Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Relax your body.
Breathe in remember, this is it.
Breathe out and surrender because this is it.
This moment is all there is. Everything else is a story. The past is a story. The future is a story. Your to-do list is a story. All that exists is this.
Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and recognize the answer: “Yes, I am aware.”
Breathe in and feel relieved, because when you’re aware, you have no problems.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.
When all else fails, go back to thank you. Feel the feeling of gratitude. Your vibration will rise right away. You’ll feel better and your circumstances will reflect it right away.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am and when I’m aware I have no problems.
Remember to ask yourself, would I rather think about it, or would I rather have it?
Breathe in and lighten up. Life is just not serious.
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come.
It’s just for fun. It’s such a fun game we get to play here. Oneness, hiding from itself. Today, wake up in the dream a little bit more by constantly reminding yourself, “This is it. This is it. This is all.” All thoughts are a story. Past and future—a story.
Bring yourself into this moment. This is where it’s fun. This is where there’s nothing to worry about. This is all there is.
Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and surrender your worries and just say thank you, thank you, thank you.
It’s all working out in your favor. The more you let go of your attachment to outcome, the less you need things to change to feel good, the more things will change and you’ll feel good.
Whatever you want to manifest, let it go right now. Choose to find a way to enjoy this moment right here. And the instant you start enjoying your life the way it is—you start doing your own thing, pursuing your own creative interests—as soon as you do that, you’ll get the thing that you’ve been wanting. You’ll get the message, you’ll get the check, you’ll get the call. Whatever it is that you want, forget it, let it go, and be your own reason for feeling good by being so engrossed in this present moment that you forget that you need this thing. You forget that you wanted that.
All you have to do to become totally engrossed in this moment is remind yourself this is truly it. This is it. This is the main event. Nothing else exists. This is it.
Breathe in and wake up in the dream. This is it!
Breathe out and ask yourself, am I aware this is it? Am I aware this is all that exists?
This is oneness right here. Only one awareness. This is it. You don’t have to think about it. It’s not a thought. Let yourself just be it.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
Trust you can let go of your thoughts and still function. Trust you can let go of your thoughts and have a really good life. That’s the way to have a really good life. Let the thoughts go. Let the thoughts go. Let the thoughts go by becoming so entranced with this moment that you forget you have desires, you forget you have a past. You’re just happy to be alive here, being it.
