Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up because life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

It doesn’t matter. None of it matters. All there is, is right now.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let all of your thoughts go.

This is all there is. This right now, this moment, this is the totality of existence!

Breathe in and recognize This!
Breathe out and just be This!

This is it! This moment—whatever you’re being, perceiving, witnessing—this is it! This is the main event. Nothing else exists. Just This.

Breathe in and be in the totality of existence!
Breathe out and see that it’s all love. It’s all unconditional love.

You don’t have to think about anything today, or ever again really. It’s time to let the lower dimension of thinking go! Just let it go. Thoughts will still happen. But it’s really time to step back into the witness perspective, the witness perspective program if you will.

Breathe in and just be the observer!
Breathe out and let go of all of your thoughts and your plans and your schemes.

Just let yourself relax into This! Relax into This, the main event.

Breathe in and relax into This!
Breathe out and relax into This!

You never have to think about anything again, or plan, or scheme, or try to manifest. Let it all go. Presence is the answer! You know presence is the answer! That’s it and that’s all! Presence = success. Presence = unconditional love. Presence = miracles and synchronicity. Trust that This is It!

Breathe in and know: This is It.
Breathe out and relax into This.

If it’s too abstract, if your mind is fighting, go back to, “Am I aware?” And really focus on it. Really genuinely answer that question.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

And I’m aware I have no problems. Only our thoughts can make us feel bad. All of our suffering comes from our thoughts. But today, that paradigm is over. We’re relaxing into This. And we are aware of being aware. And now we have no problems!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
