You don’t have any problems in the present moment! And when you practice the feeling of gratitude, when you stay focused on thank you and that feeling, there’s no room for problems because you’re present! You’re just here feeling grateful because you exist!

Thank you! And don’t check for evidence. Don’t look for things to manifest because you’re saying thank you. Just relax into the feeling of gratitude. You don’t need anything to change to feel peace and love and abundance and happiness. It’s all right here. You just choose it, right now.

If your mind starts resisting saying thank you, just remind it, thank you is a symptom of presence. When you are present, you feel grateful, so if you can choose gratitude now the presence is already here! They’re connected. They come together. Choose presence. Choose gratitude. Choose the miracles! You don’t have to do anything! You have no control. Leave everything as it is. Don’t do anything else but follow the impulses of life.
