Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.
Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and wake up in the dream! Wake up! Wake up! It’s time to get up! Wake up, right now!
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice the recognition that yes, I am aware.
All day long, ask yourself, over and over: am I aware? Am I aware? And instead of thinking about the answer, go to the placeless place. Go to the pathless path. Just recognize. Look around: yes, I am aware. Feel the feeling of being aware. Notice what it’s like to be aware. It’s not a thought. And it’s not even a feeling. It’s a knowing.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!
To be aware feels like shining. It feels like radiating. Today, be radiant. Shine as the light of knowing. Shine as the light of awareness.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am!
I am shining as the light of knowing. I am shining as the light of awareness. I am the witness, the observer that never changes. I am the observer of all that changes. But me? I was never born and I’ll never die. I am pure awareness.
Breathe in and be the pure awareness.
Breathe out and simply identify as pure awareness.
Sometimes it’s challenging to get to the point where you can let go and stay as you are. Sometimes it takes a lot of contrast. But when your contrast is so great, when your problems are overwhelming, say to them: I’m not suffering that anymore! Am I aware? Because when I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, there is no lack. Because I’m whole. I’m everything. When I am aware, there is no agitation. Because the mind is still. You’ve sunk back into your source. There is only peace. And when I am aware, there is no separation from those I love, because everything is pure awareness. And when you are identified as pure awareness, you’re one with everything. It might sound like just talk right now, like, “Ok yeah, no separation sounds pretty boring to just stay as I am.” But try it. Practice being aware that you are aware, and your whole reality will be permeated with peace and happiness and love.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.
I am aware that I am aware. I am shining as the light of knowing. I am now aware. I am now in the flow.
