Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Relax your body.
Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is because it’s all happening in your favor.
Every single thing that happens is in your favor.
Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
You never know what’s going to come from the changes. Change is always good. Today, trust the process of life. Trust you’re in the right place at the right time. Trust that life is living you, taking care of you.
Breathe in and say thank you.

It’s all in your favor. And the sooner you switch to a vibration of gratitude, the sooner you see life already is the way you want it to be.

Allow yourself to relax into this moment. Understand that satisfaction is not available to you in the world. There is no change that will happen to stop your suffering. If you are looking outside to the world for something to change, to manifest, you will always suffer because it’s always impermanent. And you are the source anyway. You don’t need anything in the world. You choose it and then you see it. You are the source. If you want a happy life just choose to be happy first.

Breathing out, thank you, thank you.
And I know it’s easier said than done to just choose happiness, which is why things like taking care of yourself, your mental health, your physical health, those things do make a difference. Putting yourself first does make a difference because you are the source and the better you feel, the better your circumstances feel. Today, remember, you are the source. Things in your outside world will change and shift and you’ll be so happy because life is going smoothly again, but if life is going smoothly, it will get rough soon. If life is going rough, it will get smooth soon. This is the world of duality. The only way to feel good continuously is to choose it by resting in your awareness, not needing things to change.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.
Stop looking outside of you for satisfaction. Stop waiting for someone to come to you and tell you that you’re good or worthy or enough or loved, choose all of that first because everything else is just a reflection of you. It’s not separate from you. Nothing outside of you will give you the satisfaction that you give yourself by simply being aware of being aware.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am!
And all being aware of being aware is, is dropping your attention to problems and resting it on the god source within. It’s so simple.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
You can shift your attitude with thank you and it will work and you will see reflections. But eventually you’ll see the reflections will always change. You can’t depend on them. You can’t rely on them. Just because something makes you feel good again, doesn’t mean it’ll keep doing that.
You are the source. You have to find the way to feel good no matter what changes in your life. And you do that by just asking yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out yes, I am aware, and when I am aware I have no problems, because my mind isn’t agitated, so I’m at peace. I’m not noticing lack, so I’m happy. And there is no separation from those I love, because I’m identified as the thing we have in common: awareness. So I am whole, I’m one with everything. I am in love.
Breathe in and be the love you want to receive.
Breathe out and let it be easy.
You don’t have to sit there and think “I love myself” or project love or do elaborate meditations.
Just ask yourself, “Am I aware?” Because when I am aware, I have no problems.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.
It doesn’t happen instantly. Give yourself a few minutes to start feeling better when you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” Rest in that awareness of awareness. That is god. That is oneness. That is wholeness. Nonduality. Let yourself enjoy this physical world without being attached to the changes. We’re just here for fun, but it is an illusion. It’s just a dream. It’s not serious.
