Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go. You are the creator, and you can choose right now, what to create. You are the source of the wave. The wave is your reality: everything that happens, everything you experience. But you are the source. And right now you can choose to change the source.

Breathe in and be the source of your reality.
Breathe out and find your still center.

Feel for your sense of I AM. Become aware of awareness.

If you can center yourself and still your mind, in this moment, to the point that you feel peaceful right now, without anything changing, that is how you can direct your experience—what unfolds in your reality. You become it to see it. So right now you can choose, stillness and peace, in your heart, in your center. And that will generate a wave of peacefulness, of magick, of synchronicity. It will let life take care of life.

Breathe in and remember it’s always right now.
Breathe out and feel good right now!

If you want certain things to happen, or you want to feel good in the future, or you want a job in the future so you can feel good in the future, all you have to do is feel good right now. Because it’s always right now. And if you choose the feeling you want to feel, right now, by simply focusing on your sense of being, that will generate the circumstances you desire. It will attract the circumstances you desire. It will reveal them to already exist. They will come to you. What you want will come to you.

By emptying yourself, by letting go of your thoughts, you become a receiver. You become open to receiving what you want. Empty yourself, right now.

This doesn’t mean that you stop thinking, because your thoughts will never stop coming. Well, they can… But the object is not to stop the thoughts, it’s just to rest in your awareness of awareness. It’s to be conscious of consciousness, to watch your thoughts as they come so you can see they’re just things floating by. You don’t have to identify with them, you don’t have to believe them. They are not you.

You are the source of the wave. And the more peaceful, content, joyful and loving you can feel right now, the more your reality will unfold feeling like that. It’s always right now. And you can choose how you feel right now. Simply by becoming aware of awareness. You can use the words “I AM” to feel for your sense of being. You can say, “I am conscious of consciousness.” You can just focus on your breath.

Whatever it takes to get you into that still center, you can say “I EXIST,” and just feel for the depth of that. Feel for the truth. I exist! That’s the truth!

Feel for the presence that you are. Feel for the presence of god in every molecule of reality. Give yourself the time and space to feel your sense of being. And everything will unfold so perfectly because you got out of the way and you let life take care of life!

Breathe in and be present today.
Breathe out and let it all come to you!
