Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart. Thank you. Thank you.
Allow yourself to step into your own fucking power today. Remember who you are. Be pure awareness and enjoy your life today.
Breathe in and welcome your blessings.
Breathe out and see how everything that’s happening is a blessing.
Say thank you to it and you can see the silver lining. Say thank you to it and you can see how it’s in your favor. Every little thing you think is happening against you is happening in your favor.
Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and stop taking everything so seriously.
You don’t have to save anyone else. You don’t have to change yourself. All you can do is rest in the presence of god and let the miracles come to you.
Breathe in and let the miracles come to you today.
Breathe out and be a magnet for miracles.
You don’t have to try. You don’t have to strive. You don’t have to struggle to get what you want. All you need to do is feel whole and complete in this moment and then the things that you think will make you whole and complete come to you. The things that you want that you think are missing will be revealed to be already in your life when you relax and stop seeking for them.
Breathe in and stop the seeking today.
Breathe out and let the seeking go.
Nothing outside of you is gonna make you feel better. No drug, no food, no relationship, no circumstance, no event, no property. Not even changes in your own body are gonna make you feel better. You have to choose it and then you see the changes.
Breathe in and choose it right now.
Breathe out and feel confident in your ability to be the source of your reality.
It’s not even an ability. It’s what’s happening. You’re the source, period. You now have a choice what you want to project, what you want to receive back.
Breathe in and decide what you want.
Breathe out and acknowledge it right now.
I just want to be so in love with my own presence that I don’t care what happens in the outside world. I want to so thoroughly enjoy each moment that I am breathing in this body that it doesn’t matter what happens, that every moment is the same because I am blissfully in the presence of god.
Breathe in and be blissfully in the presence of god.
Breathe out and let that be your answer today.
What you want will come to you if you rest blissfully in the presence of god and that is your choice. That’s what’s up to you today. You don’t need to do any kind of spiritual trickery or spellcasting or martyrdom, sacrifice, suffering. You don’t need any of that to be blissfully in god’s presence. You choose it. And you choose it by using a technique such as asking, “Am I aware?” or “Who am I?” or you say, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.” Or you chant something like, “Nam-myoho-renge-kyo.” You count.
The whole goal is to get a break from the thoughts. The thoughts are the only thing making you feel bad. The thoughts are the only thing separating you from god. That’s the free will that god gave you, thinking. And when you let the thoughts go or you transcend them and see them for what they are and you don’t let them affect you anymore, you’re in the presence of god. Today blissfully exists in the presence of god.
Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”
When I am aware, I am identified as the thing we all have in common. God is just awareness and when you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” you do the no-thought thing of becoming aware. Just do that and then you’re blissfully in the presence of god.
Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware. I am blissfully in the presence of god and I don’t need anything else.”
