Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts today.
Breathe out and just observe what it is you’re thinking.
Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and just watch your thoughts.
What are you thinking right now? When I slow down enough to listen to what I’m thinking, it’s thoughts like, “I should hurry. I need to this. And then I need to do this. I need to be doing this. I don’t want to forget this.” The thoughts of worrying and planning and wondering—they never stop. They’re always going. And if you find yourself feeling uneasy or anxious or feeling uncomfortable in any way, step back and look. Are you being overwhelmed by your thoughts?
Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and keep relaxing.
Even if your thoughts come a mile a minute, even if it feels like you can’t get any space from them, even if it feels like, “Yeah, I get it, I’m thinking too much, but I don’t know how to stop,” there’s still hope. There’re still things that you can do to get a break from your thoughts without stopping them, without having to sit in meditation.
Breathe in and feel optimistic today!
Breathe out and feel confident in your ability as the creator!
You are god in human form. And you can call upon your god-like powers at any second. Starting right now.
Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for that answer. Yes I am aware!
In the time it takes to ask, “Am I aware?” to answering, “Yes, I am aware,” your mind sinks back into its source. Your mind relaxes from its state of being tense and stretched and seeking or resisting.
Breathe in and relax your mind today!
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come!
You know how to observe your thoughts. You know how to get distance from them. You just say yes to what is. Yes I’m thinking this. Yes I’m thinking this. And now, you can also just be aware. And when you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” You know you’re present. When you go from “Am I aware” to “Yes I am aware”—in that space is presence. In that space you recognize your pure awareness. You recognize who you really are.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!
This is your power! To rest in that space of presence. To be the pure awareness you are. And if you can just—it feels like waking up in a dream—if you can just rest in that place of “yes I am aware,” the miracles will come to you. The miracles will unfold perfectly.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and know the answer: yes, I am aware.
Yes I am aware. Yes. I am burning as the flame of pure awareness!
