Be Welcomed and Invited (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you and really feel it.

Whatever it is you’re trying to control today, trust. It’s all happening in perfect timing. Trust that whatever it is you want so bad but aren’t getting, trust that it’s in your favor that you didn’t get it yet.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and let go of trying to control.

Right now, acknowledge all the things you want to control. Yes, I want that piece of mail to get there. Yes, I want this pork to be perfect. Yes, I want to be invited. Yes, I want to be loved. Yes, I want to feel good without needing something outside of myself. Yes, I want my emails to take care of themselves. Yes, I just want this food to be good and this person to leave and this mail to get here.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you that the mail isn’t there yet.

Thank you, I know it’s in my favor. Thank you for the perfect timing that the mail didn’t get there yet. Thank you, thank you for this food that’s going to be so, so good. Thank you, thank you for the delicious food that magickally prepared itself so easily. Thank you for the perfect solution for the food. Thank you, thank you for the invitation. Thank you for feeling welcomed. Thank you for welcoming me. Thank you for welcoming me. Thank you for welcoming me.
Thank you, I know it’s in my favor. And thank you that this person didn’t leave yet. Thank you that they didn’t leave yet.

Breathe in and feel grateful for how it is.
Breathe out and stop wanting things to change.

All of your suffering is caused by wanting things to be different from how they are. Today, make it your goal, your challenge, your primary objective to be happy with how things are. All of the suffering comes from wanting change.

Breathe in and be happy with how it is.
Breathe out and say thank you for how it is.

Thank you for the uncertainty, for the experiment of this food I’m trying to cook. Thank you for the uncertainty of not knowing when this mail’s going to get there. Thank you for the uncertainty of not knowing when this person’s going to leave. Thank you for the uncertainty of not knowing if I’m going to be invited. Thank you for the uncertainty of not knowing if I’m going to be welcome.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and welcome yourself.
Breathe out and say thank you for the welcome.

Thank you for welcoming me. Thank you for welcoming me. Unwelcome. There it is. My primary lifetime problem. Feeling unwelcome.

Breathe in and welcome yourself to this moment.
Breathe out and know you are safe and loved in this moment.

God is welcoming you to this moment. God is welcoming you to the presence that you are. God is welcoming you to yourself. You are welcome here in the present moment.

Breathe in and be welcomed into the present moment.
Breathe out and really let yourself feel welcome here.

This is exactly where you’re wanted because this is where you are.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and give what you want to get.

If you want to be welcomed and invited, welcome your current situation. Welcome reality as it is. Welcome reality without needing it to change. Welcome. Welcome uncertainty. Welcome unknowing. Welcome impatience. Welcome this moment exactly how it is.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I know it’s in my favor. I welcome this uncertainty. And I am now welcome into this moment. And I welcome you into this present moment.
