Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Relax your body.
Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender to what is.
Just relax into what is. Ask yourself, “Am I aware?” and stay there while the chaos unfolds around you.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.
And when I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, my mind is not agitated. I’m at peace when I am aware. I’m not focused on lack, so I feel happy and abundant. And when I am aware, I don’t notice any separation and so I feel love.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.
Commit to this practice, to this inquiry, in times of uncertainty and in times of stability. But if you’re going through turmoil or if you don’t know what’s going to happen and you’re resisting it or you’re scared or you’re nervous or you’re in your thoughts, just ask.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.
Trust this inquiry. Trust this holy question. Trust that it will protect you while your mind is afraid.

Breathing out, yes, I am.
When your mind is scared, am I aware? will protect you. It’s a buffer from the thoughts.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.
Trust this holy question. Trust that if you authentically ask, genuinely ask, genuinely look for the answer, you will be safe and protected from all harm.

Breathing out, yes, I am.
It’s easy to stay focused on spirituality when you have your cultivated peace, when life is going smoothly, when you have your nice little meditation practice and you’re getting enough sleep. But what do you do when you’re not getting enough sleep? Things are changing. You’re mad. It’s time to dive even deeper into, am I aware? And let it protect you, let it carry you, let it reveal the love that is already right here.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.
When you notice yourself entering a period of contrast, instead of reaching for your coping mechanisms like drugs or alcohol or overeating or relationships or whatever it is, instead of reaching for those things when you approach contrast, reach for god, align with god. And you do that by asking, am I aware? Because god is just awareness. We are just awareness. It’s the thing that makes up everything.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.
Especially when you’re tired, do this practice.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.
The miracles can keep flowing even when you’re tired. You have to trust that life is on your side, that even this is happening in your favor.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.
And I am now in the flow.
