Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and let yourself be light today.
Breathe out and decide to not take it seriously today.

Life is not serious. We’re just here for fun. It’s safe to relax and enjoy this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and say, “I love myself.”

You have come so far. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself enjoy where you are. It won’t always be like this.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

There’s always going to be another worry. There’s always going to be another death. There will always be more pain and sickness. But what if you could enjoy life, regardless of those circumstances? What if you could feel good whenever you wanted? What if you could enjoy life no matter what’s happening?

Breathe in and say, “I am loving what is”
Breathe out and say, “I am loving what is.”

That is how you can enjoy life no matter what: by admitting that you are loving what’s happening. Our resistance to death and pain and scarcity hurts more than death and pain and scarcity. The pain in the resisting. The pain is the dread. The pain is the avoiding.

Breathe in and say, “I am loving what is.”
Breathe out and say, “I am loving what is.”

Train yourself into knowing this is true, because it really is true. Underneath it all, you are loving. That is your default state: I am loving.

Breathing in I am loving what is.
Breathing out I am loving what is.

No matter what is, you can love it. Whether you’re happy or sad, in pain or pleasure, broke or rich—it doesn’t matter. Whether you’re up or down, you can love and enjoy it all.

Breathing out I am loving what is.

If you can’t quite get there, if you can’t quite convince yourself that you really do love what is, remind yourself that there is a part of you that wanted this. Because having is evidence of wanting. And if “I am loving what is” isn’t working, say to yourself, “I’m going to stop pretending that I don’t like what is. I give myself permission to enjoy what is.” And if that still doesn’t work, if you still can’t see how you really do love it, just go back to your breath or chanting or counting. When you get some space from your thoughts, you’ll be free again.
