Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Let go of those thoughts right now and start celebrating the best day of your life.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Shift your vibration right now. Flip the switch. Choose your own good fortune today.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious.
Breathe out and surrender the thoughts.

Let go of the thoughts. Let go of the worries. Trust that it will work out if you can leave the problems alone.

Breathe in and leave those problems alone.
Breathe out and know that your work is to feel good because you are the source of your experience and when you feel good, you generate good-feeling circumstances.

Breathe in and choose to feel good today.
Breathe out and become it to see it.

You are the source. Never forget you are the source of what you perceive. You take the first step. Decide right now. Today really is the best day of your life. Imagine you just got some really good news. A lot of money, a relationship, a surprise, your books getting published, whatever it is that would make you so happy to receive that news. Imagine you got it and feel that way now.

Breathing in, yes.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Trust in your own power. Trust that you are the source, you are the creator. Just test it. Try it for yourself today. If you’re the source and you want to receive things to be grateful for, all you have to do is be grateful now. And it’s so easy you just say thank you and feel it.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

And when you have shifted your mood and you are thrumming in that high vibration, let go of your awareness of the world. Keep your mind and thoughts off of the world. Rest your attention on your attention. Rest your attention on the presence of god by asking, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, Yes, I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems because there is no lack, no agitation, no lack, no separation from those I love!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Trust in your power today. Trust that you are the creator. Trust that the only two thoughts you need are thank you and am I aware. Let these thoughts get you through your day and turn it into the best day of your life.
