Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you, I know it’s in my favor.”
What if it all did work out for you? What if that thing you’re worried about worked out so perfectly you couldn’t have planned it better?
Breathe in and feel how you want to feel today.
Breathe out and take your power back.
You don’t have to wait for something in life to change to feel better. You choose it and then you see the reflections. You’re the creator. You’re the source. Stand up to this reality. It’s a printout of you.
Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come.
You know you’re the creator. You know you have the ability to manifest. You know the power of your attention. Where attention goes, energy flows. You know how to do this. You know how to practice the presence of god. You know exactly what you’re doing. Today, lighten up and have fun.
Breathe in and have fun today.
Breathe out and be light today.
Let it be easy. Let it be a miracle. You don’t have to try to control so much. You don’t have to try to worry things into going your way.
Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and forgive yourself for your instantaneous reactions of resistance.
It’s only natural to resist change. The mind is just trying to protect you from danger, but you are not in danger. You were never born and you will never die. This life, this physical reality is just for fun, just something to break up the monotony of eternity.
Breathe in and don’t take it so seriously.
Breathe out and remember it’s infinite.
You’ll get to do something else. You’ll get to get another chance. You have forever to work it out. The only point is to simply enjoy right now.
Breathe in and simply enjoy right now.
Breathe out and make that your goal today.
Simply enjoy right now. Then you don’t need anything to manifest. You don’t need anything to change. If you can find a way to enjoy right now, you will always be enjoying.

That’s the only magick you need. There are techniques like saying thank you—helps you enjoy right now. Gratitude always switches your perspective and helps you enjoy right now.
Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”
That’s another way to practice the presence of god, to pause the thoughts and wake up in the dream. Today, surrender the worries. Surrender trying to control. You’re trying to get it perfect. It’s not going to be, but you have the rest of eternity to figure it out, to watch it work out.
Breathe in and let life work it out today.
Breathe out and just say, “Fuck it.”
Just do what you can to enjoy right now. Nothing else is up to you.
Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for this right now. I am now enjoying.”
