Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream.

This is the best day of your life. Everything ever created led up to right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for the love and connection. Thank you for the magick life.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts.

Life is not serious. You don’t have to think about it. You don’t have to worry. You can simply step into the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s really not serious.
Breathe out and bring your attention here.

Ask yourself right now, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Stabilize as awareness right now. Awareness is what you truly are under all of the labels, all of the thoughts. You’re simply pure awareness.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Let yourself enjoy the magick of life today. Let yourself slow down enough into the present moment so that you can see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and stop rushing.
Breathe out and let yourself enjoy this day.

And you do that by being present. That’s all you have to do to be successful, to feel love, to enjoy life. Just be present.

Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Your mind tricks you and makes you think you need to think about things. You need to worry about things to solve them. But it’s your presence that solves your problems. When you’re present, you let go of your attention to what’s wrong and then life sorts it out for you. Life is on your side. Life is taking care of everything. Get out of the way.

Breathe in and trust it’s in your favor.
Breathe out and know it’s in your favor by saying thank you and really feeling it.

Thank you, thank you. Feel that genuine gratitude for just a second. That tiny glimpse of true gratitude makes you so magnetic for everything you want to happen.

Thank you. You can only receive when you’re in the mode of receiving. Choose right now to enter receiving mode.
