Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor.
Thank you, thank you.
Breathe in and relax into this moment.
Breathe out and feel so relieved you made it.
You’re here, you’re present. You’re awakened the dream right here, right now. You did it.
Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and surrender.
Surrender your worries. Surrender thinking about that thing that’s bothering you. Drop it right now.
Breathe in and open up.
Breathe out and say thank you.
When you say thank you, you can feel that openness in your heart. Thank you, thank you. That’s the feeling of receiving. Thank you. No matter what’s happening, no matter what you’re worried about—thank you.
Breathe in and see how it’s all connected.
Breathe out and notice your power.
Notice the influence of your observation, your perspective, your perception. You are influencing what happens merely by looking at it. Today, take your power back. Notice that you are the source and that you are influencing what you experience.
Breathe in and become one with it all.
Breathe out and see how it’s all the same awareness.
Everything you perceive, everything you experience, everything you are, is made up of awareness. It’s all the same thing, god, energy, universal intelligence, whatever you want to call it, what you are experiencing right now is all one thing with no separation. You can look at all of your reality as if it is you. You can call it by your name.
Breathe in and become one with all of your reality.
Breathe out and love and accept it all.
As you go about your day, project love and acceptance onto all of your reality, everything you see, everything you experience. Let yourself relax against life. Instead of looking at things and resisting them and saying, “I don’t like that. I want that to change,” project love and say to whatever you’re witnessing, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are.” You can use your name to remind yourself it’s all you. It’s all one.
Jessica, I love and accept you exactly the way you are. Jessica, I love and accept you exactly the way you are.
You direct that towards the people, towards the experiences, towards the news, whatever it is that’s happening that you’re witnessing that’s making you uncomfortable that you wish would change.

Like a benevolent parent, like god itself. It’s all part of the same big picture. There’s nothing to change. There’s nothing to fight. It’s all you.
Breathing in, “Jesica, I love and accept you the way that you are.”
Breathing out, “Jesica, I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”
This is the basis of EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique. This is a really effective method for dropping your resistance to what is.
When you stop fighting what is, it’s free to change. But wanting, wishing, thinking about wanting change—it doesn’t make change. Only letting go makes the flow flow.
Breathe in and love and accept your reality exactly the way it is.
Breathe out and practice this unconditional love today.
Take your power back. Take the upper hand. Know that you are god. When you look at things, you don’t have to look at it like you’re better than those things. But like you have a secret knowing that it doesn’t affect you. It doesn’t matter because it’s all god. It’s all you. You know a secret today. And you love and accept it exactly the way it is.
