Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts.

Surrender your worries. Let yourself relax into this moment right here right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you, thank you.

As you go about your day, whenever things start happening against you, remember to say thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Train yourself to look for evidence that this is true. Everything that happens to you is happening for you, not to you.
Everything is in your favor.

Breathe in and take back the upper hand.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Thank you, thank you. Whatever you’re stressed about, thank you. Doctor’s appointments, thank you. Money issues, thank you. Relationship problems, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and keep relaxing into this moment.
Breathe out and let go of the worries.

Let go of the judgments. Decide today you’re going to forgive everyone around you and you are going to live in peace.

Breathe in and forgive.
Breathe out and think about it right now.

Who do you need to forgive? Who needs your forgiveness in your life? Imagine that person right now and say to yourself, “I forgive you.”

Breathe in and forgive those who have wronged you.
Breathe out and forgive them.

They didn’t do it on purpose. It wasn’t malicious. They did the best they could with the knowledge they had at the time. If you can forgive this person or the circumstance, you will be relieved of the poison of anger and resentment in your body.

Breathe in and forgive today.
Breathe out and feel how much more one with god you are when you forgive.

It’s not that you become better than the person that you’re forgiving, but they can no longer harm you. You can see them with compassion like they’re little children. Whoever needs your forgiveness today, give them this blessing and know that even if you forgive them, it doesn’t mean that you become a doormat and that they’re going to walk all over you. It just relieves you of the poison. The forgiveness is so that you can feel better.

Breathe in and forgive that person.
Breathe out and let the anger go.

To everyone in your life who crosses your path or who crosses you, I love and accept and forgive you exactly the way you are.

Breathe in and be one with god today.
Breathe out and forgive and forgive and forgive and forgive.

Relieve yourself of the poison. Become your own antidote. You are the antidote to your suffering.

Breathe in and forgive.
Breathe out and be flexible and flowing.

You can go about your day now in love and in peace. You are free from the poison and you are now in the flow.
