Increase Your Tolerance for Feeling Good (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Welcome my dying tomato plants. Welcome gardening stress. Welcome overthinking about what other people are doing. Welcome overthinking about what I have to do later today.

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and keep welcoming what is.

Welcome feeling blocked. Welcome feeling like I need new ideas. Welcome feeling stuck and sticky. Welcome.

Breathe in and lighten up, life is not serious.
Breathe out and remember you don’t have to care.

What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and notice your thoughts.
Breathe out and relax your attention to the thoughts.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Only your thoughts make you feel bad. You can choose to stand up to your thoughts right now.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel yourself do that no-thought action of recognizing: yes, I am aware. I’m already doing it. I am aware-ing.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Especially after you get what you want and you don’t feel like you need to practice gratitude to get something, am I aware? can really come through. When your life is going well, smoothly, but the thoughts start creeping in about, now I have to worry about this. Now I have to worry about this. I wonder what this person thinks about this. Drop all of that. If you don’t feel like you need to manifest something today with thank you, return to resting as pure awareness by asking, am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Let yourself feel the trippy feeling of waking up in the dream. When you ask, am I aware? You drop the thoughts and you start getting relief.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

If you find yourself worrying about stuff that doesn’t matter, if you find yourself wondering what other people are thinking about you, it’s time to stabilize as pure awareness and let the thoughts go. You’re only causing problems for yourself by continuing to think.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

The thing about asking, am I aware? Is it relieves you of anxiety and worry because you’re not overthinking. You’re not ruminating. You’re not wondering what’s going on with other people. You’re just asking, am I aware? And then you rest as the pure awareness for a moment until the thoughts come back and you ask again, am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Every time the thoughts start coming back, start getting louder, you go back to am I aware? When you’re really, really stressed or you really wanna manifest something, use thank you. But if you’re already at a stable point in life, relax into am I aware? and let your life get better and better. Increase your tolerance for feeling good. Increase your tolerance for good things happening to you today.

And I am now in the flow.
