Breathe in and release your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and release your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you, thank you, thank you. I knew it was in my favor. I knew it.”
Today as you go about your day, remember you are the source of your experience. Remember that if you stand up to your thoughts, your life has no choice but to start working itself out.
Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is no matter where you are.
Breathe in and welcome it.
Breathe out and embrace whatever is.
Yes, I am victorious. Yes, I triumphed over my problems. Yes, I trusted the process of life and didn’t back down and it all worked out for me. Yes, I am celebrating my victory. Yes, I am happy. Yes, I am so relieved. Yes, it all worked out in my favor.
Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and welcome what is.
Today, when you have problems, remind yourself you are the source of your experience. You’re the cause of the problem, but you’re also the solution to the problem. The reason you are the cause is because every thought has a consequence. Have you noticed anywhere else in your life feeling the same way? Pay attention to your thoughts and what’s being created. But when you acknowledge the power your thoughts have at creating, you can use the same power to change the reality you’re looking at. All you have to do to start changing things, to be more the way you want them, is drop the thoughts altogether.
You don’t have to do positive thinking. You don’t have to think, “I love myself.” You don’t have to force any specific thought. All you have to do is become present.
Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am. Yes, I am aware that I am aware.”
And when I am aware, I have no problems. Because when I am aware, I’m focused on this present moment, awareness. I’m focused on the fact that I am aware that I am aware instead of thinking about my problems or thinking until I create a problem.
Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”
You can feel the instant your attention drops the problems and rests in the present. “Am I aware?” “Am I aware?” You can do this anytime you have a problem. You can do this anytime you’re at peace. But if you do it when you have a problem, if you stand up to your thoughts, stand up to the thinking and worrying, by resting as awareness, life will untangle it all for you. Miracles are possible. Miracles are life. Life is a miracle.
Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust that if you’re brave enough to stand up to your thoughts, it’s going to work out for you.
And you only have to ask, “Am I aware?” Genuinely, but that’s all you have to do. “Am I aware?” Just keep asking and asking and asking. Keep coming back to the present moment. “Yes, I am aware.” I am aware, I’m aware. Yes, I am aware. I am aware, I am aware. Yes, I am aware. I am aware of this present moment. I am aware of my presence.
Breathe in and ask again, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice again, “Yes, I am.”
This is how you make miracles. Just ask, “Am I aware?” It’s so easy. You have to believe in your ability to shift reality. You have to believe that god exists or life force, whatever your higher power is called. You have to believe that there is something that can help you that’s bigger than your ego, bigger than your thoughts. But if you already trust in some kind of higher power, some kind of invisible thing that created life, if you trust in that, you can merge with it by asking, “Am I aware?”
It’s all awareness. That’s all god is. Pure awareness. Everything is awareness. And when you ask, “Am I aware?” And you rest there knowing, “Yes, I am aware,” you’re merged with god. You’re merged with life force, energy. You’re merged with all that is. And when you’re aligned with life, your life is aligned. That’s all you got to do. Align with life, and your life is already aligned.
Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”
When you have problems, go back to, “Am I aware?” When you are at peace, ask, “Am I aware?” You don’t need the thoughts. You don’t need the conflict. You don’t need the problems.
Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”
I am aware and I trust the magick of life. I trust in the power of presence and I am now aligned.
