Trust the Awareness (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

You don’t need anything to change to practice the presence of god right now.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Remember your magick. Remember who you are. Pure awareness.

Breathe in and ask again, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice the answer, “Yes, I am aware.”

When I am aware, I have no problems because I’m not focused on the thoughts making me feel bad. When I am aware that I am aware, my mind is not agitated. It’s not seeking, so I’m at peace. When I am aware that I am aware, I don’t notice lack, so I’m happy. And when I am aware that I am aware, I am identified as awareness, the thing we all have in common. We’re all made up of awareness. And so I feel no separation from those I love. I don’t feel like there’s a person that I’m missing that I need that’s separate from me that I can’t live without. When I am aware, I am whole and I don’t need anything else.

Breathe in and ask again, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and genuinely look.

Investigate, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Investigate over and over and over to stabilize as you are, pure awareness.

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender the seeking.

Surrender thinking something needs to change for you to feel better. Acknowledge where you are. “Yes, I’m seeking for change. Yes, I’m waiting for something to happen so I can feel better. Yes, I’m waiting for someone else to make the decision that I can feel better. Yes, I’m waiting on someone else for me to feel better.”

Breathe in and see where you’re seeking.
Breathe out and decide to feel better without the change.

Be able to get through your life without getting what you want because everything that comes, goes. When you get what you want, it’s not going to help because then you’ll be afraid to lose it. No matter what, you’ll be unhappy if you’re waiting for something in the world to change to feel good.

Breathe in and stop depending on the world.
Breathe out and surrender your attachment to the world.

You might be so full of love and attachment to the things that you have, the relationships you have, the circumstances you live in, but it’s all going to go and if your happiness is dependent on the physical things, you will never be truly happy.

Breathe in and find the only true happiness within.
Breathe out and do that by practicing the presence of god.

I don’t even know how to get there right now. I don’t feel it. I just miss something so bad. But I know from life experience that the only thing missing is god. And the way to practice the presence of god is to first feel a little gratitude to get some optimism so that I can trust and believe in the power of, am I aware? And then when I ask, am I aware? I know that I’m practicing the presence of god.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and really feel it.

Remember, this is your magick.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Feel your innocence. Feel that you can shift your own mood without something changing. Thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Feel your power coming back. Thank you. Your mind gets stuck in these patterns thinking it needs something to feel good. But there are infinite possibilities and when you let go of the thoughts and the attachments, you open up to receiving bigger and better than you could ever imagine.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes, I am aware.

Slow down into awareness. Trust the awareness. Trust that when you let the thoughts go, you’re a magnet for your miracles. Let them come today.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware and I know that I can be in the flow.
