Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender.
Let go of control. Your only control is letting go. Let it go right now.
Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.
Breathe in and say, I love myself.
Breathe out and say, I don’t give a fuck!
As you go about your day, remind yourself that your presence is wanted. If you ever notice a time where you feel unwanted or unloved, unappreciated—all that means is your presence is wanted.
Breathe in and wake up.
Breathe out and become present right now.
Whenever you have a problem, whenever you feel resistance or seeking, whenever you feel agitation or dislike, remind yourself, “my presence is wanted.”
Breathe in and let presence dissolve your problems.
Breathe out and let it be easy.
Just select a technique that works for you like,
Breathing in, I love myself.
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck!
or
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am,
or ask yourself “Who am I whose presence is wanted? Who am I? Who am I?”
Breathe in and and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and know your presence is wanted.
All that is wanted from you is your presence, your beingness. Let go of the thoughts, let go of the suffering and be the love you already are.
Breathe in and smile, life is not serious.
Breathe out and let go of the problems.
You don’t have to think about the problems, even when they seem big, even when they seem personal, even when they seem like you need to be the one to solve them. It’s not up to you. You can let it go right now.
Breathe in and trust life to solve your problems.
Breathe out and let life solve your problems.
Life will do everything else if you can get out of the way, by waking up in the dream, becoming present.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.
Feel your attention turn around to look at itself over and over and over. Rest your attention on its source. Stop looking for problems.
Breathe in and rest your attention.
Breathe out and recognize how this is how the problems solve themselves.
Everything in life works out. Everything happens in perfect timing. It is not up to you, it is not under your control. And now you can be free because you don’t have to worry anymore.
Breathe in and let yourself be treated how you deserve.
Breathe out and be the miracle, golden child, angel that you already are.
You’re already perfect. Nothing needs to change.
Breathe in and know your presence is wanted.
Breathe out and be the presence that is wanted.
That’s all. That’s it. That’s the only thing to do is be.
Breathe in and let life work out the problems.
Breathe out and just be, just relax.
Let go of the problems. Let go of the seeking and resisting.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.
Every time you notice your mind start trying to control like, “First this should happen and and then this should happen, and then this person needs to do this, and then this needs to happen at this time,”—As soon as you see yourself doing that, remind yourself:
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.
And when I am aware, I have no problems because I am trusting life. My mind isn’t agitated, so I’m at peace, I’m not seeking so I’m happy and I’m not separate so I am in love.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am and now I don’t give a fuck.
