Surrender and let go. You are not in control and you never have been. Step into this moment and accept and embrace your lack of control.

Breathe in and be here now
Breathe out and surrender

You have no control, not even over yourself. Life, the universe, infinite intelligence–it’s way stronger, way more powerful than you could ever be, and it’s always working to help you. Just get out of the way. Surrender.

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and relax.

There are so many moving parts in this life. Things like garage doors and vacations, swimming pools and animals and plants that you want to keep alive and places you want to go, people you want to spend time with. All of those desires being pulled through are being answered right now. You don’t have to get involved. You don’t have to take any action to get what you want. You can give up control right now. You can feel so free right now by surrendering.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not your problem
Breathe out and let go

You don’t have to do anything. You’re not in control. The best thing you can do to bring the things you want to you, is give up trying to control. Stop trying to control yourself, stop trying to control others, stop trying to control your animals. You can relax now, you can surrender, you can breathe deeply and just be here now. Let your thoughts go and wake up in the dream right now.

Breathe in and feel lighter already!
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Trust that everything’s working out without your involvement. The more you let go, the more it flows. It’s ok to surrender. It’s ok to let go. You won’t lose anything other than your negative emotions.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and say thank you

Remember you are a guest in this world. Life wants to give you everything you desire. It’s constantly trying to give you gifts. You can surrender and let go and when you do, you open up to receiving.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and celebrate this moment right now.

Your job is to enjoy this moment, not control what’s going to happen in the future, not control someone else. Your job is to enjoy this moment, and trust your gut. Whatever your gut says, go with it. Trust your intuition. If your intuition says, “Go to Starbucks!” go to Starbucks. If your intuition says, “Go to bed!” go to bed. If your intuition says “Eat the cake!” eat the cake! Listen to yourself. You already have all the answers within. There’s nothing outside of you to gain, there’s nothing outside of you to control. It’s all working itself out and everything is perfect and in its place.

Relax. Bring all of your attention to this current moment. The only point of life is to enjoy this current moment. Allow your mind to slow, your body to relax. Allow yourself to open up to receiving.

Breathe in and bask in all of the abundance surrounding you
Breathe out and remember that all of this is here for you

You are a guest in this world, and everything is provided for you. You can relax and receive. You don’t have to strive. You don’t have to try. You can surrender and allow what you want to come to you.

Breathe in and listen
Breathe out and surrender

You don’t need anything to be happy. You can choose it right now, by letting your thoughts go, by just watching them go by, instead of becoming identified with them, consumed by them. You are the master of your mind, not the other way around.

Breathe in and tell yourself, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”
Breathe out and tell yourself, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”

Sometimes silent counting is a really effective mantra, but sometimes “I love and accept myself exactly the way I am” is a really effective mantra. Today, I’ve been combining the two, which I like. Something like, “1. Jessica I love and accept you exactly the way you are. 2. Jessica I love and accept you exactly the way you are. 3. Jessica I love and accept you exactly the way you are…” and so on.

Anything you can do to keep your thoughts off of this world and on the presence within you, the divine within you, anything you can do to keep that focus, that singular focus–use it! The less time you spend thinking about the world and your problems, the more time you’ll feel free and loved and perfect and in the right place at the right time. This right now is the right place and the right time. You made it! This is it! This is what you’ve come for! This is why your here. Just to relax and enjoy the ride. To be part of a play. To have fun!

Breathe in and love and accept yourself exactly the way you are.
Breathe out and celebrate!

You’re breathing, you’re alive! You’re completely free to do whatever you want!

Breathe in and listen to the flow.
Breathe out and feel more connected than you’ve ever felt before.

Let your thoughts go. Allow yourself to simplify by letting your thoughts go. You can connect to a much greater intelligence than logic and reason. Instead of thinking, you can know.

Grateful to be awake and alive! Grateful we got to run this morning. Grateful to get up with the sunrise every day. Grateful for progress. Grateful to be learning how to be present more every day. Grateful to be enjoying this moment. Grateful for my kitties. Grateful for naps. Grateful for my health. Grateful to remember I get to choose what I place my attention on. Grateful to be me. Grateful to feel good. Grateful for the opportunity to spend time in nature. Grateful for texts from friends. Grateful life loves me. Grateful for washing machines and dryers. Grateful for sunshine and clouds. Grateful for pools to swim in. Grateful for the flow. Grateful life already is the way I want it to be. Grateful for my meditations. Grateful to feel good about life. Grateful for spinach smoothies. Grateful for yoga. Grateful to feel good now. Grateful for all the trees and plants and flowers. Grateful for my parents. Grateful for my siblings. Grateful for my wife. Grateful for my friends. Grateful for this now. Grateful for a car to drive while we’re out here. Grateful for delicious starbucks drinks. Grateful for food in the fridge and money in the bank. Grateful everything is working out for me. Grateful to be at peace with what is. Grateful life is long. Grateful to trust the flow. Grateful I don’t have to give a fuck. Grateful I can choose to relax and be here now and not worry. Grateful I can choose to feel good.

WOuldn’t it be nice to have the best day of my life? Wouldn’t it be nice to feel rested and energized? Wouldn’t it be nice to let go of my worries and fears? Wouldn’t it be nice to feel better and better as the day goes on? Wouldn’t it be nice to trust the flow? Wouldn’t it be nice to let go of my resistance? Wouldn’t it be nice to make my best work? Wouldn’t it be nice to call Nate? Wouldn’t it be nice to get a massage? Wouldn’t it be nice to practice loving myself today?

I am switching to the version of reality I prefer. In the reality I prefer, life already is the way I want it to be. I am at peace with what is. I am letting go. I am so happy with what I have. I already have everything I desire. I am one with life. LIfe is living me. I am letting life be easy. I am allowing well being to flow. I am trusting the process of life. I am letting life be fun and exciting and delightful. I am allowing myself to flourish and thrive. I am at peace with what is. I am one with life. I love and accept myself exactly the way I am. I already am where i want to be. I already am who I want to be.

I love it when I do the work. I love it when I write. I love it when I feel good about myself. I love it when I have flying dreams. I love it when I eat my vegetables. I love it when I get to relax. I love it when I choose to relax. I love it when I let my worries go. I love it when I cast spells. I love it when I feel magickal. I love it when I feel divine. I love it when I’m sore from exercise. I love it when I feel light and free. I love it when I remember life is long and I can relax now. I love it when I trust the process. I love it when I am kind to myself and others. I love it when I make good meditations. I love it when I let life be fun. I love it when I let go!

What do you want?
To nap. To shower. To have a fun easy day at work. To work on the planner at starbucks. To wake up. To eat well. To say thank you. TO give and share. To lighten up. To feel better and better. To feel secure and prosperous. To feel carefree, irie!

Today I intend to have fun. Today I intend to enjoy each moment. Today I intend to be more conscious and awake than ever. Today I intend to make my best work. Today I intend to feel the best I’ve ever felt. Today I intend to fly!

Dear Jessica,
Relax and trust. You are in the right place at the right time. Let it be easy. Let it be fun. Let life love you. Let life be easy. It’s all connected and you can choose your reality based on where you place your attention. You are in control. Let go of your thoughts and worries and enjoy this day, it is the best one of your life!
