Breathe out and release your resistance!

Part the clouds of your thoughts. Everything is waiting for you there.
Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel the oneness that’s beyond the clouds of thought.
Breathe in and open up to receiving today!
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!
Just let the flow through you. Let the flow carry away your thoughts. Let yourself just be here now, resting as you are, aware.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.
As you go about your day, if you’re in a bad mood, or you don’t have energy, or you just don’t know what to do with yourself, keep going back to thank you!
Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you!
Thank you! Thank you! It really works! Now, especially if you have done something you regret, or you’re overthinking what you’ve done or said, and picking apart what happened last night, replace all of those worries with “thank you” and recreate your past right now.
Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and let yourself use this power in every moment!
When your mood dips below boredom into anxiety, fear, sadness, or depression, it’s hard to believe that thank you will work. But try it, even when you’re feeling low. Really feel that feeling: thank you! Thank you! And you’ll learn how to trust it more and more, that you really can pull yourself out every time.

Breathing out, thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
The miracles will keep coming! Just because you said thank you and got in this vibration of gratitude and manifested something to be grateful for—when you get attached to it and you think it’s going to get taken away from you, then use thank you again. It’s not that you’re using thank you to get things, but it’s kind of an aura that will protect you from anything going wrong.
Breathe in and trust the process of life!
Breathe out and know you’re protected from anything going wrong when you rest in the vibration of gratitude, which is the same way you would feel if you were present, aware of awareness. It’s just a different way to get there.

Breathing out, thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
And even though it might feel like you’re using thank you to protect your manifestations, you still have to be open to change, and things coming that are new, and meeting new people and getting new opportunities.
Breathe in and be open to the change as well!
Breathe out and detach from all of your manifestations.
You have to be happy here, right now, regardless of what you get to keep, what leaves. It all leaves. But you are timeless awareness and you get to stay here in the present moment, eternally.
