Relax your body.
Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and relax your body.
This is the right time and the right place. Everything ever created led up to right now!
Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and be here now!
That’s the goal. That’s the whole point of being here. To just be here now.
Breathe in and awaken!
Breathe out and awaken!
In this moment, everything is as it should be.
Breathe in and relax your mind.
Breathe out and relax your body.
You are safe. You are free to focus on whatever you want. Your attention creates, so choose what you want your focus on. Choose what you want to create more of.
Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender.
No matter what happens, you’ll still be ok. Your consciousness will continue. You will become more and more and more aligned with love.
Breathe in and align with love.
Breathe out and relax because you are choosing to align with love, yeah, love.
Breathe in and smile! It really isn’t serious!
Breathe out and relax. It just doesn’t matter.
We’re all going to die, we’re all going to leave this plane. It’s safe to relax and just enjoy the time we have here!

Presence is the point. Presence is what we’re truly after. We think we can achieve and achieve and achieve and get somewhere and then we’ll enjoy our lives. But all we can do is enjoy our lives now.
Breathe in and decide to enjoy your life today.
Breathe out and let go of your worries. It just doesn’t matter! This is the right place and time. You are aligning with love more and more and more!
You are more present than ever. And as you go about your day, any time you want to bring yourself to center, remind yourself: “AWAKEN!” Awaken. Awaken.

That’s one way you can try to stay present. Or just follow your breath:
In.
Out.
In.
Out.
Whatever it takes to remind yourself to be present—whatever it takes, use that today. What’s been helping me is saying something like, “Awaken!” Or, “Presence” and then going back to focusing on my breath. Because I get lost in thought. And when you remind yourself that the point of having a singular focus is to be present, it’s easier to stay there longer. Stay here longer!
