Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Relax your body.
Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax your body some more.
You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right.
Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and remember the power of thank you.
Thank you. It’s all happening in your favor. It’s all happening in your favor, all of it.

Breathe out and let go of trying to control.
It’s going to go the way it’s going to go and no amount of thinking about it is going to change anything. Today, allow yourself to rest as you are, pure awareness and let the thoughts go. Let the thoughts go. Let the thoughts go.
Breathe in and smile because it’s not serious.
Breathe out and let go.
Let yourself just be here right now.
Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice the answer.
Yes, I am aware.
Breathe in and notice you’re already doing it, being aware.
Breathe out and take a moment right now to notice.
I’m already doing it. I am aware that I am aware. I am aware that I exist.
Breathe in and lighten up. It’s really not serious.
Breathe out and notice how it’s only your thoughts that make you think it’s serious.
It’s only your thoughts causing the problems. Sometimes we get so wrapped up in our thoughts that we can’t see them. We can’t see that it’s our thoughts making us feel bad and we blame other people and we blame our circumstances, but it’s only the thoughts making you feel bad. Not your circumstances, not other people, just the thoughts.
Breathe in and step into your power.
Breathe out and feel empowered because once you stand up to your thoughts, you don’t have to suffer anymore no matter what happens.
Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”
Every time you start getting trapped in the thinking, lost in the worrying, ask yourself, “Am I aware?” until you wake up from the mind storm. Wake up from the mind storm right now.
Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”
Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”
It’s like the clouds are clearing and the clouds are your thoughts. Slow down, take the time to investigate and see how the clouds of thought can dissipate right now.
Breathe in and let life be trippy today.
Breathe out and let life be magickal today.
It’s not serious. It’s not a problem. Life is not a problem. Life is a miracle. Life is magickal. You can surrender the thoughts and get back in the magick right now.
Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”
I am aware that I am aware and when I am aware, I have no problems. My mind is not agitated, so I’m not worried. I’m not noticing any lack, so I feel happy. And I’m not noticing any separation, so I feel love. Try this when you are in the moment with other people, in the moment doing your work, in the moment washing the dishes, ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And let life get trippy. Let life get miraculous. Let life get magickal.
Slow down enough to let the clouds of thought dissipate and just notice your awareness and then you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.
Breathe in and commit to being aware that you are aware.
Breathe out and enjoy being aware of being aware.
You’ve worked so hard to get here. Let yourself enjoy where you are now.
