There’s Nothing Wrong (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and remember there’s nothing wrong.

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and notice there’s nothing wrong.

What is wrong with right now if I don’t think about it? Nothing.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Everything is happening for you. Everything is happening in your favor for your highest good. Relax and let yourself enjoy your day, your moment right now.

Breathe in and notice there’s nothing wrong.
Breathe out and investigate for yourself.

If you don’t think about it, is there anything wrong with right now?
There is nothing wrong right now. And if you can exist in a state of knowing nothing is wrong, your life will flow peacefully, your circumstances don’t necessarily even have to change. It’s the quality of experience that changes. It doesn’t matter what the experience is, the quality of the experience will be heavenly.

Breathing in, there’s nothing wrong.
Breathing out, there’s nothing wrong.

If you don’t think about it, there is nothing wrong with right now. This is the ideal state. It’s only your thoughts that make you feel bad. It’s only your thoughts that make you suffer.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts.
Breathe out and remind yourself there’s nothing wrong.

If you don’t think about your problems and your problems are just thoughts, then you have no problems. You might experience pain in your body, but that doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong. It doesn’t have to be a problem. Pain comes and goes. Suffering is thinking.

Breathe in and lighten up. You don’t have to suffer today.
Breathe out and notice there’s nothing wrong.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you, thank you.

Even if your thoughts get the best of you and they keep coming and you keep getting identified and keep going down the train track that’s going to go off the rails, even if you keep going, you can always go back to thank you to remind you that even the thoughts are in your favor. Even the suffering is in your favor because if you didn’t suffer, you wouldn’t know what it’s like to not suffer. You wouldn’t know the relief and peace that comes when you choose to not suffer anymore.

Breathe in and let your suffering get even worse.
Breathe out and don’t give a fuck about the suffering.

The worse the suffering is, the better the peace is when you finally get it. You can get it right now. You have accepted your suffering. You’ve made it as bad as you possibly can. But now you can choose peace. Now you can let the suffering go because there’s nothing wrong. Remember this today. There’s nothing wrong. And if you think there is, you’re thinking. It’s in the sentence itself. If you think there’s something wrong, you have your answer. You were thinking.

Breathing in, there’s nothing wrong.
Breathing out, there’s nothing wrong.

Stand up to your thoughts today by asking, “Am I aware?” and resting as pure awareness. And whenever you catch yourself in a problem, remind yourself there’s nothing wrong. And you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware. I am now in the flow and there is nothing wrong.
