Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Relax your body.
Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and let this moment be enough.
Notice your thoughts where they’re reaching out, looking for things, seeking for things, wondering about things. Notice your thoughts extending from the core of your consciousness and then pull your attention back in.
Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and just notice your attention is seeking and seeking and seeking for things to change.
But you can relax into this moment and let this moment be enough and then you don’t need anything to change to feel good and then the things that need to be changed, change themselves.
Breathe in and let this moment be enough.
Breathe out and slow down.
Notice where you’re thinking about something else. Notice where you’re splitting your attention in two or three or four different places.
Breathe in and just notice where your attention is.
Breathe out and feel your attention settle back onto its source right now.
You can let go of all the seeking, your thoughts reaching out, seeking, looking for change, looking for problems.
Breathe in and notice where your attention is.
Breathe out and relax it back into this moment.
You can slow down, bring your attention into this moment and that can be enough. You don’t need anything else to fill you up or make you whole. If you let your attention settle into this moment, you’re already full. You already have enough.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes, I am aware.
I am aware that I am aware. I am aware of where my attention is. I am aware that I have attention, attending to things.
Breathe in and attend to your attention.
Breathe out and notice how this is how you pay attention to yourself.
This is how you practice self-love. You attend to your own attention. You become aware of your awareness. That’s all it is.
Breathe in and practice your presence.
Breathe out and know you’re already doing it and you don’t have to practice anything.
You don’t have to change anything. You’re already perfect and you can’t stop being perfect.
Breathe in and let yourself enjoy it how it is.
Breathe out and know everything is happening in your favor, especially the things you think that are happening against you.
It’s all for you. It’s all a gift and all the little things your attention is worried about—all of those things are actually in your favor and you can drop your attention to problems right this very second.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and really look, am I aware?
It’s like waking up in a dream. It’s waking up to reality. It’s waking up to what really is real. This is it. This is god. This moment is the only reality.
Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and feel so relaxed and at ease.
You’re always pure awareness so you’re always safe. No matter what changes in the perception, you are always the pure awareness. You are always safe and everything is always working out for you.
Breathe in and be the pure awareness.
Breathe out and relax into identifying as pure awareness.
Resting your attention in this moment fills you up. It helps you stop craving things like drugs and food and love because you reconnect with unconditional love itself. You become the unconditional love that pure awareness already is and pure awareness is unconditional love because it allows everything. It rejects nothing. Awareness doesn’t discriminate. It allows whatever is to be.
Breathe in and allow whatever is to be.
Breathe out and just enjoy it.
That’s why you’re here. Just enjoy it. Let yourself enjoy it and you do that by bringing your attention back into this moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. And that’s the reward itself. Yes, you’ll manifest but when you are present, you’re not worried. And for me, that’s about as big a manifestation as I can get.
Breathe in and become worry-free today.
Breathe out and let yourself live in the flow.
