Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.
You are god in human form. You don’t need to DO! It’s ok to just BE! And let things come to you!
Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.
Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Let’s let them go just for the next 5 minutes.
Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and surrender. Let go of your likes and dislikes. Let yourself just be here, accepting all that is.
Breathe in and say yes to all that is!
Breathe out and keep saying yes to what is.
Yes to this hot-ass room. Yes to feeling tired. Yes to not having motivation. Yes to at least I’m recording this video. Yes to feeling a little bit better since I started. Yes to my cravings. Yes to my annoying habits. Yes to my judging thoughts. Yes to my judging thoughts.
Breathe in and say yes to your judging thoughts.
Breathe out and let yourself be amused by your thoughts today.
Let yourself step back from your thoughts and watch yourself think them instead of getting lost in them.
Breathe in and watch your thoughts.
Breathe out and keep watching your thoughts.
Step back into the witness position—the observer, the seat of your consciousness. From there you can watch it all play out, peacefully. You don’t have to get dragged around by your thoughts telling you, “This is good. This is bad. I don’t like this. I like this. I don’t like this. I don’t like this.” You can step back and just watch it all play out and not get involved!
Breathe in and step back away from your thoughts!
Breathe out and surrender.
You don’t have to try to control everything. You don’t have to try to get it all done right now. You can choose to just enjoy your life, and then you’ll be inspired to take action. The wild horses won’t be able to stop you from taking action.
Breathe in and say yes to your thoughts!
Breathe out and let your judgements go!
If you’re ever feeling judged by others, it’s because you are judging people. Decide to say yes. Decide to embrace what is. Decide to make peace with what is!
Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say yes!
This is the best day of your life! If you can get out of your own way, you might even enjoy it!
Breathe in and open up to that possibility that you could enjoy the rest of your day!
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts! It doesn’t matter what you have to do today! You can feel the best you’ve ever felt, doing whatever it is you think you have to do!

Breathe out and relax your body.
Keep saying yes. Remember: it’s already perfect! Wow! This moment is already perfect, wow! Remind yourself to slow down, to step into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Here in the present moment, when you say to yourself as your affirmation, or mental code, “Already perfect, wow!” It opens you to the true, literal perfection that’s right in front of you!
Breathe in and be open to perfection today.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.
It’s already perfection. We’re already perfect. We came here for this moment right here. Slow your thoughts down. You don’t have to think about the future or the past anymore!
