Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Breathe in and step into this present moment.
Breathe out and remember: all of your power is here, right now, ready for you.
Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and just relax your body.
Surrender your preferences. However things are, is how it’s meant to be.
Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and keep letting go.
Keep letting go. Every time something distracts you, or you think about something that stresses you,
Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for the answer. Yes, I am aware.
When you’re distracted, when you feel tension in your body, that means you’re ego-identified. That means you are worried about what you have to gain or lose.
Breathe in and feel your body.
Breathe out and feel where you have any tension in your body.
Let that tension go. It’s time to stop identifying with the ego and start identifying with your true self.
Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and just laugh.
What can you do? When you’re distracted, it’s your ego wanting things to be a certain way. When you’re distracted, your ego thinks you have something to gain or lose. Right now I’m distracted worrying about losing views because of dogs barking, thinking I have something to lose. But when I am aware, I have nothing to gain or lose. Pure awareness is never in a hurry. It never resists. Nothing can happen to it.
Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel your mind turning back around in on itself. Yes, I am aware.
Relieve your mind of its activity. Dissolve back into the infinite. You don’t have to suffer anymore!
Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice: Yes, I am aware.
Zoom out to be the watcher. To everything you can say, “Even this is seen.” You are the watcher. You are none of this activity.
Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep surrendering.
Any time you find yourself suffering, worrying about what someone else thinks, ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!
It might seem dull to be in the neutral state of awareness, but that’s where the miracles are. As soon as you release the tension and relax and go back to your neutral state, the miracles come to you!
Breathe in and practice the art of letting life come to you today!
Breathe out and relax. Because it always comes when you’re relaxed.
