Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.
Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and slow down.
Let your mind slow down to the pace of your breath.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right. Today, allow yourself to have the best day of your life by remembering your magick.

You are the source of your experience. You set the tone for your life. Right now, decide to take the first step. Feel gratitude in your heart and let what you want come to you.

Feel the innocent, pure gratitude in your heart when you say thank you and you really mean it. Thank you, I know it’s in my favor. Thank you, thank you.
Breathe in and use your magick today.
Breathe out and surrender your problems.
You might feel like you have so many problems and they’re so big that you have to keep thinking about them. But what if you used your magick instead? What if you trusted the process of life instead? What if instead of thinking about your problems, you rested your attention? What if instead of worrying about your problems, you practiced gratitude and let the problems go?
Breathe in and practice gratitude.
Breathe out and let the problems go.
Your problems will solve themselves if you can stop thinking about them. If you can feel better—and it’s not exactly pretending that they’re not happening—but it’s removing your attention from the worry, from the thoughts, from the beliefs that, “This problem is too big. I don’t know what to do. It’s such a mess. I need to figure this out. I need to figure this out.”
Breathe in and know there’s nothing to figure out.
Breathe out and let life figure it out for you.
Life has figured out everything up until now. All of the mysteries that humans have no idea how life does it.
Breathe in and let life figure out your problems.
Breathe out and surrender your problems and use your magick instead.
Your magick is remembering you are the source, you are setting the tone for your life and if you want to set a tone for solutions, feel in your heart, gratitude.

Breathing out, thank you.
Instead of getting in the way by trying to control and meddle, get out of the way with thank you. Get out of the way by allowing yourself to feel innocent, to feel grateful, to feel relieved.

You are the source. That’s the only magick you need to know. However you feel is your magnet. However you’re looking at things is how you see them and how they are. It’s up to you. So choose right now to see life the way you want to see it.
Breathe in and think about what you want today.
Breathe out and really imagine it. What do you want today?
I want to feel in the flow. Enjoy whatever tasks come to me. Feel productive, feel satisfied, feel invigorated. Get my work done and then enjoy the company of other people.
Breathe in and say thank you for getting what you want.
Breathe out and feel it in your heart. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
You are the source of your miracles. The miracles come from your heart. Choose now to accept, to believe, to embrace, to know you are the source. Decide to use your magick today.

And when you’re in the moment getting what you want and little thoughts start tickling you, making you worry—remind yourself to stabilize as you are, pure awareness, by asking,
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
Whenever you’re in the middle of getting what you want, in the middle of a manifestation, your mind is going to keep jumping, looking for the next thing and you won’t feel satisfied when you get it unless you rest your attention on itself. Letting yourself be fully present in the moment, enjoying it. And it’s really easy to do when you ask, am I aware? And rest your attention on the noticing that, yes I am aware, I am aware of this present moment.
I am the awareness of this present moment.
Breathe in and rest your attention on awareness.
Breathe out and feel so relaxed and relieved.
You can use your magick with thank you to get what you want and then when you get it, you can actually feel satisfied by asking, am I aware? And staying where you are, pure awareness.
