Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!
Relax your body.
Breathe in and lighten up because life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender.
Let your thoughts go. Say, “I don’t give a fuck.” You don’t really!
Breathe in and smile because life is just for fun!
Breathe out and remember that your suffering just comes from thinking.
And right now we can transcend thought, by staying as we already are, pure awareness.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and listen for that answer. Yes! I am aware!
Yes I know this for sure. I feel the feeling of knowing. Yes I am aware.
Breathe in and relax because the mystery is solved!
Breathe out and put your trust in pure awareness.
Trust that all of this reality, all of you, all of it, is just awareness aware of itself. You are aware of what’s happening. You are aware that you are aware. And everything that you perceive or sense or think is all made up of awareness. It’s all awareness, pure awareness.
Breathe in and be that pure awareness.
Breathe out and rest as pure awareness.
Awareness is consciousness. It’s the substance that makes up everything, including you. And when you rest as awareness and let go of all the activity of perceptions and thoughts—when you let go of that activity, you are at peace. You are infinite. You are love itself.
Breathe in and let go of the activity.
Breathe out and just be the pure awareness, the background that everything is growing on, coming out of.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!
I am aware that I am aware. To the logical mind it doesn’t sound like much. It sounds boring and dull and “What’s the point?” But practice this, asking yourself, “Am I aware?” genuinely looking for that answer and then staying in that feeling or recognition that, “Yes I am awareness itself!” Aware-ing. Knowing.
Breathe in and be free today!
Breathe out and surrender. You don’t have to give a fuck about anything but keeping your attention on awareness.
Just ask yourself, am I aware? And stay in that feeing. Stay in that knowing that yes, I am aware. Then you’re in the feeling of knowing. You have no problems because you’re not thinking. You’re not suffering. There is no lack. There is no agitation, and best of all, there is no separation from those you love.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!
And when I am aware, I have no problems, no lack, no agitation, no separation. I am now aware. I am now in the flow!
