Take the Power Out of The Problem (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe in and let the flow through you.
Breathe out and smile because smiling always makes you feel better.

Breathe in and flip the switch with thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart.

Thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and let your worries go.

Let the overthinking go. Let the thinking go all together.

Breathe in and ask, who am I?
Breathe out and let this question break you open.

Whatever you’re struggling with today, ask, “Who am I who is struggling with this?” and then look for the answer.
Whatever the problem is that you think you have will disappear because there is no central “I” to have a problem and the more you look, the more slippery it is and you’ll never find who you are and the problem will just disappear.

Breathe in and see through the illusion today.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream.

My only problem today is that I’m tired. So who am I who is tired? Who am I who is so worn out? Who am I who is fatigued? Who am I who is sore? Get curious, investigate.

Breathe in and ask, who am I?
Breathe out and relax into the inquiry.

When things are really bothering you, you simply ask, who am I who this is really bothering? and you look for who that could be but there’s no one there. You are everything. You are the awareness. There is no central kernel of you to be bothered.

Breathe in and ask, who am I?
Breathe out and look.

Who am I who is so tired? Who am I who is irritated? Feel yourself centering back into this moment instead of stretched out in thought.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathe out and know this is your power.

When you have a problem and you keep thinking about it, if you instead think, “Who am I who has this problem?” and you feel your attention sinking back into its source, you’re diffusing the problem and you’re giving yourself more power. When you focus on looking for who am I, all of the energy that was draining out of you into the problem comes back into you and suddenly you have the bandwidth for miracles. You have the space for change.

Breathing in, who am I who is so tired?
Breathing out, who am I?

Who am I who feels fatigued? Who am I who feels stressed and strained? If you look with curiosity, all of the problems dissipate and you can feel the awareness diffusing into everything here, now, where the power is in this moment. When you ask, “Who am I?” you’re investigating into this moment, not lost in thought, not
draining yourself, thinking about problems. When you ask, “Who am I?” you take the power out of the problem and you sink it back into yourself, making you a powerful magnet for miracles.

Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and do it right here, right now.

That’s why the inquiry works because it brings you back into this moment where your power is anyway. It already exists, the love, the joy, it’s already here. Only your thoughts make you feel bad because it sucks the attention out of this moment into illusion. Come back to reality. Presence.

Breathe in and ask, who am I?
Breathe out and feel your curiosity.

It’s like you’re charging a battery when you ask “Who am I?” and you really look.

Who am I who is so tired? And when I ask and I look, I’m charging. I’m becoming less tired by the second. Today the miracles are yours. Charge yourself up with “Who am I?”

Let go of the thoughts that are draining you.

Breathing in, who am I who is so powerful?
Breathing out, I am.
