This is it! This is the main event. This moment is the heaven we came for!
Breathe in and remember: This is It!
Breathe out and let that be your mental code today. This is It!
Let this wake you up in the dream right here, right now. Let it shake you into presence! This is It! This is what we came for! This, here, now! This is It!
Breathe in and feel excited because this is It!
Breathe out and let go of all of those stories in your mind about past, present, future.
Stories about everything. Thoughts, let it all go!

And if this is It, you don’t have to think about anything else! You don’t have to think about what you just said two minutes ago. You don’t have to think about what you’re going to do two minutes in the future! This is it! This is what you came for!
Breathe in and lighten up! This is It!
Breathe out and feel excited about life! This moment is It!
And when I say, IT, I mean god. I mean source energy. I mean love. IT is that thing that has no name. The thing that’s bigger than us, that holds us all together. It is IT is It!
Breathing in, this is iI!
Breathing out let yourself wake up in the dream! This is it!
This is god. Look around you right now, every single detail you see is god! The locks on the windows in front of me have the brand name Radiance. This is It! Radiance is it! And also, the waxing sliver fingernail moon is right above me through the window. That’s it! This is It! This is It, right now!
Breathing in, this is It!
Breathing out, thank you!
Sometimes saying, “This is It!” over and over and over can make the phrase lose meaning so it’s helpful to have another thought to remind us to just be here now! That THIS IS IT! This is why we came here! For this moment, this location, the moon, the radiance. This is It!
“Thank you,” can help pull your attention into this moment, if “This It!” has become meaningless and you can’t stop thinking about it.
Breathing in, this is It!
Breathing out, thank you!
Thank you for this, It! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Breathe in and raise your vibration! And then you can see It better!
Breathe out and release your resistance! And then you get to just be part of It!
This is It! This moment is It!

Let yourself really look at everything around you. Let yourself notice how everything that your eyes land on is god. Everything you look at is It! The only thing that’s real, is right now. That’s It!
