Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body. Let those thoughts go.
Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and smile because life isn’t serious! It really isn’t serious, no matter what your problems are. In the big picture, it’s not serious.
Breathe in and lighten up! I promise it’s not serious!
Breathe out and decide to not give a fuck today!
Breathing in, I love myself!
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck!
Let yourself relax into this moment. Let your problems go. Let other people’s problems go. When you are aware, you have no problems. Today, become aware that you are aware and watch your problems disappear.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel the recognition that yes, I am aware.
I am aware that I am aware. And when I am aware, I have no problems. Because I’m not stuck in the thought stream. I’m not psychologically suffering because I’m trapped in my thoughts. When I am aware, I am here, present, existing, being. Not thinking, not imagining, worrying, dreading, fearing, wondering.
Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and keep relaxing.
It always comes when you’re relaxed. Everything is perfect and in its place. You are safe in the present moment. It’s time to let those problems go and let life work them out for you.
Breathe in and say thank you life!
Breathe out and feel the feeling of gratitude.
Feel how lucky you are that life is taking care of the problems. Thank you, thank you.

Breathing out, thank you!
You must become it to see it. And if you want your problems to work themselves out, feel the gratitude now. Thank you! Thank you! Feel this feeling in your heart, this lightness and enthusiasm. This excitement to be alive, this wonder, this pleasure that you’re being given just because you’re alive.
Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you!
Feel the feeling of gratitude right now. Become it to see it right now. Thank you. Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for the miracles.
And sometimes practicing thank you and gratitude—it’s draining because you’re doing it to get something that you want, and then the manifestation comes and you’re like, “I don’t want to say thank you anymore, because I’m still not happy because I got that manifestation.” But let me tell you something, gratitude is not to get things. Yes it can manifest things, it is a magick wand. And it will work to manifest, but getting things is not what makes you happy. It’s choosing to be happy right now. And when you say thank you and feel that feeling, focus on gratitude for being, gratitude because I know god. I’m grateful because I am. That’s it, not because I’m getting something. Not because I’m manifesting something. I am grateful because I am! Thank you I am!

I am grateful because I am resting as I am. And I am so grateful that I am always I am.
