, ready for you to step into it.

So how do you stay present? Well, you can use a mantra or you can focus on your breath. You can stare at one spot. You can follow your breath by focusing your attention on a point where you feel it the most. You can chant. You can tell yourself “Stop.” That silence is the present.

Breathe in and step into the present moment.
Breathe out and feel good about yourself.

You’re on the right path. You’ve come so far. You can relax now. That’s another way to be present—relaxing.

Breathe in and relax. Let your worries go!
Breathe out and relax. You don’t have to rush to the next place.

You can choose to enjoy this moment right here. That is your magick. That is your power. That’s how you get what you want—just feeling good right here right now. You can say to yourself, “I wanted this.” Or you can say to yourself, “This is it!” This is heaven. This is it. This is the moment we’ve all been waiting for. This is the be all, end all. This moment here, this is all there is.

The more space you can make between yourself and your thoughts, the more present you will be.

Breathe in and let what you want come to you
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts

Only your thoughts can make you feel bad.

Breathe out and surrender

If you want to create more space between you and your thoughts, you can go back to silent counting and count the space between thoughts—count the seconds between thoughts.

Breathe in and make space
Breathe out and be space

Only your resistant thoughts can make you feel bad. In the present moment there is no thought. How can you choose to feel good right now and let your thoughts go?

Breathe in and feel relief
Breathe out and feel relief

You are safe in this space without thoughts. You don’t NEED your thoughts.

Breathe in and be present
Breathe out and let your thoughts go

Breathe in and notice what you’re thinking
Breathe out and say to yourself, “I’ve noticed that I’m thinking and that’s ok.”

Breathe in and be at peace with what is
Breathe out and feel calm

Your thoughts may still occur, but you can create space between you and them so they don’t take you down, so you don’t get tangled up in them. You can just watch them, at peace and present, being your reason for feeling good, right here right now.

Breathe in and say YES!
Breathe out and say THANK YOU!

If you ever get confused about how to be present, if you ever wonder, “What technique should I use to be present? My breath, counting, a mantra?” Just remember, the most important thought you can have is, “I love myself.” If you want to go back to the present moment where all of your power lies, go back to the mantra of “I love myself.”

This powerful thought will calm you and soothe you and make you feel good about yourself and it will restore your health and put you in a good mood. And just by accident you’ll notice yourself in the present moment, feeling good, letting everything you want come to you, but not needing it because you chose to feel as good as you would if you had the thing you wanted in the first place.
