What do I want?
Thank you Eric & NASA!

Desire is what keeps us alive. If you had everything you wanted, you'd be dead. And since thoughts create, thinking about what you want is a really good practice. But what if you don't know what you want? You might feel kind of dead inside! So let's play a new game and see if it helps you feel better.

what do i want?
This worksheet is designed to help you figure out what you want. What you want will always change, by the day, or the hour, or the minute. And once you get what you want, you'll want something else. Doing this worksheet every day should keep you busy identifying fresh desires. You can stop thinking about your old stale desires so they can finally manifest.

Remember, the formula for getting what you want is:

  1. Think about what you want.
  2. FORGET ABOUT IT. Let it go. Trust it's coming.
  3. Find another way to feel good.

Once you figure out what you want, you don't have to set goals or timelines or start chipping away at to-do lists. You only have to forget about your desire by finding a way to feel good without it. When you ask, it is given; just trust that the universe is on the case. Keep coming up with fresh desires to distract yourself from the old ones and watch as the old desires manifest faster and faster into your experience.

Ultimately, you only want physical manifestations because you think they'll make you feel a certain way. When you identify what you want, think about how it would make you feel (here's a list of emotions to help you get started). Asking why you want something can help you get down to the root feeling you desire. If you can practice the feeling of getting what you want, you'll find the universe giving you that feeling in more surprising and exciting ways than you can imagine.

Do You Keep a Universal Grocery List?

universal grocery list worksheet

The best advice I ever received for increasing abundance in my life was from Abraham-Hicks' financial abundance meditation:

The fastest way to get to an improved financial condition is to look for pleasing things that you already have. For in the seeking and finding of that which is working, more success will come. And it will come quickly.

I created the Notice It, Get More of It worksheet to put this concept into practice, but the title never sat well with me. Recently I changed the title to "Universal Grocery List" instead.

The goal of the grocery list is to start noticing the enormous number of things going right in one's life. Had a good meal? Want another one? Write it on the list. Had a good workout? Write it on the list. Get an awesome Facebook comment from your crush? Write it on the list.

I knew this worksheet was really working when Kelly started filling them out obsessively. Every day, we play a game to see if we can fill up all 60 spaces. And every day, we find more reasons to say, "yes please, more of that please."

Can you find 60 things in your life you'd like to order more of today?

notice it, get more of it worksheet
Thanks Rob!

After filling out a couple dozen Financial Abundance worksheets in my FUNFILE, I noticed a trend. I always loved writing the "10 signs of abundance in my life today" section, but pretty much skipped all the rest.

Increasing abundance in your life is a lot simpler than the first worksheet implies. You don't have to play financial games or write complicated stories. All you have to do is pay attention to what you like in your life and ask for more. When you appreciate the things that are already in your life experience, you are emitting a vibration of abundance and attracting more. "Look at all I already have! I am so blessed! More please!"

Don't limit yourself to observing financial abundance only. Indicators of abundance are everywhere you look. The more you vibrate abundance, the more you receive in all forms, including money.

Today I offer you the Notice It, Get More of It abundance worksheet. It's extremely simple - just 60 spaces to list examples of abundance throughout your day. Once you start filling one out, you'll be amazed at how much more attuned you are to the wealth that already exists in your life, and how much more keeps pouring in.
