Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Relax your body.
Breathe in and bring your attention into this moment.
Breathe out and relax your body some more.
Let your shoulders relax. Let your arms relax. Let your legs relax. Let your thoughts relax.
Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.
Let go of control today. Your control is your letting go.
Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let your doubts and worries go.
Everything is perfect and in its place and you’re doing everything right. Let yourself relax and receive. And just be here now.
Breathe in and let what you want come to you!
Breathe out and keep letting go of control.
You may want to control things like how you spend your time. You may want to control by getting irritated by distractions. You may want to control by feeling uptight about your diet or exercise. Anywhere you feel uptight, that’s where you’re trying to control. Anywhere you feel irritation, that’s where you’re trying to control. Today, let go of trying to control.
Breathe in and lighten up! You don’t have to control it!
Breathe out and know your control is letting go!
The less you care, the more things go your way. So today, practice saying yes to what is. Practice welcoming distractions. Welcome where you feel uptight or irritable.
Breathe in and notice how you feel.
Breathe out and let yourself slow down.
You’ll never be able to control anything outside of how you feel and what you think. So control the only thing that you can: your vibration. Everything else in your reality reflects your vibration. Take your control back by letting go of control of anything outside of you. And come back to your singular focus.
Breathe in and say, “I am focused!”
Breathe out and be focused!
Breathing in, I am focused in this present moment.
Breathing out, I am letting go of trying to control anything outside of me.
Control your external world by controlling your internal world. And you control your internal world with focus. All of the distracting thoughts, al of the unprocessed emotions in your body—those cause chaos in the external world. But if you can let go of the emotions that you want to let go of, and if you can focus and let go of your distractions, you will be back in control, starting right now.
Breathe in and take your control back!
Breathe out and feel so calm and peaceful.
Control is letting go. Let go of those emotions. Is there anything like irritation or depression or boredom—if there’s anything in you that feels off, or uptight, let it go right now.
Breathe in and notice what you’re feeling.
Breathe out and release those emotions.
Let go of your reactions. Let go of resistance. And focus right here, right now.
Breathe in and say, “I am focused!”
Breathe out and be focused!
Today, choose to focus on loving yourself and your reality exactly the way it is.
Breathe in and say, “I love and accept myself exactly the way that I am.”
Breathe out and love and accept yourself exactly the way you are.
On repeat, connected with your breath, run this thought through your mind over and over today. Say, “[Your name], I love and accept you exactly the way that you are.”
Breathing in, [Your name], I love and accept you exactly the way you are.
Breathing out, [Your name], I love and accept you exactly the way you are.
Let god take over your body. Let god take over your perspective. Let source energy be the one acting through your body. And while you do this, if you’re directing it at a distraction, if you’re directing it at a mistake, know that everything that’s happening around you is YOU. And if you can love and accept everything happening around you, you will know peace. You will let go of your resistance, and your control will be back.
Breathing in, Jessica, I love and accept you exactly the way you are.
Breathing out, Jessica, I love and accept you exactly the way you are.
Put this on repeat. Let this be your focus. And you will be back in control. You will be peaceful. And what you want will come to you because you’re not resisting and trying to control, being uptight and irritable.
