Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!
Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and relax your body.
You’re here. You made it! You’re in it!
Breathe in and be here now!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.
Now that you’re here, in the moment, there’s nothing left to escape. There’s nothing left to resist. Once you reach the point of no return, the mind quiets. So today, allow yourself to let go of your resistance. Let go of your fear, by deciding to be in it, now. Make it so that escape isn’t an option. You’re here. You’re present.
Breathe in and be here now!
Breathe out and be in it!
Decide to be so fully in this moment, that you don’t even think about resisting. That you don’t even think about escaping. You’re in it! You’re here!
Breathing in I’m in it!
Breathing out I am in it!
And “It”, the word “it”, always strikes me as the word for god. When I have moments of connection to the divine, I can’t describe it in words, and the best I can come up with is, “It”. It is all there is. This is it. This moment is It, with a capital I. It is everything. And you’re in It; you’re part of the whole. You are your experience. You are the divine. You are IT! And when you let yourself be in it, there’s nothing to escape, there’s nothing to resist, and your mind quiets down, and you’re simply in it.
Breathing in I am in it.
Breathing out I am in it.
Let yourself be in it. You are in it. Think of it as god, think of it as the universe, or the whole, life force, source energy. You’re in it!
Breathing in I’m in it!
Breathing out I’m in it!
Let this be your mental code! As you go about your day, doing your normal things—the dishes, your work, cleaning, cooking—remind yourself: “I’m in it!” And normally this is something that would happen, once you make it to the thing that you’re resisting, like you’re in the meeting, you’re in the workout, you’re in the adventure, you’re in the thing you’ve been resisting or trying to escape. And the only thought that’s possible is, “I’m in it! This is it!” Decide to bring that mindset into your normal life. Let it quiet your mind. Let it relax you. Let it make you present. Let it make you whole.
