Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Relax your body.
Breathe in and ask yourself, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and really ask the question, “Who am I who notices what’s going on right now?”
Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let yourself be who you really are.
You’re in the right time at the right place. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself relax into this moment, and discover the peace that is already inside of you.
Breathe in and observe.
Breathe out and be the observer.
What’s going on with you today? How do you feel? What are you thinking about?
Breathe in and check in with yourself.
Breathe out and go within.
What emotions are you feeling? Right now I’m feeling a little anxiety. Just uncertainty about how things are going to unfold. How are you feeling?
Breathe in and close your eyes and look within.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Who am I who notices this feeling?”
Who am I who notices the anxiety? Who am I who notices the anger? Who am I who notices the overwhelment? Who am I who notices??
Breathe in and be the watcher.
Breathe out and watch yourself with detachment.
The next time you experience something that makes you angry, something that pushes your buttons, something that annoys you, something that bothers you—go within and ask yourself, “Who am I who notices this?”
Breathe in and look forward to your discomfort.
Breathe out and know that that’s what will wake you up in the dream.
Last night I was experiencing some annoyance, some irritation. And so I closed my eyes and asked myself, “Who am I who notices being annoyed?” And when the annoying thing happened, it was like I was looking at a doll of myself getting hit with a wave of annoyance. Splattered with annoyance. Being washed over with a wave of irritation. And I watched this doll of myself get hit with this annoyance, but I wasn’t the one being annoyed. It was just an image of myself. It was just a projection of myself. In my mind’s eye, there was a little person that looked like me who was getting hit with waves of annoyance. And I sat there and I watched and I watched, and the person, the doll, the image of me, just crumbled. Disappeared. I was so excited that I was watching the annoyance hit my false self image but then the annoying thing didn’t happen again. The light of my awareness made it disappear!
Breathe in and ask, “Who am I who notices this?”
Breathe out and feel so excited because any negative emotion or thought that you experience, is your turning point to awaken! To realize who you really are! Pure awareness, that’s it!
You’re just the watcher! You’re not affected! It doesn’t bother you! It can’t hurt you. It can’t change you. You’re timeless! You’re eternal! You’re imperishable! Who you really are is just the observer! And the annoyance and the anger and the things that trouble you, they don’t really trouble who you really are. They just trouble a false image of yourself! It’s all an illusion! And now you’re free!
Breathe in and keep asking yourself, “Who am I who notices??”
Breathe out and remember who you are! Pure awareness! I AM!
Breathe in and feel so relieved! Nothing ever has to bother you again!
Breathe out and keep asking. Keep doing the self inquiry. Who am I? Who am I? Who am I who notices this??
Because it’s not the self image watching. It’s pure awareness watching the self image be bothered. And the self image is just a thought! And it will disappear under the light of your truth!
Breathe in and welcome whatever happens!
Breathe out and feel so excited because anything that happens that you don’t like, that’s your opportunity to wake up! To be who you really are! To realize everything already is perfect and in its place!
Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!
It’s all working out for you! And now you’re free!
