Breathe out and release your resistance.

The rules of physics don’t apply to you. The laws of the universe are just limiting beliefs. Today decide to believe in the magick life and see how everything can turn around for you in an instant.
Breathe in and keep opening up.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.
Having everything turn around for you in an instant doesn’t mean you get all the things you want. It means that you feel good, that you feel optimistic about being alive, that you’re grateful to be here, that you feel love, that’s all it is. Everything turns around when you feel love.
Breathe in and open up to feeling love today.
Breathe out and let love take care of your problems today.
Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for that answer.
Look for the answer, “Am I aware?” Yes, I am. That’s all you have to do to feel love. Because when you are simply identified as pure awareness, you are identified as the thing we all have in common: awareness. And when you rest as awareness, you are one with all that is. And that’s what love is, unity, oneness.
Breathe in and welcome love into your life today.
Breathe out and surrender all of your other preferences.
You want things to go a certain way. You want things to happen at a certain time. You want people to do things right the way you want them done. But all that matters is that you are identified as pure awareness so that you feel love and then you don’t need any of those things to change.
Breathe in and welcome love into your life today.
Breathe out and simply identify as pure awareness.
You’re already doing it. There’s no mental work to do. It’s not a thought. It’s not a puzzle. It’s not a magic trick. You’re already doing it. You already are pure awareness. Everything is pure awareness. It’s just your thoughts that make you feel separate, that make you feel like you’re a person that can die and be hurt. But you are pure awareness. You are one with everything and you are love itself.
Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious!
Breathe out and say fuck it because life is not serious.
All of your problems, all of the little things you wish were different—they’ll all work themselves out. Just get out of your own way. Stop thinking about them. And yes, that’s easier said than done. And that’s why you train yourself to simply identify as pure awareness.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes. I am aware.
I am aware that I am aware. I know what’s going on right now. Do you? Do you know what’s happening right now? Are you aware that you’re existing? That’s all it is. You’re already doing it.
Breathe in and relax because you’re already doing it.
Breathe out and let it be easy.
You don’t have to do anything. You’re already perfect. Life is already perfect. It’s just the thoughts that separate you.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.
And when I am aware I have no problems. Because when I am aware, my attention is resting on its source. My attention is one with god, when I am aware that I am aware. And when my attention is resting, my mind is not agitated, so I am at peace. When my attention is resting on its source, I’m not noticing lack, so I feel happy. And when my attention is resting on its source, I feel no separation from others because I am pure awareness itself. And that’s all I have to do to feel love, to be love, yeah, love.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.
When life gets overwhelming and things aren’t going your way, and there’s nothing that you can do to change your circumstances, simply identify as pure awareness. Say fuck it to all of the physical reality problems! And stay as you are. You’re already doing it. You are aware. You know what’s happening right now. You know you exist.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am!
Keep practicing until you feel yourself waking up in the moment, looking around like, “Oh my god, I’m actually here. I don’t have to be trapped in the mental prison of my thoughts.”
Breathe in and be here.
Breathe out and say, Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
All of that stuff, all of your problems, they are happening in your favor. Not getting what you want is always a blessing and it’s always creating something bigger and better than what you had imagined.
Breathe in and say thank you, I know it’s happening in my favor.
Breathe out and feel that feeling of gratitude.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Thank you is your magick wand and it will shift your vibration from lack to enthusiasm, to knowing, to trusting that it’s all happening in your favor. And when you can relax into your true identity of pure awareness, you will see life already is the way you want it to be.
