Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and make peace with what is!
Breathe out and love what is.
At your core, you are love. Underneath it all, underneath all of your thoughts, you are loving. You are love. Love is the only truth in our reality.
Breathe in and feel the love in your core.
Breathe out and feel that love grow stronger.
As you go about your day, practice loving what is.
Breathing in I am loving what is.
Breathing out I am loving what is.
You know it’s true, that you really do love it all. You love having a body. You love being on Earth in physical reality. You love the physical sensations that your body lets you have. You love getting to see other people and plants and animals. You love every little experience of being here. Your thoughts might say otherwise, but in your core, you love every high and every low.
Breathe in and welcome this love.
Breathe out and feel so relieved! You’re a lover! You’re loving!
You don’t have to change a thing! Loving what is, is the same thing as saying yes to what is. Loving what is, is the same thing as going with the flow. Loving what is, is easy when you remember you are a lover who is loving. As you go about your day today, say to yourself, “I am loving sitting in this chair. I am loving recording this video. I am loving breathing in. I am loving breathing out. I am loving being a little too cold. I am loving thinking about what I have to do next. I am loving thinking about the future. I am loving thinking about what other people think about me.” And on and on. Whatever you’re experiencing right now, love it because underneath your thoughts, you already do!
Breathe in and love what is!
Breathe out and feel so relieved! You don’t have to put up a fight anymore!
You don’t have to believe your resistant thoughts that tell you no and you hate things and you don’t like it and you’re tired. You can just say to all of those thoughts, “I am loving hating things. I am loving resisting. I am loving being tired! I am loving dreading things.” And just see how that feels to you. See if you can believe it. Underneath it all, it’s true.

Breathing out I am loving what is!
Let this help you practice the feeling of love. And the more love you project, the more you get back. And this can carry you through your day, loving no matter what. Loving regardless of circumstance. Loving the highs and the lows. It’s just another way to watch your thoughts, to welcome your experience. To be present and enjoy life exactly the way it is.

Breathing out I am loving what is!
And towards the end of your day, if you find your mood dipping, or you start wanting to engage in behavior that you don’t necessarily want to do, or your bad habits are talking to you, or you’re like, “Oh, what could it hurt to just do this one thing to make me feel better,”—if your mood ever starts to dip, if your mod ever starts to wander, looking for things outside of you to make you feel good, say to yourself, “I’m keeping it up! I’m keeping my vibration up!” And say that in the moment that you are craving, that you are wanting things outside of you to make you feel good. I’m keeping it up. You’ve worked so hard to get here. You’ve worked so hard to feel good for no reason. It’s time to keep up the good work and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Let this be the best day of your life! You can keep feeling better and better and better! And just because little thoughts creep into your mind trying to convince you that you need something outside of you to feel better, doesn’t mean you have to believe it. You can just love those thoughts but still keep it up!
