Do you ever find yourself resisting daily tasks, like leaving the house or working out or starting your work or cooking? What if when you’re resisting, it just means you’re unfocused? And what if the opposite of resistance is focus? And what if focus is god?
Breathe in and focus.
Breathe out and know focus is god.
A singular focus is god. Keeping your attention on a single point—that is how to know god.

Choose to stop resisting things today, Choose to stop resisting things for the rest of your life and instead choose FOCUS. When you’re resisting working out or starting your work or going somewhere, what do you want to do instead? Like eat, lay around, watch tv, fill the god-sized hole? But focus is god. Focus is a way to fill the god-sized hole!
Breathe in and fill the god-sized hole today!
Breathe out and smile because you never have to resist again! Because now we know, focus is the opposite of resistance. And focus is god. And you know how to focus. Next time you catch yourself resisting starting something, going somewhere, doing something that you know you want to do but you’re trying to find an excuse not to—next time you notice that resistance, say to yourself, “I am focused.” And that should be all it takes to get you in the direction that you really want to go.
