Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Trust the process of life. Trust you’re in the right place at the right time. Trust it’s all happening in your favor. Even your own mistakes are in your favor.
Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.
Take your power back right this second.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am aware.
This is your power. This is your magick. This is how you let the thoughts go and let it unfold. This is how you let go and let life flow. This is how you let life fix your problems for you. You ask, am I aware? Genuinely. You look for the answer and you recognize I am aware. I am pure awareness. I don’t need the thoughts. I am pure awareness.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am aware.
Keep asking this over and over and over instead of thinking, dreading, wishing, wondering, resisting, complaining. Just ask, am I aware? That’s the answer to all of your problems. Am I aware?
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
In the moment that you have conflict, you have an intuitive reaction. You can’t plan for it. All of the times that you rehearse conversations in your mind, it’s never going to play out like that. Instead of thinking about the future, worrying about what you’re going to say or do, just practice being present and then you’ll always be present and you’ll always have the correct intuitive response instead of something canned from your mind that’s just going to create more conflict.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
You don’t need your mind for anything. Whatever you need it for will come naturally. The math, the maps, the directions, the logic—sure, those thoughts will happen in the flow. But you don’t need to sit there ruminating, worrying, and planning for the things you don’t want. Just ask yourself, am I aware? And be done with it. Stay there.
That’s the solution. That’s the only answer. Presence is the only answer.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
Keep practicing and asking and practicing and asking until you catch the feeling, the knowing, yes I am aware. This is what god is. God is now.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
I am aware now. God is now. The answer is now. Presence is now. This is the only time you have to act. If you spend your time arguing with people in your mind, you’re wasting your time and you’re creating more conflict.

Breathing out, yes I am.
You have to slow down enough to ask genuinely, to pay attention to the answer. You have to trust life enough that it’s safe to stop worrying and just rest as pure awareness. But if you devote yourself to this practice, your life will be miraculous. It already is, but you’ll actually be able to see the miracles and experience them in the present moment. Where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
And that’s the only miracle I need. I’m aware. That means I am one with god. I am happy. I am abundant. And I am at peace. When I am aware, I have no problems.

Breathing out, yes I am.
This tree bears immediate fruit. Trust this holy, sacred question to get you through your day, get you through your life. Miraculously, peacefully, happily, and in love. That’s the best part. You get so much love. You reveal so much love when you are aware. You are aware.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.
And I am now in love, yeah, love.
