Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let all of your thoughts go.

Keep relaxing your body. Keep letting go.

Breathe in and open to receiving!
Breathe out and smile because it will help you feel better.

Relaxing is your work today. Let yourself just be. Let yourself be aware that you are aware. That’s all you have to do.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen. Yes! I am aware!

If you’ve been asking yourself that a lot, and it’s not quite hitting, try, “Am I NOT aware?”

Breathing in, am I not aware?
Breathing out, am I not aware?

I am aware. Yes of course. I am aware. That’s it. That’s the only place. That’s where you should be. That’s all there is to it. No mantras, no mental codes, no techniques, just exist. Just stay as you are. Just be.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Stay in that place of being aware. Things will come and try to capture your attention. “I’m aware of this. I’m aware of this. I’m aware of this.” And if you’re caught up in being mixed with experience, just accept where you are with “yes”.

Breathing in, yes!
Breathing out, yes!

“Yes I’m thinking about the future. Yes I feel a little rushed. Yes I feel anxious and insecure. Yes I want things to go a certain way. Yes I’m thinking about what other people are doing. Yes I just want to feel good and be stable in my presence. Yes I can feel my attention seeking. Yes I’m noticing my attention seeking.” And on and on. If you can’t rest in awareness, say yes to where you are until you’re just sitting there like, “I am aware. I am now in the flow.”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

See if you can just rest in the knowing that you are aware. Just be right here, right now. Am I not aware? No, of course I’m aware. That’s it! That feeling. I’m aware. I am aware. That’s it, stay there, right there. You’re there right now. Stay there.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Stay here for the whole year, the rest of the year, commit to it. You don’t need anything else. You don’t need anything to change. Awareness never changes. Awareness never moves. Awareness is always peaceful, happy and full, abundant, blissful. That’s how you really are. And it’s just the thoughts that make you suffer. But today you’re stepping outside of the thought stream into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathing out, of course I’m aware! I am now aware! I am now in the flow!
