Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and keep letting those thoughts go.
Let them go and then they don’t get any bigger. Let them go now.
Breathe in and welcome the miracles.
Breathe out and remember: you have perfect timing.

Thank you. Say thank you to the way things are. Yes they might be different from how you want them to be, but they’re making you ask for what you want. Everything is happening in your favor. Trust the timing. Trust you already have perfect timing. You’ve made it this far. Just trust.
Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Who am I?”
Who am I, who has a problem? Who am I who is stressed? Who am I who is worried about time? Who am I who cares so much about time? The answer to “Who am I?” It’s awareness or “I am,” but you can also call it knowing. Who am I? Knowing. Just the pure—not that it’s an action, it’s not even a state—the is-ness of knowing. That’s all we are, that’s all this is. Pure awareness, or knowing.
Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, knowing.
You know you’re here. You know what you’re sensing and perceiving. You know where you are. But what is it that knows? It’s just knowing.
Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, knowing.
Now, you’ve prayed with thank you. The perfect timing is yours. It’s all happening in your favor. Now as you go about your day, keep asking yourself any time you get caught up in time: who am I who cares so much? And the answer is knowing. Knowing is what knows how you feel. Knowing is what notices. But nothing happens to knowing. Knowing itself isn’t good or bad. It isn’t affected. It isn’t in a bad mood. It doesn’t have problems. It just knows whatever there is to know.
Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, knowing.
I am knowing. After you’ve let your time-mastering go by saying thank you for perfect timing, practice being in a state of pure knowing. Where nothing ever happens to harm you. There’s nothing to gain or lose and everything is perfect and in its place.
