Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Relax your body.
Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and surrender.
Let go of trying to control, right now.
Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile because life is just for fun!
It’s hopeless! We’re helpless! It’s meaningless! We don’t have to DO anything! The whole point is just to be here right now, enjoying the miracle that is!
Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”
The highest state of mind is when you don’t mind what happens. You’ll be happy either way, no matter what, because you’re safe in the present moment. Today, as you go about your day, remember: I don’t give a fuck!
Breathe in and don’t give a fuck about the timing!
Breathe out and don’t give a fuck about what people think about you!
Just relax and DO YOU today! Relax, take the time to slow down, and see life already is the way you want it to be!
Breathe in and feel lighter already!
Breathe out and feel how free you can be when you don’t care! When you don’t mind what happens! Then you’re free to just exist here, enjoying whatever is right here!
Breathe in and remind yourself: this is the beloved!
Breathe out and see: this moment is heaven.
This moment is god. You are god. You are the beloved. Whenever you’re rushing, or wanting to control someone else, or wanting to time-master, tell yourself, remind yourself, recognize: This Is The Beloved. This moment when I am suffering because I’m trying to control, this too is god. This too is the love I’m seeking.
Breathe in and stop seeking today.
Breathe out and stop resisting.
And you do that just by relaxing and opening your eyes to the miracle that’s right here. This is the beloved. There’s nowhere to go! There’s nothing to achieve. You don’t have to try to get somewhere else. When you get there, you’ll feel the same and then you’ll feel empty there too! Fill yourself up right now with god. Fill that god-sized hole. You can do it right now.
Breathe in and see this is the beloved!
Breathe out and say thank you.
Thank you god for replacing me with you. Thank you for opening my eyes to the miracle that’s already present.
Breathing in, this is the beloved.
Breathing out, thank you.
Thank you. Thank you. Let yourself relax and enjoy what you already have. There’s nowhere else to be. Any time you start stressing today, remind yourself: just trust. This is the beloved! This is where you’re trying to get! It’s right here!
