Your Presence Is Wanted (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and wake up in the dream right now!

Wake up to this present moment. Wake up to the natural reality. Wake up to pure awareness, before words, before thought. Wake up right now.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and recognize the answer. Yes, I am aware.

Yes I exist. Yes I am here.

Breathe in and keep bringing your attention back to right here.
Breathe out and relax into right here.

In the present moment, everything is perfect and in its place. Everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. In the present moment, there is love, and abundance, peace, joy! It’s all right here for you.

Breathe in and let your thoughts go.
Breathe out and feel the bliss of presence!

Presence is the only measure of success. Presence is what you’re really looking for when you want a relationship or a drug or a thing or a circumstance.

Breathe in and welcome presence today.
Breathe out and know that your presence is wanted.

If you ever experience the feeling that you’re unwanted somewhere, or that you really want to be included and you want your presence to be wanted: all that means, is that your presence is wanted. Presence is wanted. If you want your presence to be wanted among other people or places, you have to want your own presence. Your own presence is wanted. And when you are present, that’s when you are wanted.

Breathe in and know your presence is wanted!
Breathe out and be present. And now you are wanted.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel the recognition that yes, I am.

I am aware. I am present! That’s all you have to do to be present, is just ask a simple question like, “Am I aware?” That brings your attention back in on itself. It does a thing that’s not a thought, it’s just a recognition of truth, of real knowing. The only thing you know for sure for sure is that you are here.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am!

Yes I am. Yes I am. And when you feel that feeling of being here without thought, with no mind, that’s presence. And your presence is wanted. You are wanted. And if you ever feel like you’re excluded or you’re not wanted, or you’re feeling insecure, it’s just because your presence is wanted. And then your presence is wanted! It’s that simple.

Breathe in and keep asking, am I aware?
Breathe out and keep recognizing: yes, I am aware.

Yes I am here. Yes, I am present. I am present. I am here. I am aware. Your presence is wanted. That’s all that’s wanted, by your Self, your higher self, god. The people around you. Your presence is your present. Today, as you go about your day, be a gift for all of the people in your life, simply by being present, by asking, am I aware? Yes! I am aware! Yes, I am present. And now my presence is wanted.

Breathe in and be wanted today!
Breathe out and be free!
