Life Is On Your Side (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and step into this present moment.
Breathe out and remember, your life is right now.

Your power is right now. If you can’t enjoy right now, you’ll never enjoy life. You must choose it now.

Breathe in and lighten up because life is not serious.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

Let go of your thoughts. It’s all happening in your favor. Everything you think is happening against you is actually in your favor.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust that god or life or the universe has your back.

Trust life is on your side. Trust that what happens is in your best interest.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and see already how it’s in your favor.

Thank you. Thank you. Feel the lightness returning to your heart. Thank you.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and just feel the innocent feeling of gratitude in your heart.

It doesn’t matter how much you feel. It doesn’t have to be connected to anything. You’re not doing it to manifest. You’re doing it to feel good right now. To enjoy life right now. The only time you get to enjoy—life right now.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

Feel your innocence when you have genuine gratitude in your heart. You can apply this to every area of your life. Thank you. Thank you. Whatever you’re worried about, thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and be innocent today.
Breathe out and see how it’s all in your favor today, by keeping gratitude in your heart. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and feel lighter already.
Breathe out and let the worries go.

If you’re stuck worrying about something, it’s your thoughts that are pinning it in place. It’s your thoughts that are creating the complex chaos. It’s your thoughts that are keeping the solution away from you.

Breathe in and notice the thoughts.
Breathe out and drop the thoughts.

Simply let them go. And you can do that by keeping the gratitude in your heart with thank you. Or you can ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And rest as pure awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Let yourself relax into the magick of life. Let yourself notice everything that is magickal. Let yourself feel that trippy feeling of, “Wow, this is magickal. This is fun. This is a miracle to be here right now.”

Let yourself get in that feeling place of magick instead of worry and stress about stuff that ultimately doesn’t matter at all. All that matters is how you feel right now. And you can feel the best you’ve ever felt right now.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

I know it’s in my favor. All those things I was worried about, I know they’re in my favor. I’ve decided to feel good about those things. I’ve let those thoughts go.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. Feel your power when you have true gratitude. Everything is a gift for you. Nothing has to hurt your feelings. Nothing has to scare you or make you feel anxious. You are innocent and deserving of all the love and magick and wonder in the world.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.
