Thank you! It really really works! Keep this feeling, keep these words on repeat in your mind, body, spirit, soul—everywhere. Thank you! Make your whole being vibrate with gratitude.

Thank you! Let yourself relax into your sense of being. The knowing that you exist. Your sense “I AM”.
Breathe in and feel it: I AM.
Breathe out and rest in your sense of being. I am.
Feel what it feels like to be in the placeless place. Notice the part of you that’s not struggling. All of these are different routes to feeling for the sense of being, to just being. They’re all just words to try to convince your mind to let go long enough so you can feel your sense of being and get a breath of relief and realize life already is the way you want it to be!
Breathe in and say I AM!
Breathe out and say thank you!
If you can’t feel your sense of being, if it doesn’t make sense, if you can’t let go of the mind, or the mind can’t let go of you—focus on I AM anyway. Worship I AM. I AM, the sense you exist—that is god. Awareness of awareness. Pure awareness. I AM. The fact that I exist is god. I am. That feeling, that knowing—that is god. Pure awareness. Existing. Experiencing experiencing experiencing.

Breathing out, I AM!
As you go about your day, worship the sense of being. Worship the sense I AM. Worship I AM. Devote yourself to the feeling I AM. To the knowing that you are. That you exist.
Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and say I AM!
To the mind, it’s all so confusing. What is I am? Who am I thanking? What am I? What is this? What am I doing? Why am I here? How can I just get what I want?? But the sense I am—the awareness already is complete. It already has everything you want. It already is everything, whole, love, pure. And if you can’t get there, if you’re in your mind and you can’t let go, worship I AM just by saying, thank you I am! Thank you I am! Say the words in whatever intonation you want. Thank you, I am! Thank you I am! Thank you I am! Feel gratitude for where you are. Feel gratitude that you are! And feel gratitude that this sense of being, when you rest there in your source, all of life flows. Everything is taken care of. Life takes care of life. The tao does nothing and leaves nothing undone. You’re already here! Thank you! I am!

Breathing out, I AM!
Thank you I AM! Thank you I am! Thank you, I am! Thank you. Thank you I am! This I AM that we can talk about but not understand—it’s god. And you can only know it, you can only recognize it. You can’t talk about it or think about it—you’ll never find it in your mind. But if you can’t get there, if you can’t just feel your sense of being, worship the I AM. Worship that you are. Worship that you exist. Thank you I AM.
